.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@VodafoneUK imagine telling my fiance that the Internet issue is your problem? And now you're saying its our fault? We've had no Internet since yesterday😖,and a few people we know have said the same ....And you still haven't fixed the issue, we won't be renewing the contract

@JimScarratt Hi Jim I’m guessing you’re with @VodafoneUK it’s an issue they are aware of and have apparently been working to fix for the last couple of days. Should work fine when connect to WiFi rather than mobile data.

@VodafoneUK so now I’m getting a burst of images and videos which I can’t play every so often this evening, and I’m wondering if that’s a sign that the issue is slowly getting fixed. I hope cuz it’s been well over 48 hours since the problem started
