    Can you believe how bad @VodafoneUK are with customer service, spent over 1 and a half hours on the phone this week to solve a problem, that nothing has been done with… been trying to escalate this for 3 months now and am still yet to speak to a manager… disgusting service

    @VodafoneUK I won a dispute with your team and you wrote off my debt. However, I was shocked when I download my credit report that you had left so many payment bad debt records there. I had my bill record to prove this. Who can I contact to solve this issue?

    @VodafoneUK, House move Vodafone couldn't provide service at new address so contract was terminate with no balance of payment but the system charged me £224 as balance payment for 4months which reflects on my credit score till date, Vodafone has not corrected their mistake.
