    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK @Rage_Quit_Dad Adding more weight to this hopefully. Yes please can this be investigated. I'm in MK and have the same issue on gigafast 200. It's not WiFi only devices. Upstream appears to be about right, bit download is atrocious compared to normal.

    @VodafoneUK I don't use the Vodafone router, I use a Netgear Orbi router with PPPoE settings. Seems to have returned to normal service again this morning, however I would still like to understand what the issue was. I definitely wasn't the only person in Milton Keynes with a problem.
