@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK my Samsung mobile isn't connecting to the WiFi, where as other devices are. I've called up & done a couple trouble shooting steps without any luck & I've been told to now call a chargeable @SamsungHelpUK number to get help from them. Surely this isn't the right way..

@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK This really is shameful customer service. It's over two weeks since you took my order (after a week of issues accessing my account, like many other VOXI customers). Just one generic apology email a few days later, and no updates whatsoever since.
