    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK got a text from you guys telling me my phone plan runs out in 30 days and I need to get in contact, 3 calls, over an hour in a queue and a god awful online chat and I still can't talk to a human. Any chance you can ring me?

    @brabest316 @VodafoneUK Oh man. 30 days and they will transfer it to PAYG and only then can you move it. Is a joke. Went through it myself recently. Easier to PAC it to a rival network PAYG sim immediately and then PAC it back to Vodafone!

    @VodafoneUK I can honestly say your customer services are the worst I have ever experienced! All I need to do is transfer my phone number to a new SIM card yet I have spent over 8 hrs in queues, on useless chats& calls& issue still not resolved!

    @VodafoneUK is a joke. Upgraded to a new phone and airtime contract only to be charged for the old and new airtime contract. Why would I knowingly want to pay you twice?! Spent two hours on phone to call centre with no resolution….
