@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone treated me appallingly until I got in touch with them via Twitter. At which point, things improved. Corporate bullying. Awful.

@VodafoneUK @speckyninja Here's a thought, why not just ask for this person's contact number, via DM, and THEN CALL THEM AND FIX THIS!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK What a horrible experience. I’ve started taking contracts for my elderly parents under my name, which will hopefully make this kind of thing easier when the time comes.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot A shocking further response from their twitter customer services auto response software. "Get started" when it's already been dealt with? You need to sort this awful stuff out, Vodafone.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Little bit OTT. Anyone who has ever worked in a call centre will sort things on a first come first serve basis. You've had preferential treatment because you are trying to damage a companies reputation with your follower count and still moaning. Wow. I've never had an issue.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Yes, I’d say it is the corporate strategy, I had a nightmare experience years ago with Vodafone, you think you’ve sorted the problem out with them, and then they ring up again with no recollection of your previous interaction. Kafka-esque financial shakedown. Don’t pay.
