  @VodafoneUK since June your service has been well below acceptable level in Caernarfon. Despite this my last 2 bills didn't show any compensation & you've taken payment in full. Today 12 August has been particularly bad on both 4G & network. I've already raised this on account

  @VodafoneUK @aashray7289 Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable

  @vodafone @VodafoneUK You will be able to track the devices that are being handed out to illegal migrants that are using your network. Facilitating these illegal migrants makes you an accessory to people trafficking. You paying customers are funding this, are they made aware?
