@VodafoneUK No offence, but your team are useless and full of excuses. 1 laptop, plugged into Ethernet pulling 350mbps on a supposed 900mbps package? That’s ****. It’s fine. I’m going to the ombudsman with all my evidence. I’m done being fobbed off by you and @CityFibre

@VodafoneUK started my new contract today and getting no 4g and minimal 3g at my home address. Please tell me this is a temporary problem?

  • JonEForeman Jonathan Foreman (@JonEForeman) reported

@VodafoneUK the main reason to switch from #vodafone is that it is literally impossible to speak to its ‘customer service’

  • markwolvo Mark Jones (@markwolvo) reported

@CityFibre had fttp installed last Wednesday, still not working today. Raised the issue with @VodafoneUK immediately and they passed it over to yourselves. Still waiting for @CityFibre to contact me for an engineer visit. Nearly a week without any internet!!

  • FieryBiscuitss robert priestley (@FieryBiscuitss) reported

Day 11 of @VodafoneUK losing my phone, and unable to give me a replacement. Don't worry though, my case has been 'escalated'. I feel so valued... #AvoidVodafone. @ThreeUK would you treat your customers like this? Thinking of moving...

  • JonEForeman Jonathan Foreman (@JonEForeman) reported

@VodafoneUK Even the DM just puts you in touch with an automated system which says ‘I do not understand the problem’.
