    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @benjamiddleton @VodafoneUK Same here. The quality of vodafone services & customer support declined significantly since their merged with BT. I have been with this provider for over 14yrs. I cannot wait to take my contract elsewhere asap! We are not paying you to waste our time, Vodafone!

    @OfficialSudeY @VodafoneUK I wouldn't waste your day on a call to them. You'll not get the answer you need. Shambles of a comms company. It's a nationwide issue that you'd expect would get the highest priority... Zero communication to users and canned responses
