@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@ALANMYERSMEDIA @virginmedia Think they are all as bad as one another Al. I'm I'm having a very similar problem with @VodafoneUK just like you I tweeted about it last week. They very publicly tweeted back and asked for a DM. But once I had DM, Silence again.

@VodafoneUK Ah cool ok. Was hoping it was throttle on PAYG as the speed isn’t great. On that page under “my internet is slow” it says Remember, if you're on an Unlimited or Unlimited Lite plan, you have a maximum download speed: •Unlimited - 2Mbps •Unlimited Lite - 10Mbps ?
