    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK My Dad is 78, you were supposed to send an engineer yesterday to install his broadband, they didn't show up. I have set up his router for him but 24 hours later it is still flashing red despite an hour with your online support. Not impressed so far!

    @VodafoneUK Due to your stance on GB news I will be cancelling all three of my contracts with you. That's a nice 150 I will save not paying a corrupt company that believes in censorship. Being run down by the Culture Secretary is a bad look for you also.

    @VodafoneUK I re-joined VF BB last week and after one day my router stopped broadcasting 2.4ghz. I spent an hour and half on chat to be told “it can’t possibly be the router” and all my devices are faulty. I can’t connect my laptop, printer or smart devices now. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK I would like to make a complaint, I have not had a vodafone contract for 5 years, but I noticed I still had a SO,I have cancelled this SO & have today received a dca letter claiming I owe £79.68. I want this resolving ASAP. My account number on the letter is 316363541

    @VodafoneUK Just cancelled my very long standing contract with you after your craven capitulation to a few twitter nutters trying to cancel GBNews. Will never touch anything associated with Vodaphone again and will also encourage as many others to do the same.
