    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    Wanted to leave @VodafoneUK due to the appalling customer service. Unfortunately having to postpone the as @virginmedia can’t install at our property yet even that is a minefield - number in Vodafone’s ‘don’t cancel’ letter goes to the wrong team & wrong leaving date on system.

    @VodafoneUK Sorted now - apparently there was an engineer at the mast; maybe switched it off while doing some work. Your service checker said our service strength was "good" when it was non-existent, but it's back again now.

    @VodafoneUK Still ongoing but getting nowhere. They keep stating the RPI is stated at the start of the contract. My counter is those already in contract are not made aware of the actual yearly increase until AFTER it has applied, so even if wanting to cancel they have to pay more...

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Andy done that three times but the issue is still outstanding. Problem is with your smart app. It refuses to accept payment methods and is noted with app store reviews.

    @VodafoneUK I seem to be having constant problems accessing 4G within london. I am at Wembley Park and I can’t get on the network. I’ve faced similar issues at Ealing Broadway W5 last weekend and central london. I’ve tired stuff u suggested last time but nothing works.
