    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @LegeOfTheDaleks @VodafoneUK @YouTube Ha - they told me they're not compensating for the loss because it's a 'free service '. So why exactly do I pay extra for a contract with '+entertainment ' in the name that specifically vaunts its access to this, then? Outrageous. Now progressing toward anger and the regulator.

    @VodafoneUK We talked to customer service hundreds of times every day, they say they will try to overcome this grievance. There has been no progress so far. Vodafone continues to make us victims. The 21st campaign is usurping our right. We can't use it because we gave it.

    @VodafoneUK For anyone considering joining Vodafone, I'd advise making sure that you've got enough time to constantly wait for them to address their failings. If you work, like me, you're going to have a bad time.

    @VodafoneUK Hello Iv recently got Vodafone router, got an Xbox series x and it doesn’t connect by wired connection only by wifi was completely fine with virgin internet so I’m a bit confused it’s not the wire Iv tried multiple wires please help thank you

    @VodafoneUK I have used the status checker and it says my signal is good indoors and outdoors. This is not true. The problem began on 17 June.

    @VodafoneUK Well 5 minutes waiting. I’m getting more frustrated with Vodafone. Vodafone it’s starting to reveal being an unprofessional company. I’ve been a customer for long time. This time because I decided not to upgrade to a new phone they took free roaming away from me.
