    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    Cheers @VodafoneUK. 20th Jan you were supposed to activate my broadband, still waiting. And because it tastes too long to cancel and go with someone else I'm stuck with you. Oh, and isolating with Covid and can't work from home!

    @VodafoneUK Your tech team seem unable to fix the problem and asked my girlfriend to unscrew the socket from the wall and check wires. Is this some sort of joke

    @VodafoneUK As you can see from the screenshots this has been going on since September. Empty promises bad service and a lack of care for your consumer. How do we resolve this

    @cthreeo3 @VodafoneUK @EE Yes, providers keep saying that but nothing happens. It doesn’t matter whether you have an old feature phone or the latest iPhone, if there is no 2g, 3G, or 4g signal you cannot use it. They tell you to use WiFi calling, but not everyone has or wants, or can afford the internet
