    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK I was on hold for 2hrs and so it reached the network 2hr call limit and killed the call. 2hrs? I'm also sitting in a facebook chat and being ignored there also. Is there a 3rd option to get support?

    @VodafoneUK It’s all the time. Your chat bot is awful and your phone line is designed to drive traffic to the chat bot or an automated service. Poor service. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. Ill be going back to @EE No wonder you’re the worst rated provider…

    @VodafoneUK Just had a call from the courtesy department for leaving Vodafone, only to be hanged up abruptly without expressing any gratitude or concern to their customer. Money is all that matters to them! Glad I am leaving! #BadCustomerService

    @VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach is just a standard error message - my credit check obviously went through with the first order and is absolutely fine. On the phone pr in the chat, noone seems to care about trying to understand the problem and help me place an order. 2/n

    @VodafoneUK I was promised a call back from the complaint them within 24 hours and it has been over 72 hours no one has called.. can someone please sort this out for me!!!

    @VodafoneUK Hi you told me to DM you no response reset the conversation several times. Can you just cancel my home broadband bad service on here and on phone nothing gets sorted as I have now cancelled my Direct Debit and will be switching my internet to someone else. Thanks.

    @VodafoneUK Appalling organisation.Usless customer service. They surreptitiously slipped items on our accounts uninvited and are charging us. They can't or won't remove them👎.
