    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK Once again, I can't login to my account. I think this is the 9th-10th time. I get the message that there's "no number registered to this account" - before I even get chance to enter the temp password I've requested. So, how do I login?

    @VodafoneUK Today is yet another problem. As I said I will respond Monday. Check our account , plenty more good reading with even promises it’s sorted from directors office. Vodaphone really do need investigating by the FSA as sure we are not the only ones. Even had a debt collector letter!!
