  @VodafoneUK Still no sense of urgency on the part of Vodafone, seriously rubbish customer service, private message sent this morning as directed and still nothing - you should be ashamed you know a child with a specific need is involved here - you could care less !!!!

  @VodafoneUK Again at store t the request por favor client services. No solution to our claim…it just keeps dragging, no one assumes responsibility. Do yourself a favor, contract with another broadband company.
