@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK I tried after 6 pm , 1hr 36 waiting then cut off. I just tried at 21.40 the offices are shut. How can I speak to someone!!! i have been a Vodafone customer for years this is terrible!

After 2 years of only being able to iMessage people and @VodafoneUK telling me to reset my phone (which was never the issue). Today I finally was able to change providers and straight away I can text a non iPhone normally 🙌🏻🙌🏻

@VodafoneUK Apparently a new router is coming after yet another painful chat session. Suggest someone from Vodafone tries a chat session to understand the customer's experience. You have a customer feedback survey pop up that blocks the chat and makes it impossible to get help.

@VodafoneUK hi guys I haven't been able to use 4G at all since moving into my new SW2 address 3 weeks ago - have spoken to multiple agents and nobody seems to know the fix. 4G works fine in other areas!
