@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK why do you have to tell customers lies shocking customer service and staff telling you you can't speak to a manager and you have to wait 5 to 7 days for a response. It won't take me 5 to 7 days to cancel all my contacts.

@andyLNsmith @VodafoneUK @EE I totally agree! EE is the worst customer service ever! You're persuaded to take something for free but are actually being charged for it, and when you raise the issue they just say as tough luck, we have a signed legally binding contract! Can't wait to swap to someone else!

Wow... Vodafone Broadband was a big mistake. 16 minutes into a MoonKnight episode and its frozen 3 times, disconnected once and its constantly going from 4K resolution to SD. not even had it a month! @VodafoneUK

Just got an email from @VodafoneUK telling me my phone bill is increasing by 8.2% in line with RPI. WTF? Have people with other network providers had this because my contract is almost up and that is a big old hike?

@VodafoneUK Thanks Andy done that three times but the issue is still outstanding. Problem is with your smart app. It refuses to accept payment methods and is noted with app store reviews.

@VodafoneUK I seem to be having constant problems accessing 4G within london. I am at Wembley Park and I can’t get on the network. I’ve faced similar issues at Ealing Broadway W5 last weekend and central london. I’ve tired stuff u suggested last time but nothing works.
