    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK - Hey Vodafone! Your online customer account system is useless! It has taken me many calls over the course of several *years* and I still cannot access my bills online (and you no longer post them). How can this be for a company that's essentially a tech company???

    @VodafoneUK Sorry I misspoke. I am eligible for a flexi upgrade but the fee is now being applied when it wasn't before. Is this due to your new tariffs? (Which are awful btw)

    Now I'm totally confused @TfL @SadiqKhan - brilliant you are launching 4G and 5G across the Tube network. Why then does @VodafoneUK tell us no one is using it and thats why they've cancelled the service?! is it just their customers being shortchanged and left out?

    @VodafoneUK It's £33/month. Fix the link on this advert or you will lose customers when they see a blank page with a warning, it is blocked to most users by their browsers, antivirus and ISP/DNS providers. Your marketing department needs to wake up! Don't pay people to lose business.

    @VodafoneUK @heypunka I’m with Rob on this. Poorly communicated and completely changes the service. I would like option to cancel my contract without penalties
