.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@VodafoneUK still broadband isn’t working and was told you had been made aware of an outage in our area but your checker says everything is fine. Literally fed up with how inconsistent this broadband is!!!!!

@VodafoneUK @kellyjbarnes69 Vodafone are awful. They have left me with no broadband for weeks, don’t call back and don’t answer DMs. In a world where we are working from home they are ruining people’s livelihoods and they simply don’t care
