  @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are so out of touch it's unreal. I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!

  Had a suspected spam call tried to report it to @VodafoneUK but didn't seem interested, not sure if the number I goggled (191) was spam as well so if you're a Vodafone customer just be on your guard

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my dad passed virgin media told my mum we are sorry that ur husband had expired. Nasty company and I will never give them a penny again.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the exact same experience. When cancelling everything after my uncle's passing, they were all amazing besides virgin who were quite terrible. I'm sorry for your loss

  @VodafoneUK 24 Hours now, Vodafone Fibre Broadband down… not just me lots of neighbours as well, engineer didn’t turn up…shocking customer service!

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK So sorry for your loss 😢when my mum passed I had the same issue with Post Office phone line. Firstly they refused to take my call asking for a copy of death certificate and then 30 day cancellation charge.
