Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

Constant delays, you have to hedge your bets at which train to get . Be great if there was a way of having uptodate info to run between platforms!

Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

My 70 year old father rang up to renew his contract and because he only has one service with you he's not valuable enough ., despite being with you over 10 years and some weirdo to start asking him where el he shops
