@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Awful signal with Vodafone broadband, can’t even watch anything, constantly crashing and completely had enough. It’s ridiculous that my router is 2ft away from my tv yet the moon was 250,000miles away from earth when Nixon called buzz. Not keeping this at all.

Anyone thinking of upgrading to @VodafoneUK #Gigafast Internet. Steer clear of them, the standards have dropped and they are a joke of a network and even more of a joke of an Internet Provider.

Wow still no trade in bag to return my phone! I have had 6 conversations with @VodafoneUK now about it, and each time it has been promised that they will send me out the return bag. This has been going on since October!!! Very poor customer service #poorcustomerservice #vodafone

do not choose @vodafoneuk as your ISP. EVERY day at 5pm the speed drops to unusable levels. we have called/chatted them so many times and they have not provided a lasting solution. these issues are all over forums/social media. just don’t use them, go somewhere else.

@virginhelp - just spoke with JD re my mobile contract. No so easy to cancel as I was told! Stay away and use @VodafoneUK - they will look after you!!! #bewarned
