.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@brightonsnapper @VodafoneUK I get them from time to time. They claim to be from @virginmedia offering upgrades to the latest iPhone or Samsung. Never managed to pinpoint them to an actual address as they're using a fake UK landline but have Indian or East Asian accents

@EdManCov @JudySBWriter @VodafoneUK Same problem here. I spoke to someone online who didn't know anything about it, I got a tweet from them yesterday saying it should be fixed, obviously it's not, and no one is bothering to respond to my DM!
