After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

  • itsneemz ND (@itsneemz) reported

@VodafoneUK lol just spent two hours trying to upgrade my phone. Slowest most pathetic service I have ever used. Absolute shambles. Defo using someone else.

  • AngelaGuy15 Angela Guy (@AngelaGuy15) reported

@VodafoneUK do you have contact details for customer service manager, preferably an email address?

  • Stephen_B_A Stephen B-A (@Stephen_B_A) reported

@VodafoneUK your customer service team are so incompetent (and you're internet speeds are a joke) I'll be looking to leave as soon as my contract allows. Been with you 4 months and nothing but problems.

  • twittahypocrisy Twittahypocrisy (@twittahypocrisy) reported

@RefurbD @VodafoneUK This new Evo thing is a complete joke. It's going to cost them a lot of customers. Along with their diabolical speeds and customer service.

  • BustItLebreezy Lebreezy (@BustItLebreezy) reported

@VodafoneUK are your servers down? I can't access the internet

  • kellahi2002 Khurram Ellahi (@kellahi2002) reported

Time to end my 2 phone contract and my home broadband with @VodafoneUK. Was in Westfield London today with hardly and network service, having this issue even in surrounding Brough area I live for 2 months and nothing done. Time to end my loyalty with Vodafone for 5 years

  • burychap W (@burychap) reported

@VodafoneUK is customer services non-existent right now? Can’t access online chat and won’t be put through to agent on phone either. Need my PUK code 😬😬

  • lauraloo_1988 Laura (@lauraloo_1988) reported

@VodafoneUK I'm sure you know as well as I do that most organisation networks will not allow access on an insecure WiFi network and so that is not a solution.

  • local_shop_girl Bethan Thomas (@local_shop_girl) reported

@BlueLightAlarm @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I should be able get coverage at home, cos the husband is with three. Only thing I like about being on different networks is if we’re stuck somewhere with poor coverage, there’s double the chance one of us can get a signal! Don’t blame you for switching, think I’ll do the same.
