  @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

  .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

  @carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

  @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.
