    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @Kempola @VodafoneUK I haven't got a 5g phone yet. It's only been while at work. We Vodafoners here usually get signal all over the factory we work in, but all of us have had no signal this week. I'm getting signal now, as I'm at work, but it's not a strong as usual.

    @VodafoneUK I have to ask, this was early yesterday, why a day later do you become interested in finding the solution? I'm not at work today and have no idea if there is still an issue. Just intrigued to know. I'm guessing you will look at ongoing work in my area and that will be it?

    @theleeknight @VodafoneUK I had to terminate my contract with them when we moved, the internet never came and the customer service was abysmal. They still show up on my credit report as an open account even though I closed it 4 years ago and asked numerous times to close it.

    @VodafoneUK I recently moved my number from another network to you. it seems I have both my number and the new number that came with the sim both . When people call/text me on the number I moved over everthing is normal but when I text back it shows up as the new number for them?

    @VodafoneUK 5g4g was less 1mb. Upload ok but can not confirm that for sure. Service is back now and in my opinion is 20 30 percent faster than before issue. Major upgrade or no one using devices because of issue ? Also I had to put my SIM in 2nd SIM slot on device for this fix

    @VodafoneUK Samsung can make 222 phones. They will never lead the market. The security and reliability is below par.

    @VodafoneUK is there a problem with data today? Getting less than 1mbps out of 4G and 3G is no better either
