    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK @bruceybhughes We need HELP. We have sent DM's since 09.41am. Dean has said he's looking at the issues? Now its 12.57pm? Almost 3 hours of waiting? What do we tell our mortgage lender? We will owe £19,450.00 if we withdraw from selling our house ? Remove the markers !

    @VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph Disgraceful service even though you have broken terms and conditions of the pay monthly contract you seem to think it's ok to resolve it by leaving a vulnerable disabled person completely cut off for 2 weeks for an repair

    @VodafoneUK why have you given my details to a debt recovery agency? They keep contacting me. I’m not behind with my bills. Not great customer service. Very unhappy with whole Vodafone experience. 5 contracts with you. Will look elsewhere

    @VodafoneUK Were on the phone with vodafone too and thsyre saying it will take days. That is not on and we will cancel the contract. So please check again and come back to me

    @VodafoneUK I don't think so because previous month as well they didn't solve my voice and data issue which was there for 10 days and that issue got auto resolved finally. This time as well same attitude from the team. No response.
