    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK I have already DM’d you. I’ve also contacted you via phone, via web chat, been into store and still have not had a simple discount applied to my account. Don’t you think I’ve done enough chasing? About time Vodafone contacted me or is a 20+yr loyal customer not worth that?

    @VodafoneUK your email about setting up a direct debit for my bill to make sure it isn’t paid late but… A- I like to pay my bill on the 1st & it’s awkward to do this with DD & B- never been late paying my bill, in fact normally a week early howabout a TY for that email instead

    @VodafoneUK Hi Jay, I'm sorry. I'm sick of chatting to bots and then eventually getting through to a real person who can't find any record of the 4 different times that our modem has been confirmed as broken and then promised that a new one will be with us in a couple of days.

    @VodafoneUK it must take a lot of hardworking to make your app so ****. Was trying to upgrade 2 numbers on my account but after nothing works I cant be arsed now so well done on missing out on an additional £100 a month.
