@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK @Keb19Rre I have had good customer service from Vodafone and find there network better that 3, o2. And I live in Devon with the Moors etc but still manage to get a good signal. It's a shame Keb19Rre has been having problems but maybe some thing Vodafone can sort with you.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup useless service - wife’s phone still not working after 2 weeks and Vodafone have NO idea how to fix it. Different people asking the same questions. Even ahmed essam office is clueless and not supported my wife. They no help and no help stopping fraud.
