    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    It’s actually disgusting how much @VodafoneUK charge, they seem to be the only company that rise their prices all the time, been a loyal customer for years.. cannot wait to get out of this contract

    @VodafoneUK why not cut out the waste and let me speak to the 3rd party directly. Or if everything has a DIY approach why not save me some money and create a self service portal. Ridiculous that it’s still not sorted. Call @EE and say can you switch on VM and it’s done! No Faff!

    @VodafoneUK Hi there, hoping you can help. I'm abroad and have lost my SIM card. What info do you need to send me a replacement out? Happy for it to be sent to my address in the UK if you can't send it outside of the UK. If you could let me know that would be fab. Thanks

    @VodafoneUK Contradiction much lol "When the offer ends, the data will likely drop back down to 5GB unless we introduce a new offer on this package." -> I haven't advised that your data will drop at the end of the contract so I apologise if I made you feel like this was the case.

    @VodafoneUK I've been trying to speak to cust service for a week. I know u r busy but I'm now at 1 hr 45 min wait. Is there any other way to get in touch? I have a meeting in 5 mins so will have to hang up. I really need to talk to you but also have work & life commitments😟

    Utterly incompetent service from @VodafoneUK Can't cancel online no matter how you try. Now on the phone at 35 minutes and counting. JUST TO CANCEL.

    @BakaMaica @vodafone_de I ran into the same problems with @VodafoneUK as soon as we left them everything got better! Vodafone has never been good for us

    Don’t normally tweet about bad customer service. But @VodafoneUK has been awful. I’ve had so many issues with resolving problems since I’ve been with them. kept on the line for 40 minutes today to be told my broadband is going up in price because my phone contract is expiring 👍
