@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

Hi @VodafoneUK - I’ve just learnt that my technically unsavvy mother took out a second phone contract with you as she thought she was due an upgrade. She’s only recently realised and has been told nothing can be done as it’s outside the cooling off period. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK feel good Friday ha! Never used any of these before, you gave me a code for a free film, only the code doesn’t unlock the film we chose... don’t offer and not deliver; I’d rather just have a cheaper plan!

@VodafoneUK All been relatively sorted now thanks to someone called Sharon who was a diamond. I will be putting a complaint in due to how much I've been messed about though and for having my trade in discount removed when it shouldn't have been.

@PeteBrownBeer Honestly. I HATE @VodafoneUK. Was with them for 10 years. Due an upgrade. Told I could get a new phone with a new contract... just the same contract any new customer would get. That's not an upgrade! Let alone the offshore tax havens. Burn them all down.
