    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK you cancelled my broadband by accident last week, and despite chatting and calling, you offered no further resolution than "we can reinstate it in 30 days". I emailed your CEO with a formal complaint almost a week ago, and have still had no response.

    @VodafoneUK It says "due to a technical issue, we are unable to process your top up at this time. Please try again in an hour." It's been saying that since I got up at 5am, both via the app and when I call.
