    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @neilbrown007 @VodafoneUK @vodaphoneuk I honestly wish I hadn’t stayed with them! Got offered a contract renewal providing the same service I’d had for yrs at a good price so decided to renew! If only I knew what I knew now. Hindsight is a wonderful thing ;-) who are u with now?

    @VodafoneUK Oddly enough guess what - your support team have failed again. Deleted my login on your site for a second time forcing me to re-register again, and guess what the underlying problem is still broken. Talked to vodafone almost daily about this for almost 2 weeks and not fixed.

    @VodafoneUK @ICOnews And having a dig at customers sending you messages expecting you to have access to their prior history and expecting updates for an ongoing problem, on a system that limits message length is a bit rich coming from an INCOMPETENT communications company.

    When the hell did it become so acceptable for big companies to basically treat customer like ****. 30 minutes and counting so far on hold to @VodafoneUK waiting for someone to bother to actually talk to me. Absolutely unacceptable.

    @VodafoneUK finally as of the 2nd of august i get to leave vodafone, been with you 5+years and im paying £76 a month for an almost 2 - 3 year old phone. 5g phone but never had 5g... even in london, terrible signal where i live, better deals for new customers than existing.

    @VodafoneUK The problem was solved. Apparently 5G is not and was never available in my post code. So basically I was paying for 5G and getting 4G. Pity it took 13 months to figure it out.
