    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK we joined your broadband and landline phone, almost a week has passed and we can still only make calls but not receive them which is causing problems with being an emergency contact for elderly relatives. Chatbot “advisors” were no help. Could you please help?

    @VodafoneUK Very poor sim service. Struggle to make calls on daily basis. Contacted Vodafone multiple multiple time with out any resolution. Appalling network

    @VodafoneUK If I had known it takes 40+ mins to get a reply to a message trying to sort out the mess you've made for me as a new customer I might not have bothered. Wondering if there's still time to cancel 🙄

    Day 15. At least @vodafoneUK now seem serious about getting this sorted, but apparently @CityFibre now say no update until THURSDAY. So that will be at least 18 days without an Internet connection at home. If fibre is this hard to fix every time, then I'm out.
