    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK really , rude telemarketers, and an overcomplicated official website where you have to log in multiple times etc! I regret ever changing to vodafone ! By far the worst ever provider

    @Hyperoptic Joined Hyperoptic last year, so far excellent service & my contract is coming up next two months. But if they sell out to Three, I will dump them. The same goes with @VodafoneUK with chatter about Three & I've been with them since mid 80s, to date.

    @VodafoneUK how come you have to receive an order before you can cancel it despite it not being shipped and not due to be shipped for over a week? You wouldn't be making it difficult to return an item on purpose would you?
