    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @photomikeyhere @VodafoneUK I've been with them for 32 years with my phone. No problems whatsoever. However, I have recently moved from Plusnet to Vodafone for broadband. It is terrible. Keeps going offline and there is reduced coverage on the property. Will leave them when the contract ends.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nathan, I’ve sent a DM but I would love a complaints email or number. Incidentally, your website quotes a number for complaints which just takes you to technical support. Im starting to think Vodafone block any formal complaints

    @VodafoneUK customer service has completely nose dived I've been on the phone to them 3 times 20-30 minutes for a simple issue and it's not been sorted. I was told to go to store I've been to store and they said they can't help you have to go online. Time to move my network
