@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK I can't get into my account, password is correct but used forgot password, sent me a temporary one but still getting a 'password incorrect' error. Can't get on live chat, keeps timing out. Are there known problems? Just want to check my terrible upgrade options...

@VodafoneUK For the 4th month running I’ve been charged for a service I’m not using. I have spoken to 3 different people who’ve assured me this has been cancelled. I will NOT be paying my bill until this has been sorted. I’m a customer of 20yrs and have nothing but trouble

@VodafoneUK I've just signed up for your broadband. I instantly wish I hadn't. I can't log into my new account as I get 500 server errors at every turn. I imagine this is what the whole service is going to be like. HOW do I cancel??

So after being promised an eSIM by @VodafoneUK to fix my problem with only having 3g connection, the order was cancelled. Just like my disconnect and reconnect was cancelled. What are you playing at vodafone? just fix my phone! its been going on for weeks.

Farewell @SMARTYMobileUK, your signal was poor, your pricing was okay, you brought wifi calling (which was desperately needed due to bad signal) but its time to move onto 5g for 50p less a month with @VodafoneUK with 3x more data 👍

@VodafoneUK there is not upgrade work. There is never upgrade work. It's just the explanation I always get so youse never have to actually fix the issue.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer with Vodafone for over two decades. To get anything done with Vodafone takes HOURS … first a chat bot, eventually a human, then another, nearly an hour later and they might look at the issue you face. Issue? Well. Let’s see how it goes …
