Oliver Larkin (@oliverlarkin) reported@SelhurstJon @VodafoneUK As installed by Vodafone - it’s just the signal isn’t strong enough and they don’t or won’t guarantee the signal like BT. And their support team was rubbish - dropped me 3 times, didn’t ring me back - and why did it drop? Because the signal is so shite!

Chris Ridsdale (@chris_ridz) reported@VodafoneUK ******* **** internet!! For the umpteenth time it's unconnecting and reconnecting but never a stable connection. What a waste of money, an utter con!!!

Clare Podbielski (@Clarepod) reported@VodafoneUK why do I spend over an hour on a phone call to sort out a billing issue on 2 separate occasions only to find that nothing has been done...what a waste of time! Can someone contact me please.

Goatface (@joshy_zero) reported@VodafoneUK 'Reliable'. Shame your customer teams service aren't as active as your social media team. 18 months of poor Internet only to be told there was nothing that could be done. Fobbed me off and disappeared on me so quickly I almost started calling you dad.

Philip Bowell (@Photophil68) reported from Midhurst, England@VodafoneUK Crap service. Tried to upgrade to higher price SIM only deal, but told no as not due an upgrade. They would rather have unhappy customers, than try to help.

Lauren (@Titch_7) reportedAbsolutely appalling service from @VodafoneUK between you and @TalkTalk you have made renewal process painful and made a complete mess of it inconveniencing us in the process. Best of luck to your engineer (if they turn up this time)

spidrweb (@spidrwebuk) reported@VodafoneUK 10's of thousands of pounds spent with Vodafone over the years. and they're arguing with me about £180 which they owe. So sad that I've referred many customers to you over the past year. Embarrassed to be a customer. Looking elsewhere!

John Horan (@jfhuk) reported@VodafoneUK Great your doing this for people. But what about fixing your UK service? It’s now 48 hrs I’ve been without service. Tried moving to ESIM. Nobody seems to have a clue what they are doing. You killed my SIM now can’t activate ESIM using QR code. Maybe it’s time to go elsewhere…
