@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Moved to a new postcode with one/two bar of mobile signal in my house. Zero network in the street outside til I get to A449. @VodafoneUK advice- try to maximise wifi calling when in the house. We are not contractually obligated to provide a signal. Ahhhh!!

@HamezLyons @VodafoneUK @DPDgroup_news I mean even if it turns up on time then it would have done so despite the lack of planning. It is a first world problem, absolutely, but that doesn't mean that as a consumer paying for a specific delivery slot and it not being met that I can't be annoyed about it.

@VodafoneUK i get not being able to discuss specific upgrades via social media but i was asking a generic question to which a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ would have sufficed. that live chat webpage is also horrendous-poorly designed for mobile (oh, the irony) & cuts off the options. thanks for your help!
