    @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

    Absolutely shambolic customer service from @VodafoneUK. Three hours plus on the phone over two days, doing the same tests over and over with no fix, to then be told I have pay a termination fee for 7Mbps broadband (33 contracted) and just passed pillar to post. Absolute joke.

    @VodafoneUK any plans to introduce support for “Wi-Fi Calling on supported iCloud-connected devices” like @EE? Very useful feature and can be dealbreaker considering limited differences between networks these days.

    @iD_Mobile_UK I get no signal and only 3G with @VodafoneUK at my house. Will I be able to test your sim before I fully commit and move my phone number over or do I just have to enter the contract and hope for the best?

    @VodafoneUK I'd like to get out of my contract because this type of service is poorer than any other provider. And reading into it, this is common for vodafone broadband users.

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my broadband order but NOBODY on your admin team can seem to do it ! I took it out 7 days ago and have been trying to get it cancelled for 5 days now ! Please can you sort this !

    12 hours into #Stoptober and all it took was @VodafoneUK robbing £72.14 out of my account and refusing to refund to me turn to cigs. Your service is joke. 🥴

    @VodafoneUK You like to think you are a responsible lender and yeet you violate FCA regulations with false information and not treating customer’s fairly. Lie to customers to the point you say you are registering a complete and will call back. @financialombuds will be next.
