    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK I thought the whole reason me making a complaint is so Vodafone contacts me! Its not about me chasing them i have tried different ways already since the 11th of August understand my complaint extends back to july! why isnt Vodafone trying to resolve this with me?

    @VodafoneUK I was told that if I wanted to upgrade to a cheaper deal, I needed to cancel my current contract and get a new one out. Can’t wait to leave in December, when my contract ends 🥴

    @VodafoneUK they couldn't work out why. I went through credit checks and all security on all 3 occasions, but still no solution. Been sent to your SOS team 3 times and no communication from you at all! But my payment is still mysteriously able to get through!!
