    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK 2010 new phone contract… no problems 2020 new broadband great service… 2022 house move.. what an absolute nightmare ridiculous customer service, complaint made and still can not find one person who cares….

    @VodafoneUK y is it that to get a better deal on an upgrade I I have to cancel my contract and take a new one out mobilephonesdirect are way cheaper than vodafone store and I cant get the sale deal direct, makes no sense at all

    @edgaze @VodafoneUK Central London has always had poor 3g/4g signal. Better to use VIP/VPN via WiFi in a coffee shop or hotdesking venue.

    Died anyone know a phone provider who actually speak to their customers? Because @VodafoneUK won’t and in all honesty behave as if they don’t want my custom! I don’t want some rubbish online chat because I have sight issues and their site won’t allow me to adjust to see better!

    Terrible network in Bishopsgate, the City of London, @VodafoneUK have been having calls drop for 2 weeks, and today I've been losing signal altogether not fun when you're trying to run a small business!

    Hey @VodafoneUK some notification that you’re taking a transmitter down for 2 days maintenance would have been useful!! No signal and no broadband (as we use a mobile broadband dongle). Do I get a discount off the next bill!! 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK I AM thinking about an upgrade. But after many years of being a pretty happy customer, I’m not sure I want to to be with you now that you’re refusing to just let me speak to a person about it. I’d accept that if you’re automated system worked, but it doesn’t 😡#BadService

    @VodafoneUK Shocking customer service. Tried to cancel the broadband, always answer the phone promptly & then go off to ask the manager something, never to return. Delay tactics employed possibly? Waiting on Chris in Wales now!
