@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK I am starting to think that you either have a problem with your network or the device is faulty, or both. It was showing me that I need to charge the battery needs charging when I fully charged it only an hour before that. Absolute shambles, & I thought that Vodafone is reliable
