    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    Seems like @VodafoneUK's DNS server has got a bad record for #Google. Changed DNS to Google, everything works like a dream!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. The HBB check says that it's fine and my connection is stable 🙃 I'll keep an eye on it I guess but last year these issues lasted over 3 months before being fixed

    @VodafoneUK level of common sense with offshore is unreal so today tech have diagnosed my phone as faulty so the agent rings and says we will cancel your airtime but you still have to pay your phone ??? If the phone is the problem why disconnect airtime UK staff required
