    @VodafoneUK Once i got through, the transaction took 40 minutes for a simple upgrade. They even went away for 15 minutes to do a credit check on me. Ive been with Vodafone for 30 years. NEVER CHANGED BANK or missed a payment. I even had to disclose my salary. Shocking

    @RokkShow @VodafoneUK In terms of CS, Vodafone have always been the worst for me. Lying, selective and unhelpful. I just got a really good handset price from Sky and got a SIM card with a different company as it’s cheaper than Vodafone’s prices alone

    Taking multiple hours for a reply, new person each time, 0 help and support and 0 communication between us or your team to get my problem solved. Disgusting @VodafoneUK, been 96 hours. Please sort your selfs out and differ from your empty replies on social media’s.

    @ExBeeGames @RokkShow @VodafoneUK I was with Virgin who changed my contract without my consent whilst I was in hospital having cancer surgery. Awful lot.

    @VodafoneUK Have done so, using data and now it’s saying invalid username and my pin is wrong. I’ve been a Vodafone customer for years. I’ve had this current hand set since the end of last year and the app has always worked fine with the login details I’m trying to use.

    @VodafoneUK I got my phone eventually. The original van broke down so dpd had to get a replacement. It's okay now. Impressed with my new s21.
