    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK Dean, none of your colleagues can help. It’s been over 5 months & i’ve had enough. Can you get a manager to call me & i have been on hold to that number and don’t have more time to waste. Unacceptable the way i’ve been treated. 3 contracts and after 5months i’m no better off!!!

    @VodafoneUK Been on hold trying to cancel mobile broadband for over 2 hours, finally got through and the operator just hung up instantly. Got to go for dialysis now, its the 14th day of my contract so I'm going to get charged a termination fee after today

    @VodafoneUK why when I signed up to a £38 a month phone and airtime contract has it never been the amount I signed up for and no extra expenses? I expected the first month to be more but not the second as well!

    @VodafoneUK we have tried to get through to you 3 times on the phone, been in hold for and an hour every time and each time your agents cut us off! Disgraceful service! The wrong plan was set up by 1 of your useless agents so we need this sorting out ASAP terrible service

    @VodafoneUK I am in a loop of despair. I need to speak to a human regarding some accounts. Your 191 automated answering refers me to your chatbot and then cuts me off. Chatbot tells me I must speak to customer services. Please provide a solution
