@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Usually standard reply sadly. I've been with Vodafone for over 30 years and they have gone from communicating very well to this!! The link is just the Network checker that just gives the current connection.

@VodafoneUK you have billed me £839 this month for a phone and contract that I don’t have. It was cancelled the same day with carphone warehouse @currys you’re both blaming each other and I have lost £839. No one will help me and it’s so wrong 😢😭

@VodafoneUK Are you taking the pish? Customer for over 20yrs and just looked at my upgrade offers on-line. Yesterday a friend got in store 40Gb date unlim call/text for £10 mth18mth contract. My customer upgrade offers are nowhere near as good. Valued Customer? I think not
