    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @duzza007 @VodafoneUK I’m with them. Got a new phone yesterday and my sim hasn’t transferred to the new phone and their live chat was no help so I’ve gotta go up to their store
