    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK waste of time speaking to complaint manager, couldn't even make sense , telling me "cant do anything for me" NO ITS THAT YOU REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING absolutely evil company . CUSTOME LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THESE PEOPLE ANYMORE

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬
