.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

It would appear @VodafoneUK only want to take your money and not provide a service! Their online team are so limited in what they can do, they're really not worth talking to. I guess that's their point #VodafoneBroadband

@VodafoneUK does anyone in this company have the ability to do anything like send a email, escalate the issue, just say that you cannot supply broadband for the money you are taking (now 2 months) you entered a contract which 45 days later still not given ONE days internet.

@afroking_jonty @VodafoneUK They asked me to go into DM, I went there and they say they can't help and Instead they give the same number I called before. There is no getting anywhere with these people. To make matters worse the number is a call centre number and its probably being answered abroad

@VodafoneUK I’m sick of troubleshooting! My internet disconnects at least 2/3 times a week. Slow speeds all the time. What am I paying £40 a month for?!
