@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Noisey minority listened to, whether thats lockdowns, cancel culture or any other attempt at degrading& destroying society. @VodafoneUK As per support person on chat - the outage for my area is still ongoing - so there is some conflicting information here and we are troubleshooting- rather than do it on Twitter I will follow up on the support chat. They have all account / details validated... 🤞

Hi @VodafoneUK Can you please help as advised by @CPWTweets i sent my Faulty new phone back to them with SIM,was told contract will be cancelled and i will receive pac code in email,but now i m told to ring you for pac ? but couldn't get pac over the phone from u ? thanks
