@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK New broadband customer. Terrible so far. Was meant to be connected on 15th September but there were problems. Was told I’d receive compensation of £5.04 for each day that I was not connected. Finally connected this week on Monday 3rd October.

@SamMuirGuitar @VodafoneUK Vodaphone was Pareteum Corps. main customer and Pareteum provided this service. Pareteum is bankrupt and Vodaphone is working hard to replace it. Good luck with the transfer.
