@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@jellymalin @VodafoneUK They should transfer you straight through to the team and they will do it directly over the phone with you. Maybe even the team leader/ manager of the direct billing team could take the line out of contract and pass you through retentions who will cancel the line for you

@VodafoneUK He’s at work and can’t get onto the app to get the details … etc. is it not possible to confirm generically if broadband is down in the area?

@VodafoneUK excellent customer services - when ask to be put through to a manager the idiot on the end of the phone hangs up on me. What do I need to do to get the service I pay for…? @Ofcom

@Natalie60661643 @VodafoneUK There must be a big issue, mine the same since about 10.30am. My son called me around 8.30 am and his name displayed. A couple hours later he calls again and it’s ‘unknown’. Restarted my phone, toggled called ID in settings off and on but still the same. All callers unknown

@VodafoneUK hi I am having same issue anybody who calls me who’s not on Vodafone says unknown caller if your on Vodafone and you call another vodafone number it works and shows the contact. Need this sorting asap for work please as loosing jobs and calls
