@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK We did this three weeks ago. I was set up as a name on her account and given a PIN number so i could discuss the problem with you. This worked for one day then apparently you couldn’t talk to me for security reasons.

@VodafoneUK Call claiming account hacked. Vodafone assured this was a fake number & would be raised as an issue, called back to check, over 90 mins later from department to department meanwhile umable to confirm any correct info? Told I’d get a call within 14 days re my compromised account!?

@VodafoneUK No - I think my new install was not flagged as "Pro", but service sorted it out yesterday after updating and rebooting the router. Then the tile appeared in the app.

@VodafoneUK This is getting ridiculous. Ignoring my mother and me won’t make the problem go away. I know that her local MP @simonjamesjupp is also trying to get an update from you but he’s still waiting. Please just phone my mother and let her know when she’ll get her number back

Moving to @VodafoneUK was genuinely the worst thing I’ve ever done. Carried out 2 credit searches on my account, I never have an ‘unsecured loan’ for my phone and in the 6 months I’ve been with them, my bill has only been correct twice 🙃

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK If budgets are under pressure would not cutting taxes for bankers help more than raising national insurance? Would a tax on the massive profits made by energy companies help more? Well no because the Tories like punching down and call it levelling up. Gove should credit Wiki

Hello @VodafoneUK your “my Vodafone” page seems to be down. Is there another page for me to gain access to my profile?

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK Given they are one of the largest tax avoiders in the UK I'm glad to see they can afford to help out the worse off. #TaxAvoidance
