@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Every time I reply to a DM from your agents, I get the Bot replying back 🙈. Please give me an email address for a formal written complaint. V has failed to terminate service two months after it confirmed in writing that it had done so!! @cedrsays

@VodafoneUK 3rd day in a row I am struggling to get any signal whatsoever. Yesterday it was countrywide! This past year I have never got faster than 2mbps 4G. This week is going to be my last. Two contracts getting cancelled, and Ofcom being contacted. I refuse to pay for NOTHING
