    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK #VodafoneBlackFriday I must admit, with my bad memory at times, the mobile locate feature has helped an awful lot.

    @VodafoneUK definitely one of the worst customer experiences out there. Would avoid if thinking about moving to them. 7 years a customer and will definitely move next time. Over a month without a router and nearly 2 weeks without internet coz of these scripted clowns. #avoid

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Try calling HMRC. You’ll think that Vodafone isn’t so bad. On every occasion I’ve spoken to them in the last five years, I’ve found that my knowledge was significantly better than the first person I spoke with. On each occasion I had to speak to a supervisor to get a result.

    Never in my life have I known such an appalling service @VodafoneUK have the most incompetent staff. Clearly not trained properly. 6 hours on the phone, multiple calls over a period of 24 hours. Waiting for calls, never called. Promised a resolution and lost working hours. Joke!
