@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Just spent half an hour trying to figure out why my broadband isn't working on @VodafoneUK's website, before finding out via random people on Twitter that the whole network is down. Why wouldn't they update their website with this info? 🙄

@VodafoneUK after 45 minutes on hold to the Wi-Fi xperts team, I have given up. Please put some form of reporting in place on social media so your customers can see where they stand. It’s a bank holiday and it is being reported that thousands are without a service they pay for.

@VodafoneUK It’s effecting enough people that the daily mail tweeted about it..writing a simple tweet saying ‘we’re currently experiencing some technical difficulties in some areas we’re working on resolving the problem’ might save you getting unnecessary messages
