.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@VodafoneUK Thanks, I spent an hour on the phone to support last night who were only able to say that @CityFibre were 'working on it', but no details of when to expect an engineer visit to reconnect my fibre to the cabinet.

Well **** you very much @VodafoneUK there is a THREE DAY outage March 1-4 on all broadband in the Chelsea SW3 area. I waste an hour trying to get through to help desk. You could have tweeted about this or texted all your customers - you have our emails!! 🤬 Refund all affected!

Appalling service from @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre. Faulty broadband installation on Friday and still without internet and no planned resolution. Apparently must just wait for CF to contact me whenever they can be bothered… atrocious SLAs

@VodafoneUK been performing a sim swap since Friday and still not connected… promised by circa 8 people that I’d be connected within 24 hrs each day from Friday. Can’t speak with friends, family or login to online bank. A simple sim swap. Unbelievable
