@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK @zhukov43 I struggle to believe you are a real person! Try calling that number, I guarantee you will wait a long time. People all over the UK are reporting the problem. It's being covered in the national press and that is your reply 😳. Just admit it, there is a widespread outage.

@VodafoneUK @Graeme_Hinde It’s down in Sunderland too. Been on hold for an hour on that number above. Then decided to check Twitter. You’d think a communications company could communicate better and put a “sorry there’s an outage” message on its phone line, to stop callers?

@VodafoneUK Kate, I’ve had to wait over an hour on hold & nobody was able to help me. Can vodafone just address the multiple regional broadband outages & fix the problem asap? In todays climate of working from home this is a real nuisance and the network needs to be more reliable

@gillburton @VodafoneUK Just off the phone with them, major outage will be fixed "within hours" as quickly as they can. Save you, or anyone else reading holding on the phone too
