@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Appalling service. I've been bounced from operator to operator, for 4 days, all who cannot do a simple job, or care about customers. Would I rcmd Voda? I'd recommend staying WELL CLEAR. Cannot even find a mail or email address to write to about my shoddy experience.

Dont bother with @VodafoneUK these days, I have had issues with them since Monday regarding my account and no idiot working there has been able to sort it out. Then get accused by helpline worker that I was lying. Switching to @O2 tomorrow!
