@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK I have sent the phone back to car phone warehouse who done a full diagnostic on the phone and said it’s no the phone that is faulty , so I rang Vodaphone and spoke to customer service to see why we can do and we done all relevant steps its still not working, 2/2

@VodafoneUK is this some sort of sick joke I've had no phone for 5 weeks I've been awaiting a call spent 5 hours on hold this morning and off shore put phone down Direct debits on all handsets cancelled you'll soon be in touch when you want money
