    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK Yes I’ve done that and I know there’s an issue - hence my tweet! That doesn’t really answer the question though. Why is this happening repeatedly and when will it be resolved? Do you compensate customers for the lack of connection?

    @VodafoneUK Having failed to have any joy from your ‘chats’ and not having any email access to customer service I am forced to use this medium to record my complain. Please let me know how to access customer service from outside U.K.

    Changed from @VodafoneUK to @ThreeUK and gosh, feels so nice to have some signal and to be able to make calls and use the Internet without any issues. Vodafone is really the worst service provider I have ever been with. No signal in my own house, ever. Changed to 3 and all fine!

    @VodafoneUK are you having problems with broadband at the moment? For the last couple of days mine has been incredibly slow (about 2 Mbps), when in fact I have the direct fibre 100 Mbps (recently upgraded!). What’s happening please?

    @VodafoneUK I am on PAYG, and I recieved the 'you have used your phone today' message despite not sending any texts/making any phone calls/using mobile data today. I do not understand why I am being billed for today when I haven't done any billable actions. Hence why I wanted to get help.
