    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @MLMshyster @VodafoneUK Mine is back now. I had to contact the live chat again and they said that the area issue was solved at 00:04 this morning! They had to reconfigure my router, it took a while but it seems to be working now. Good luck

    @stellacreasy @VodafoneUK Absolutely atrocious... the only major provider not offering an underground service... created chaos for me today when I was trying to liaise w my husband to collect our 8 yr old daughter when I was delayed on the Bakerloo line... been a customer since 1995, won't be much longer

    @VodafoneUK @bonzo_ec You have switched it off. We can no longer access info underground except on the jubilee line between Canning Town and Westminster. I am another very disappointed customer. You didn't tell us this was happening, will look to move provider once out of contract
