@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Really want to take this up but fallen at the 1st hurdle! We're a legit group, one of 125 groups in national @CityofSanctuary refugee support network. Many of our groups are not ourselves registered chairities BUT we are doing a lot to support Ukrainians. Can we get SIM cards?

@VodafoneUK Hi, yes I am, I spoke with someone on the online chat who updated the software and firmware for the router and said it could take a couple hours but it’s been 6/7 hours and it’s still not working :(

@vodafoneuk Our Internet is dropping out. Less than a month since the last time I had to spend hours on phone calls and chats due to the same issue. As has happened over and over for months.
