@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK Spent over an hour resolving problems viewing my account after I spent an hour last month and an hour the month before that, each time with empty promises. Made an official complaint and told I have to login in to see outcome as you can’t phone me!! C’mon Vodafone!

@VodafoneUK I especially like when one of your customer services representatives says he will call me regarding a complaint, but then doesn't bother. Nearly a week overdue for my call now.
