@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK your customer service was great, until I tried to cancel a contract. Tobi was excellent, he was less of a robot than the human I got through to, who took me round in circles... An hour and a half to cancel a long out of term contract is ridiculous.

@EE I have been a customer of yours for all of 1 month and my service has been suspended TWICE because you say my bill is unpaid but it isn't. I have the bank statement to prove it's been paid. Should have stayed with @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I have recently been to Cyprus and Spain and my husband’s network did not charge him to use his phone. You on the other hand charged me £2 a day. I will be changing network because of this.

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK fraud department and they said I have to wait 48 hours for my issue to be dealt with!!! When someone in your organisation has misused my details & taken my new phone!!!!

@VodafoneUK I don’t need to check the status of my area. It’s everywhere I go and it’s been going on for the past 2 months. Everyone else in my office on different networks don’t have to deal with this issue. @VodafoneUK is a terrible network. Absolutely shocking.

@VodafoneUK you guys have the worst possible online chat ever. I've spent 3 hours on online chat to upgrade my plan and whenever I dropped out of the chat, I had to go through all again from the start. You guys need to fix it somehow
