    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK upgraded our service, speed the same, returned to original plan, 24hrs later internet off, following day Vodafone cancel our plan and ask for router back and send me a admin charge. one hand doesn't know what the other is doing.
