  @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

  @VodafoneUK I have had problems with router and requested a replacement yesterday. Was promised a call from a manager within 24 hours. This time has well exceeded and no call. Decided to upgrade and was told I would get router once manager called.. Still no call. V. poor service

  @VodafoneUK Got a new phone, need help setting it up and transferring my number!!! Been passed around for the past hour and half, on hold for the last half hour and then cut off!!!!! Someone give me a number I can speak to someone NOW!!!!!!

  @martinmrocks @VodafoneUK I've had this for 5 months now, ever since 'upgrading'! 5G is good, when it rarely works, but 4G never goes above 1mbps
