@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK seriously what the hell is wrong with Vodafone , help available via automated service that don’t have a clue about open reach installation or call centres that hang up on you ! Could I speak with an actual person that has any idea about the services you provide ?!
