    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK how about doing pay as you go with a preloaded £10. The cost in the supermarket will be £10 to buy but at least the potential customer does not have to jump through hoops right away to use it. Works well in other countries so why not here? #customerfriendly

    @VodafoneUK DAY 8 without service!!!This is the worst customer service that I had to deal with. Never complain about anything but here it’s unacceptable. Need the service and my number back to work and you don’t seem to take care of this. I’m opening a dispute against Vodaphone.

    @VodafoneUK activation for new broadband service supposed to be on Wed 5 Oct, still waiting today is 7th Oct. Sent Twitter messages backwards and forwards, still no luck! Beginning to regret that I changed providers.
