@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK After several issues with the broadband and we noted our intention to leave at the end of our contract. 2 weeks ago we called customer service to extend for another month. Today our internet got disconnected and we were advised that it would take a week to reconnect!

Never ever buying anything again with @VodafoneUK . This was my first contract with them. Fourth time this week my phone has stopped working and I’ve been told to switch it off for up to 24 hours for NO reason. And it still isn’t working. No apology - no refund. Disgrace. 🤬🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK recently bought business broadband and phone line both went live today, checked acc. online to try and + phone package & noticed my bill for Jan is grossly inflated. Spoke to various people who couldn't sort it. Now cancelling is there anyone who can help?

@VodafoneUK Second time in two weeks my Vodafone Home Broadband is down. Your customer advisors over chat are ever so useless. All I wanted to find out is if there is an Openreach issue in the Bexley, London region and they can't help me.
