@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK @keithdsmall 100% agree, WiFi calling is not a good replacement for Sure Signal. Texts aren't great and sometimes the phone won't show WiFi as an available network for calls even when connected. Also switching back GSM (e.g. when leaving house) often causes call drop.

@VodafoneUK hiya, trying to buy a new plan and i’m an existing customer - usually i can use my advantage code when looking up prices but today it’s saying no. any idea why?

  • uknip247 UK News in Pictures (@UKNIP247) (@uknip247) reported

@VodafoneUK sort out your **** trying to take £723 for a bill then claiming you haven't had the handset back when it was dropped at one of your stores is beyond me

  • SteveSellsTaps Steve (@SteveSellsTaps) reported

@VodafoneUK Livechat doesn't work it's just a bot. Asks lots of questions then says will send security text, never received a text so it's pointless. So I spent 1.5 hours on phone and you are refusing to help and telling me to call another day..so how many hours does it take to get thru?

  • mobinaut Jason (@mobinaut) reported

@VodafoneUK WHEN you have to Google it "how to cancel broadband subscription" be sure that you are doing something wrong....maybe on purpose. Don't try to lock customers by making it more difficult to find the "terminate contract" shortcuts etc!! make it easy to use your APPS

  • cpeno Connor (@cpeno) reported

@VodafoneUK how come my signal has been awful all day? I’ve not been able to use my internet at all until I’ve come home on wifi…

  • sam_goodchild Sam Goodchild (@sam_goodchild) reported

Is it just me or are @VodafoneUK the worst?

  • MrBrittfire Britticus Fire (@MrBrittfire) reported

@VodafoneUK, what's up with confirming a broadband upgrade order 3 times and cancelling it without warning or communication 3 times? It was bad after the 2nd cancellation and your attempt at charging more as it had rolled into Nov but is just getting silly. Not very good at all.

@VodafoneUK if I get the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G do I have to buy it from you to have VoLTE/VoWiFi support? Or can I buy it directly from Xiaomi?

  • Dicken4Jonathan Jonathan Dickens (@Dicken4Jonathan) reported

@VodafoneUK trying and failing to move my home broadband. Can I cancel early and if so what’s the charge please?
