@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Only 3 years? That’s the time there should be no problems so it’s a hollow promise isn’t it? It’s the same with all these extended warranties. They only want to cover you along the bottom of the bathtub curve. When you start going up the back end they don’t want to know.

@WimpingEgo @VodafoneUK vpn fixes all the issues which means its a throttling issue and not a peering issue. But yeah mate, great xmas, 7pm onwards i just switch on the old vpn on the firestick
