    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    7. After 3 weeks of escalating the case for review, the case has been closed because for some reason one customer sevice person stated i wasn’t accepting the offer. @VodafoneUK can you ask? If i didn’t accept the offer why was the phone picked up from my house for repair again

    @VodafoneUK Morning, please can you help? I've had two lots of payments come out that i've not been billed for, my bill this month was £49.23 but i've also had £30 taken off me that I wasn't billed for, my monthly bill is only meant to be £55 but i've currently got a discount!

    6. & data wasn’t changed Where is the communication among your customer service support @VodafoneUK ? This is extremely frustrating. Over 3months without a phone and all you guys care about is your monthly payments for a device you even claim has not being bought from you….

    Just seen @VodafoneUK advert at the cinema where some paramedics deliver a breach baby with phone support from the labour ward. Strikes me as incredibly insensitive considering the amount of people living with birth trauma. Complete sucker punch to the heart there

    @vodafoneservice @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK , Are UR IT guys stupid? If you do not allow to pay the bill via app & deactivate in the profile, how a customer is able to pay the bill ? Do you want to loose customers due to UR Stupid program managers ?

    @VodafoneUK All the details are already in the DM’s and one of your colleagues has advised ‘ you won’t be able to get it sorted before you go’ … I wasn’t the one who made the mistake and now it has ruined made plans for a once in a lifetime trip With no other solution or anything suggested
