@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Hi @VodafoneUK I had a new fibre installation on 5/1/22 and it’s still not up and running, been told there is a @CityFibre fault in my area although I can’t find any evidence of this anywhere and no one else in my area is having any issues! Please help it’s been over 48 hours now

@VodafoneUK “As a Vodafone Pro customer, you’ll get right through to the dedicated team, with no waiting around.” So far I’ve tried 5 times (2 on phone and 3 on chat) and been in endless queues and never ever got to speak to an ‘xpert’. It’s falsely advertised how do I complain?
