    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @SkyHelpTeam @ErylAsbri I got rid of sky as overpriced and got @VodafoneUK in and must say they have been fantastic... also I loved being directed to India for an upgrade only to find the guy wanted to charge me double what I was already paying? Much better deals out there...... never again

    @VodafoneUK Rm3 8hj. I'm 200m from a mast, lose signal at least once a month. Last time I didn't get any notifications, but your website said it was maintenance or planned. Like many people I rely on data to WFH, so this frequent downtime is driving me to switch, just to so my job.

    @VodafoneUK can someone tell me how to actually speak to someone to formally complain as the person as your customer service rep who we are currently on hold with, doesn't seem to know and she keeps bypassing the issue.
