@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

I have to say, @VodafoneUK have some crackin' Customer Service. Redeemed a VeryMe Reward for @Tesco but the app went down so was unable to use. No bother, things happen! Yesterday, received a phone call from a lovely gentleman at Vodafone, sincere apologies and a new code! A+++

@VodafoneUK ladies and gentlemen I want you to all be aware if you are a working citizen and you pay Vodafone for a service I’m not sure if you knew this but If you suffer loss of service and you’re only days off are on the weekend Vodafone will not be able to help you
