    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @bretty_tuxford @VodafoneUK It has to be your fault! Because you joined Vodafone and I was even a bigger idiot. They have messed up my number transfer from one Vodafone contract to another which has resulted in 9 days of down time and its still not resolved. But it's my fault!

    My Sim is not working from last 2 days, It says unable to register the sim, I called VI customer care, they talk rudely When I said, what about those customers who are calling me?? Thanks VI me and my family going to port right now @vodafonein1 @VodafoneUK

    @AnneMcLaughlin @VodafoneUK What he can do is port his number out of the network. By law Vodafone MUST provide him with a PAC Code (Porting Authorisation Code) on request FOC. He simply gives that to his new network when joining & his VFone contract will terminate in a matter of hours.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK Have been billed fradulently for a spam international call which was never made. The number being 015622478321.The bill amount leveid is 3 times my normal bill. Wat a way to cheat customers! Horrifying to see Vodafone do this
