@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK for the last year or so my Vodafone signals for data in se London have been bad. To the point where I want to leave Vodafone forever. I’ve been doing Speedtest and it shows my nearest tower is in Watford other side of London. Is that my closest tower?

@VodafoneUK appalled at your service!! After trying to call twice to speak with someone, both occasions on hold for over an hour and then cut off...DISGUSTED!! Cannot get answer for my query online or on the app (which keeps crashing) #leavevodafone #badservice #avoidvodafone

Over the past 5 weeks I have experienced some of the worst customer service possible, courtesy of @VodafoneUK. I still have an outstanding issue. Vodafone's strategy of preventing customers from contacting them appears to be a winning one. I would urge everyone to leave them asap

Currently on my naughty list... @lufthansa who think ignoring refund requests for first class tickets is acceptable. @HyperopticCS who refuse to acknowledge the issue is with the circuit and not my equipment (ps guys I work in IT) @VodafoneUK who still owe me a call 1/2
