.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@VodafoneUK So in the meantime what happens if I have irregular connectivity issues? Will lack of connection be refunded ? Is there nothing else that can be done to remedy it ?

@VodafoneUK There is a lack of consistency between advisors, which is ironically the only thing that is consistent in VOD customer service. This suggests there is lack of uniformity in training and messaging. Some of these kids also sound down.

Hi @VodafoneUK. You are completely uncontactable. Your 'BOT' doesn't work and you keep sending me links to chat that don't work. Can you send me a landline number for customers services please? One that isn't automated and sends me faulty links. Thank you.

@harryjms Had the same issue with @VodafoneUK last year when we moved house and they misunderstood “transfer to new address” as “cancel contract”. They are all awful.
