    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    There was me thinking @VodafoneUK don't work Sundays, then I get a DM from Tim. They've sent a signal, the router still isn't working. Still nothing about their attempt to defraud me

    @VodafoneUK (following on from last Tweet) It is a shambles. I am left paying 25% more for an old contract having been sold a new contract which did not ever exist in the 1st place. My entire day was wasted trying to fix it. I spoke to multiple people at Voda; no-one could help!
