@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Yes. That was a mistake caused by manually typing and autocorrect. However, clicking on the link in the tweet I received yielded nothing because of the weak data signal. The moral of the story is to not take the advice to switch network providers to save a bit of money.

@VodafoneUK hello, according to your service checker your service is undergoing maintenance in the HP15 area. It says it shan't be fixed until 14th June. I need to make some urgent calls today, is there any chance this may be solved sooner? Thank you.

@VodafoneUK I have now been on the phone for heading to 1.5 hours trying to get my what you describe as 'Automatic Compensation' for a 21 day outage in April. There was no communication during the outage and even less now! Great work from one of the worlds communication giants.
