    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK When the automated service asks what your enquiry is about, just reply "LEAVING VODAFONE" and they become pretty compliant - they even gave me a free extra £20 credit when I did so. ;)

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to chuck 50 quid at you for hours, but all I get is a stupid picture of a stupid robot saying ‘nearly there’ and infuriating stuff like that. Do you realise how annoying this is? It’s like Shirley Temple singing ‘your custom is very important to us’

    @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Lightweight. I spent 3 hours on hold to Plusnet. The music was a selection of Xmas songs I never want to hear again.
