@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Changed from @VodafoneUK to @ThreeUK and gosh, feels so nice to have some signal and to be able to make calls and use the Internet without any issues. Vodafone is really the worst service provider I have ever been with. No signal in my own house, ever. Changed to 3 and all fine!

As expected, both offers of help here on Twitter from @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp were illusionary dead ends. Completely and utterly fruitless. A mountain of rhetoric and absolutely no one with the power, or interest to help. Modern customer service 🤌

@VodafoneUK are you having problems with broadband at the moment? For the last couple of days mine has been incredibly slow (about 2 Mbps), when in fact I have the direct fibre 100 Mbps (recently upgraded!). What’s happening please?

@VodafoneUK I have upgraded my fibre line and now my internet is down. I contacted 191 who couldn’t resolve it so booked an engineer but this seems wrong, everything I’ve read suggests it’s just a router authentication issue that can be resolved remotely, can you help? Thanks
