@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Harriet, it's broadband, a fibre cable issue, no updates anywhere, covers a massive area, I've done 13 live chats, 2 calls, and have a case ref number. Refuse to keep doing the asinine security procedure, should be in the copious notes. What's going on?

Ordered a sim card on 19th February with @VodafoneUK. Sim-only, very basic. Two cancelled accounts later, four failed deliveries, and one annoyed business customer later. Where can I send my invoice for two business days' worth of work, which has mainly been spent on the phone?

@Loopielizzie @VodafoneUK I actually got a case reference; Vodafone and openreach aren't interested.13 live chats from 6pm to 2am yesterday, started again at 6.30am, got clicked off twice, 2 calls, no info, tethering my EE mobile.This outage is HUGE in at least LU7 and environs, utter shitshow😠😕

@VodafoneUK @Kungfupanda97 I have already spent an hour and a half speaking to your webchat customer service representative who couldn't fix the problem, stated it was just my line & that it would be passed to the 'on call' technical team and sorted within 72hours.

@Loopielizzie @VodafoneUK Elizabeth it's been down since around 2.50pm yesterday (10.3) - Openreach are 'apparently' working on a fibre cable issue, maybe, possibly, pretty sure, etc, and we're due back up at any time between now and the 12th of who knows....... 🧐
