    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    @VodafoneUK I placed an order for a PAYG handset & PAYG sim, and contacted Vodafone within minutes of placing the order, that I wished to cancel my order - I was advised this was cancelled. The next day I received my order. I called customer service waited 40 mins be passed....

    Looking as though I may not be able to stream for another 2-3 days, major internet issues and an engineer won't be sent out for 48-72 hours. Imagine if @VodafoneUK actually helped fix my issue when I contacted them initially 2 months ago...

    @VodafoneUK This has to be a joke? I am caught in a dystopian vision of the future that can only be called @VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph - according to tech team, masts are down, hence the nightmare service, according to complaints “there are no interruptions”. Please sort this mess out!😫😡😭
