@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK My number has been deactivated after switching from pay monthly to pay as you go. I’ve been on the phone since 9am, 4hrs and counting. Not a single person at Vodafone is able to help reactivate my number. I can’t make or receive calls. 😡

@VodafoneUK can you help? Engineers came to install my broadband on Friday but weren't able to for tech reasons. I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭
