    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    Was going to sign up to @VodafoneUK for mobile contract but after hearing my wife talk to their customer service and get absolutely ****** over by them, ooowee, I’m so glad I never bothered. O2 are ****, but they’ve never tried to steal off me.
