@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Thanks to the engineers from @VodafoneUK who installed our new broadband via the @CityFibre network. A very neat install and super fast broadband ready to go. @virginmedia router disconnected and ready to be returned once they reply to my letter cancelling my service :)

@VodafoneUK please explain to me why I’m having a battle with a call handler, so far the call has been 2 hours 30 minutes over something I’ve been paying for but never received. This was cancelled, obviously not correctly. Not a happy customer who is probably going to leave

@VodafoneUK You will not get another penny out of until you explain why after 10 yrs without missing a payment i was declined and i will be continuing to tell everyone on twitter how bad of a mobile phone provider you are and to avoid Vodafone
