@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Sorted now but honestly, half an hour to cancel a sim card I didn't even get any use out of is very frustrating. On a positive note, the two staff I spoke to very very polite and helpful

@TelecomTalk @VodafoneUK In India, they are promoting #2G both directly and by giving #2g speed in the 4G network. Vodafone Idea is the worst network. I ported out last week.
