@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@CPWTweets @VodafoneUK hiya, please see thread and image. I just checked and this number appears to be used by someone on the Vodafone network for scams. I’ve blocked em’, but can you sort them out however you sort out scammers? Thanks!

@HungryHorse Mill on the Soar (Broughton Astley) trying to logon to free wifi but sadly it’s not connecting and @VodafoneUK network is annoyingly not available. Sat 30 minutes(with no food or drink) before being asked are we dining yet booked to eat. Not great customer service.
