    @internetthought @Ofcom @VodafoneUK That's from the Vodafone technical support desk. It turns out you need to switch off 5G for set-up, but if you switch 5G back on again afterwards Wi-Fi Calling does appear to work

    @VodafoneUK My modem keeps flashing a red light on the internet light. I’m using a wired for the ps5 and wireless for everything else. I never had this issue with BT and no one can explain what is going on.

    @VodafoneUK And you’re cutting off the sure signal in less than 60 days, yet us in rural areas have to rely on these things to get any signal let alone mms messages which won’t even work after ?? @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK morning! My husband moved his mobile from O2 to sim only on my account 4 weeks ago. He has an Apple Watch and one number set up but it does not work unless his phone is in vicinity. He has a watch with cellular ability. Can you help please? @drdavehumph

    @VodafoneUK Yes it is an everyday (and evening) essential... but your support centre is not available ! I have had a call out and given a number to call, but requested to quote ' last 6 digits of FLT/DOA' -what the heck is that. Previously callouts I've been given support reference

    @VodafoneUK Still no help from @VodafoneUK on my speeds (or the promised discount, So Don't believe them as their app doesn't work) Speeds still low, they don't care, just get the run around over and over. I guess I'll just leave them and forget the stress. Maybe that's what they want?
