    @Pollys_Hatpin @VodafoneUK I have a disability as well and I think they way I was treated was criminal, I was treated as if it was my fault for not being able to pass a credit check with them, I’ve had no issues elsewhere yet it was my fault somehow

    @VodafoneUK you are the best signal and human customer service ever. but i have been trying to get through to you for 4 hours and 30 mins. for a simple contract upgrade. i was 76th to 1st in queue then you closed. so annoying. please get in touch.

    @VodafoneUK Well done Vodafone! Three weeks since my broadband contract began and STILL NO WORKING LANDLINE. The way you treat deaf disabled customers is appalling, I have been repeatedly lied to and fobbed off. Not my fault I'm deaf! I bitterly regret signing up for your service.

    @VodafoneUK I can't get mobile reception at home - my household needs to able to dial 999 in an emergency and we can't because NOBODY at Vodafone will rectify this. SHAME on you for treating disabled people like this.
