    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK You poor sod.

  • TahirBinHussai2 Tahir Bin Hussain #WeAreCorbyn (@TahirBinHussai2) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Six hours eh, seems a bit excessive only took me about an hour to get the number to transfer to another company, if you are polite, courteous and patient the person on the other side will do their job and help you. Vodaphone have always been good with excellent customer service.

  • ChrisTilley25 Chris (@ChrisTilley25) reported

    @VodafoneUK @MRJKilcoyne Don’t reply to him! He hasn’t got an actual problem. He’s just being a Tory kiss arse.

  • TedUrchin Ted Smith 3.5% (@TedUrchin) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK It is not often I agree with you, if ever, but I too had a monumental problem with them last year - multiple calls,hours on the phone, texts sent which they then reneged on. Moreover, I have been a consistent and loyal Vodafone customer for over 20 years!

  • AMCELL Alan McElligott (@AMCELL) reported

    so, @VodafoneUK overcharged me for months during summer when I was out of contract & didn't realise - no refund received. Now they are penalising me with £170 for leaving a contract I didn't know I was in! BEWARE & AVOID. plus, very difficult to access proper customer support.

  • bazza_bad BigBadBazza (@bazza_bad) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK .Tell me about it ended my contract with them over a year ago and they are still charging me &when this lock down is over I'll be speaking legal advice!

  • weedgies Framob (@weedgies) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK When clowns use the reach of Gov verified account for #Nonsense thats why my public discourse will never be good,arseholes like this who don't understand this nonsense is for personal accounts,not public verified Gov accounts. People wonder why we are in state we are. Exhibit A !

  • longhurstkerry kerry anne longhurst (@longhurstkerry) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Ranting about your first world problem whilst your party continues to plunge the country into an ever more intractable mess is pretty bad taste and badly pitched.

  • EliModnar Random Hajile (@EliModnar) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK Tell them you want all the benefits of being a customer, without actually paying any bills.

  • NP20193 NP2019 🎪 (@NP20193) reported

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK In your case spending six hours talking to a customer service representative was probably the most useful thing you could have done with those six hours.
