Disgusting. @VodafoneUK - despite multiple requests not to - still pushing marketing texts to my 10 year old daughter that are not appropriate. Complaints are NEVER accepting calls and customer services ALWAYS refer you to "Tobi" and cut you off.

@VodafoneUK Yes, but given @VodafoneUK sold me a contract connected through @CityFibre for a network that was clearly not functioning, I would have thought Vodafone would be doing everything they can to remedy this with CityFibre. Not much has happened yet.

@VodafoneUK are your broadband service engineers on celebration mode today?? They confused us with 3 different time slots and made us wait for 5 hrs but DIDN’T TURN UP OR INFORM!! We left our work to wait for your unprofessionals. @AhmedShelbaya and Shelley Malton.

@VodafoneUK I am currently in the USA & being charged £6 a day for a service that is non-existent. I am having problems connecting to a network - it’s meant to connect to T-mobile but instead is connecting to E!! Can anyone help??

@Jossy69079134 @VodafoneUK It's the principle which is annoying and frustrating that @VodafoneUK don't care. They'd rather gleefully grab £24 for 249 MB than refund her, maybe slap her wrist, but educate her and keep her as a customer. Many pensioners have to decide whether to heat their flats or open a

Terrible way to treat your customers, @VodafoneUK . Enjoy the £24 you got out this sweet old lady and hope it makes you happy. I'll make sure she never spends any more with you. Will you care? Course not. What's £24 to you? Nothing. To her, its a lot of money.

@VodafoneUK According to an article I saw fold is still a problem!!

@MissLouScott @VodafoneUK They are all pretty rubbish. You can ask for a letter of deadlock and go to ofcom although…their complaints process is not straightforward and they don’t guarantee they’ll help. Do try citizens advice though, they’re great and will report @VodafoneUK to trading standards.

6 days after a settlement reached with @CISASUK @VodafoneUK have not yet notified me they have implemented the settlement. Only a few more days before I refer the case back with further evidence of their appalling customer service. I rue the day I signed up with them.
