    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK @rgmckissock @OmbudServices Even a tweet letting us know there was a problem would have been extremely useful and stopped us all switching off and on endlessly and hunting around to find out whether it was just us or a Vodafone issue.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the copy and paste message, some great detail in there as to what the nature of the problem is. There is no way your /openreach engineers don’t have a projected time to resolve, what this shows is the total contempt towards your customers by not sharing.

    @VodafoneUK outage still off since yesterday lunchtime for broadband at CO61XR. Tobi chat is useless. Tried 0333 support and they say you have too many calls coming in and then cut you off after dancing through the menus and saying goonline lol or use Tobi. Please report CO61XR

    @VodafoneUK @richieprawn Out in CO5, very annoying to have no time frame. Take it as we are coming up to 24 hours without a service which impacts many others that our bill will be discounted? Do you have any other solutions???

    @VodafoneUK Yea but say edale, snakepass etc there is no signal /data at all, now if u go to EE your great for it all.... there's no 2g/3g/4g on your network at all... just get the not registed on network.. I think I'm gonna change over next contract. Just abysmal service these days :(

    @VodafoneUK How can you help us if you can’t give us any information? you need to be managing people’s expectations and a good start will be resolution timescale. Just be honest with people if it’s bad news. Think you owe us an explanation as a minimum- it’s almost 24hrs @OmbudServices

    @shanejill1 @VodafoneUK Yes it’s a major pain - daughter was trying to do an online course when it went down. And of course all my Alexa controlled devices won’t work. That’s every light in the house!
