  @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

  @FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!

  @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 15 years paid my bill got a Farley good signal now I learned you give economic migrants coming over on the boats free sim cards with six months worth of data. I’m cancelling my contract today.

  @VodafoneUK my new broadband is so bad I can’t even get a clear chat through you chat bot. Every single day devices can’t connect to the internet. Very much regretting the change now

  @dazzerrari @VodafoneUK Terrible experience with @vodafone_es. After my father passed away,I called to cancel his line.They promised our bill would stay at €25month.Instead,they spiked it to €49 and told me to wait until Aug 13th for a solution.Misleading customers during a bereavement is unacceptable
