    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @car1878 @VodafoneUK I've heard on local Facebook groups that people are being forced to take holidays because they're not able to work from home. Crazy that nothing is being done to fix this.

    @VodafoneUK @TheBodyShopUK I'd love to except your engineer at the repair centre removed the screen protector @SamsungUK applied to my Zflip3 on Friday + reported it fixed. I now can't get an update on its status due to your systems being down. Do you normally have untrained engineers repairing devices?
