    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK Really disappointed with your retention team, rang to upgrade, they were very unhelpful, gave me 1 option which was not good then sent me my PAC code! It is sad that I can get better deal as a new customer with a third party company, I have been a loyal cust for years

    @VodafoneUK hi, my phone no changed from pay as you go to pay monthly today, so I could keep my old number. Since this morning I’ve had no signal (restarting my phone doesn’t help) which apparently should only last 20 mins. I can’t call Vodafone as I have no signal. Can you help?

    @VodafoneUK New broadband customer. Terrible so far. Was meant to be connected on 15th September but there were problems. Was told I’d receive compensation of £5.04 for each day that I was not connected. Finally connected this week on Monday 3rd October.
