@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK I switched my broadband and landline to you a couple of weeks back. So far so good, except I've just noticed Caller Display isn't working for the landline. The option is enabled in my account, and used to work fine with previous provider. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK is the worst broadband provider out of them all no matter how many times I call they cannot fix my broadband, and they have the audacity to increase your contact prices every year for “investment” , which is a joke because they had so much time to switch to ftth

@VodafoneUK She can't call you because she has no phone signal, I am with Vodafone too so I won't get signal when I am with her, she does not use social media or have wifi ☹ she is completely cut off at the moment
