    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK what a terrible company you are becoming. Been a long term customer and now having a second price increase when friends of mine are on same contract with same device are paying loads less. I will be certainly looking at other companies to renew. #ripoff

    @VodafoneUK hi what’s going on with your OneNumber service. It keeps dropping out and I have to wipe and reset my smart watch to re-enrol each time. Other people I know have the same issue with Vodafone but not other carriers? It had worked fine for 4 years prior to this year thx

    @VodafoneUK How about disability discrimination? Vodafone have denied me service for a month because I'm deaf. Your engineers will not text or email, they say they can only ring which is impossible for me. But I bet you'll still charge me for the month. Shame on you Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is shocking, went into Balham store to cancel mobile contract. 3 guys sitting round doing nothing told me to dial 191. Sat on call for 40 mins and still waiting. I have other products with you I may cancel. #fail

    @O2 having tried once again to upgrade with disastrous results I’m going to close my account. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years & your poor service is the one consistent in that time. Your staff are good but your offer is terrible. @EE @VodafoneUK I’m keen to hear your approach.

    @VodafoneUK my contract has ended and for 100gb with unlimited calls and texts you want £41. Same sim onl deal via carphonewarehouse is £16 on your network. Have tried phoning you and app, both say agents busy and link text doesn't work. How can I leave or get better deal??

    @VodafoneUK Customer service is appalling. The worst I have ever experienced. Been on hold 2 hours. Then referred to a bot that just repeatedly tells me they are too busy and to try another time.
