.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@VodafoneUK I have spent over two hours on your live chat platform to get absolutely no where. I was mis-sold your gigacube mobile broadband offer. I was given misleading information & because I’m out of the cooling period I can’t cancel. Terrible. Been a customer 15yrs!

@VodafoneUK You just sent me a bill for an account I closed in 2017. What is going on? I don't owe you anything. In fact for many years you owed me and I only got that back in December. I have no idea what the login details are and I will not accept my credit score getting ruined

So we paid for @VodafoneUK upgraded Internet because our existing cuts out all the ******* time. They took the money and haven't supplied the new router or anything. Any normal person would call that robbery. On top of ***** service.
