    @VodafoneUK I ended up back with the team who’d caused the problems originally, and surprise surprise they weren’t able to help. What a waste of time. Someone will phone me Thu/Fri this week to hopefully resolve things, though I don’t hold out any hope that they’ll be able to. 2/end

    After a moment of absolute head loss we’ve decided to cancel our @VodafoneUK contract On Friday. But we’re still waiting for the ‘cancellations team’ to get in touch so I’m just continuing this out of spite now. @VodafoneUK you truly are a bunch of absolute no-hopers

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Ami. I ended up phoning the complaints number on Friday, a week after I put in the complaint. I was passed around without your agents handing over the information I’d given, so I spent an hour repeating myself. 1/x

    You’re a joke @VodafoneUK . Offer to give me free data on my phone until this is resolved. How does that help my family when i’m at work all day?!?!? You need to escalate this in the next 24hrs or you’ve lost me as a customer forever.

    Been on hold now to @VodafoneUK for 20 mins again, 14th call in 2 weeks about my broadband. I talk more to them than i do my parents. 3 weeks of terrible speeds from 1700hrs to 2300 hours religously for 3 weeks on the run. Been on hold so they can check they recieved an email 😴

    @VodafoneUK Good evening, I am now 3 days without broadband. There's not a problem my end so can you tell me how I can get service from a higher tier technician who is empowered to fix things deeper in your systems?
