@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK my Dad’s incoming calls have been gone straight to Voicemail for at least the last 3 days. He’s not on social media. He called the Vodafone helpline and was told he’d be called back at 8.30am today on a different number to resolve. No one called him! Can you help?

@VodafoneUK I’m consistently being overcharged even after complaining and being advised this wouldn’t happen. My WiFi doesn’t work in the evenings, my phone line has never worked and no body seems to want to reply to my emails, or chat requests! How can you get in touch!

Decided to leave @ThreeUK and join @VodafoneUK for 4 reasons: 1. Bad signal at home & no plans to improve 2. Three’s unlimited data/mins were good value - but literally no point with bad signal 3. Three’s free roaming excludes Turkey 4. Unimpressive 5G coverage
