@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Working from home due to the snow but @VodafoneUK broadband isn't working. Call helpline, automated system says problem in the area, theyre "working on it". it hung up without option to speak to anyone.Down at 9pm last night ETA fix 6pm. Refund for the 21hrs without service? 🤔

@VodafoneUK Yes phone and app fully updated, uninstalled and reinstalled, Im using an iphone 14 pro max, its not a problem my end, ive tried whilst on 4G and wifi connected, always get error messages, it clearly states your having technical difficulties yet Im the one its costing!

@VodafoneUK why does Vodafone say that there webchat service is 24Hrs but keeps messaging back that the opening times are 8am to 10pm . It’s really annoying !?!
