.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

Vodafone broadband: is it any good ? Who knows, @VodafoneUK have been singularly unable to make my broadband and home phone number work for the last WEEK. Would I recommend them ? NO. Will I make a formal complaint to OFCOM about this ? Yes SHODDY SERVICE

@VodafoneUK I am having big trouble with my network connection. I have a 5G capable phone and a 4G+ Network. However, Google maps and other apps are not loading properly to the highest quality. I am pretty certain this is not a phone (device) issue. Help me out. Will you.
