We've tried texting to get the PAC number and got a text back saying to ring to get it, and then customer services refused to give the code until she could tell them which network she was going to. Presumably they're doing this because she's old and vulnerable?

In many places throughout suffolk I have no signal on my #vodafone that I pay £49 pm on an unlimited data max. At home I should get at least 60mbps 4g I get 14mbps and live 200m from a 4g tower on #smarty we get 74mbps sometimes 47
