@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@Bald_Eagle_ @HunterCPFC @VodafoneUK Because they've already got you tied down for 3 years. These nrw customers then become you and they get the same, in time. Along with the awful signal and service. In fairness it's most big 'contract' businesses these days.
