@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK a friend has just told me you're switching off Suresignals in May. Why they are such a great piece of kit are you going to make sure I have a mobile signal in cornwall first? So many parts of the county with no signal here. Sure signal saves me!

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneUK I've been with Vodafone for over 4 years now. Never any problems. Router died last year and they had a replacement sent out next day. Everyone's experience is different.

@VodafoneUK how can I log into my Vodafone account at home when you switch off my suresignal. Are you switching off the need to authenticate with sms code? You're not the only company that requires 2FA to log on. Sort out the signal before you switch off the suresignal.

@VodafoneUK Absolutely appalling customer service not your frontline staff on the phones its the ones above them 7 times called up to get something sorted and 3 times its been ecalated to a manager who still has not done what they said would be done within 24 hoursNOT GOOD ENOUGH

@VodafoneUK Liam, I have spent over 3 hours in the last 2 days online to your colleagues trying to sort my problem. Have to wait at least another 5 days for my account to be reset. Currently going through the complaints procedure so thanks but no thanks.

@VodafoneUK hello ! My broadband contract ends with you on 12/03/21 and I’ve received no correspondence on what to do i.e. does it cancel / auto renew for another fixed term / auto renew into a rolling monthly contract ?

@VodafoneUK Can you guys help? I have an issue. Bought a Vodafone SIM (PAYG). Topped up to activate. However, cannot receive calls or SMS, only outbound works. Not in the UK, currently in EUROPE. Tech Support no help.
