@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to 5 customer service advisors in 3 days and chatted on web chat. I’ve given vodafone every opportunity to fix their error and do the right thing and no one has found a solution. My first order was nearly a month ago activation date 11th April.

@nikralzahs @paulifd @VodafoneUK Vodafone arnt completely getting rid of roaming. If you upgraded before july last year. You still have roaming. The roaming packages are £2 per day, £8 for 8 days or £15 for 15 days (passes) if after. Some plans also include data roaming and every major network provider increased

seems @VodafoneUK are hiking their prices up and by how many devices you have well I've been with them since 2005 and my total is going up by £12 well I certainly can't afford that so time to start closing down my account #justcantdoit
