    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK have you guys adopted a policy to harassing the customers? your customer teams cant understand simple tasks and everyone who comes on the call has a different story. very bad please do reshuffle your team and educate them for the betterment of customers.

    @VodafoneUK why is it that I pay so much but can’t seem to get signal anymore? I’m lucky to get 1 or 2 bars these days. Anything you guys can do to sort it out? Because I want to leave if not.

    @VodafoneUK I disagree. Vodafone knew there was a problem. Reported multiple times by people in Tamworth. Yet, no statement was passed out to customers. You would save time in call centres and embarrassment on social media this way. Keep customers updated & they'd be more understanding. 1/2

    @VodafoneUK phoned you to block my second line as my handset was lost and you blocked my working number, it’s now hours later and I’m still left with no service. I don’t know how you get away with this constant incompetence. You can never do anything right. Disgraceful company.

    @VodafoneUK shocking service chasing a phone for 3 weeks. For my daughters Christmas present Not told it was out of stock when upgraded. Not giving me all the options when wanted to change phone. Lady that served me today, only highlight. Who was a credit to otherwise shambles.

    @Amorious__Works @VodafoneUK TF - here's to Gin on the bundle chat line (and my hospitalised mum who is fortunately well enough to read texts). Problem sorted and bundle has renewed. So my mum won't be cut off while alone in hospital.
