    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @Reninsane @CityFibre @VodafoneUK I have cityfibre in my area, but only a couple of the providers I’ve heard of. My problem is my service is bundled with TV etc so remove a service and the price goes up

    @VodafoneUK We have spent two hours in our local vodaphone shop and spoke to complaints who for a change spoke sense. With the help of the shop manager it would appear that there maybe resolution. 6 months of threats of debt collection, cut off ,told many times it is sorted. Let’s hope it is

    Wow @VodafoneUK customer service are impressively s**t. Trying to sort issue for months. 1hr 20m on phone a few weeks ago, unresolved. Chased this week,‘we’ll get back to you.’ Got an email ‘we tried to contact you (WHEN?) but we couldn’t so we’re closing the complaint. 🤬🤬🤬

    @VodafoneUK I just switched over to Vodafone broadband. I told you I was deaf but you keep trying to call me. I'M DEAF!!! Already had one no-show from an engineer b/c he phoned not texted like arranged. PLEASE HELP this is disability discrimination.
