@VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

@VodafoneUK But you need to tell customers before you increase their bill I am yet to have any offucal communication from Vodafone regarding this and the increase includes extra add on from Vodafone! Horrendous service from Vodafone, and the network operates worse even though you charge more

Moving to @VodafoneUK was genuinely the worst thing I’ve ever done. Carried out 2 credit searches on my account, I never have an ‘unsecured loan’ for my phone and in the 6 months I’ve been with them, my bill has only been correct twice 🙃

@NadineDorries @VodafoneUK Support?! They've just sent me an email saying the cost of my contract is rising by 5.4%. they shouldn't be allowed to put the price of a fixed term contract up half way through it.

@VodafoneUK I will assume from that response, that you are still acting like debt agencies with loyal customers, refusing upgrades as you assume customers can't budget their own money, and no longer want my 3 grand a year. Thanks. I'll continue to cancel each contract as it ends
