.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@O2 with all due respect, your phone service is absolutely ******* horrendous. No 4G in Bristol although I live centrally and my phone constantly tells me I have no internet connection. It’s such bollocks considering how much I pay a month. @VodafoneUK can you help me?

@VodafoneUK to say your customer service is appalling is an understatement! 60+ minutes on your automated Tobi system with issues with an iPhone 11 not even a year old as a self employed man to be told to send us your phone and be without one is TOTALLY Unacceptable!

@VodafoneUK as a customer i'm discussed that you are supporting a fascist news channel by advertising with @GBNEWS. When my contract finishes I will be going to another provider.

@markjohnsonhome @VodafoneUK So if i'm reading this right now, you're not going to cancel unless you really really really have to, because it's inconvenient. Decisions decisions 🤔🤔

@markjohnsonhome @VodafoneUK I'm not with Vodafone, but I might switch when my current contract needs renewing. Glad to support their inclusive advertising policies.
