@VodafoneUK @lionsofficial Shite broadband signal, Shite customer service that don't know what they're doing. They refuse to accept liability for the fact my broadband signal keeps cutting out. It will cost my partner her job and the roof over my head but they don't care.

  • issmith3 ifhat smith (@issmith3) reported

@farahdeeba @VodafoneUK After being on hold for over an hour, am being told by the agent that he cannot pass me onto customer relations unless I pass security. How am supposed to pass security on an account which is not mine? @VodafoneUK

  • JASONSL35766636 JASON SLATTERY (@JASONSL35766636) reported

@VodafoneUK I've been talking to your useless staff members on Facebook who seem to think it's ok to leave my partner at risk of losing her job due to your God awful broadband.

  • farahdeeba Farah Deeba Gillani (@farahdeeba) reported

@issmith3 @VodafoneUK This is ridiculous. What say you @VodafoneUK in regards to this appalling customer service? Awfully quiet ?

  • Dwarfland25 Kevin Hird's Barber (@Dwarfland25) reported

@VodafoneUK Thanks, but what about the problems @cuzlufc has mentioned? His wife found pictures on his phone of a dwarf mud wrestling with a 20 stone lady in a wet suit and he thinks Vodafone must have arranged for them to be sent?

  • NikiYAndDylan Niki and Dylan (@NikiYAndDylan) reported from Swindon, England

@XiaomiUK @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK They were sold out before they went live. The blue one, special edition one, and any 256gb ones were never even released. I love Xiaomi, but your customer service is appalling.

  • dotsmy Jamie d O t S m Y (@dotsmy) reported

@frazerpp @VodafoneUK Maybe they have a similar problem every time they try to get through to HMRC.

  • fluxsource Adam Hardwick (@fluxsource) reported

@VodafoneUK @ChrisWare93 You can’t plug a mobile phone into a land line. SureSignal - which you are now removing - was the solution that filled that gap, but you’re not providing and alternative.
