    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @UrServiceBlows Definitely @VodafoneUK deserves worst customer service award. 7 months of blacklisted hell whilst paying full price. No amount of calls, chat, emails made a difference. Contract working again since yesterday after a week of publicly tweeting everything they’ve done!

    @CityFibre I have spoke a lot with @VodafoneUK but they just say it is the @cityfibre network that is the issue with packet throughout, and it will be fixed when it is fixed. I would just like to be able to get status updates on the problem and estimated resolution time....

    @VodafoneUK I'm getting pissed off with paying through the nose for 5G and it regularly dropping all service "connected with no Internet". Don't roll crap out that clearly isn't ready. 4G may have been slower but at least it was reliable.
