Stu 🇬🇧 (@vis_unita) reported@VodafoneUK @EE your signal along with every other mobile network in the UK is pathetic. You even advertise that when one doesn’t work the dual network kicks in. Well it’s shite. I can’t make calls or receive signals in so many places which is 3rd world levels of embarrassment

The Mau Mau (@BJCares) reportedBought a device from @VodafoneUK and was told to go pick up in shop. Shop says it can see device ordered, but no instruction to release. Called Customer Serv and told I will receive a text to collect. I was told this device is in stock in shop. Why lie to make a sale?

Delwar Ullah (@Sheffield128) reported@VodafoneUK I am a customer of you as I have a Gemini subscription. This is what I’d like Vodafone to offer me. I can be talking to Gemini. I want you to contact you and she does it for me and puts me to the relevant department now that would be thinking out of the box.

stewart johnstone (@sdjohnstone) reported@VodafoneUK so these are the stats on rail connectivity , no surprise EE was the only network that met Ofcom’s benchmark of 42 per cent of measured rail segments. Three recorded 21 per cent, O2 reached 20 per cent, while Vodafone achieved 17 per cent.

anthonychopra (@anthonychopra) reported@VOXImobile @VodafoneUK hardly any signal around very recently. Used to get 2 or 3 bars of LTE but now it’s 1 to non. What gives? Fix this issue asap. After the lightning in London it’s bad. Don’t even talk about 5G as that dose not work.
