@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK The price! It's way too much! I'm needing a new iPhone, and soon, but I might be changing providers as @VodafoneUK will only offer me, a loyal customer of 16 years, the same deals as a brand new customer! And I'm to pay an early upgrade fee. This is not loyal customer service!

@VodafoneUK I have an apple watch but I've no idea what is assigned to what, but may be that is what it is, so you could be right. The problem though is I'm trying to change passcodes etc, and everyone wants to send a pin number by text which isn't helping!

@VodafoneUK is there a current network problem? Fibre internet has suddenly dropped down to 5-10Mbps and all your diagnostic tools and chat bot are inaccessible, either through fibre or 4G.

@VodafoneUK Are you aware of any issues in the midlands with either Cityfibre or Vodafone backend infrastructure? Getting 20mbps down and 500 up which is... extremely strange on an FTTP connection.

@VodafoneUK once again after a weekend of very **** connection resetting mobiledata cant even get on ebay. And what does your company say " please check our upgrades" why do i need to do this when iam already paying monthly for your services??
