@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK can you get someone in customer services to contact me please. I have just spent two hours trying to resolve an issue where the customer service agent has cut me off on multiple occasions while trying to resolve an issue with orders being magically cancelled.

@EE and @VodafoneUK are having a competition to see who's worse ATM. EE's been down in my area since November and Vodafone a rocking a solid 1Mb/s. With neither looking like they intend on fixing their issues. Good job I'm not paying a combined £70 p/m for these services then.
