@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK yet again being lied to and left on hold , 2hours and 20 mins so far today wasted , passed around and cut off , absolutely disgusting service , your staff lied to me and overcharged me , now you’re trying to get out of refunding it back

@VodafoneUK frustrating customer service that makes trading in a phone as part of an upgrade impossible.3 store visits, 2 hours on line &only told at last visit that a code needed that was never sent.Have wasted time & now losing out on money. Wouldn’t recommend @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK I've just joined your network, topped up. On the sim pack it says about 3x data. When does that become active on my bundle or do I need to text a specific number to claim?

@millihill @Ngordonthaxter @VodafoneUK I upgraded with them last year. My first phone was stolen by the delivery driver. Then the replacement they sent out has a fault down the screen I told them n had to call 5 times before they admitted they didn’t have any in stock of the phone I wanted. So they wouldn’t replace.
