    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    Heads #ElizabethLine @TfL if you are @VodafoneUK customer - you will get next to No or Poor signal pretty consistently past Stratford. It’s been 2 years and vodaphone aren’t fixing it so if you rely on the line, change provider asap

    @VodafoneUK I’m literally only considering an upgrade as I want a reliable phone. For the money I’ve been paying I should not have had to put up with a faulty phone for so long. It looks like I’m not going to get help on here as well. I hope people read this

    @VodafoneUK what's the point? if you even knew how much time i've wasted on the phone and how many ways your company has screwed the pooch with the service i've recieved. wont waste another minute talking to the advisors.

    @VodafoneUK customer service is disgusting. Anual upgrade vanished from account, I said to not ring me as my dad has been critically ill in hospital. They rang me when I was in hospital and carried on asking questions . Problem won't be resolved as well

    @VodafoneUK I don't need help understanding my bill, or you sending texts to my landline once a month at incovenient times to ask me. Your customer services tell me it's sorted then there it goes again. #annoying

    @VodafoneUK I visited instead. The staff were lovely but unable to offer a courtesy phone to a long standing customer whose phone had broken under warranty. Apparently that isn't a service offered anymore.

    Listening to my mrs on the phone to @VodafoneUK is laughable lol me with @EE pay one price for my bill like every other company i know of my mrs being told she is paying a device plan and then the contract to and its 2 seperate bills wtf hahaha
