@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Hey, @VodafoneUK .. I received what seemed to be erroneous reports via text of a network problem in the area I'm in (S2). No problems at the time. I then receive notification that the problem has been resolved... and since then the service has been garbage (to put it mildly)?!

@VodafoneUK It may be okay, 4G has popped up again... But the service over recent weeks has definitely been more erratic than usual, which is a concern.

@VodafoneUK Any ideas why a Ukrainian number is blocked? Previously it was ok for us to call from the UK but now a msg says it has been blocked to protect us from scams. On hold with your help desk atm. #HomesForUkraine
