@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

Why did you cancel you’re London Underground WiFi service, @VodafoneUK? That was the main reason I stayed with you. That an unlimited data, which all providers now offer. Is this a permanent thing?

@VodafoneUK Noticing degradation of signal at my home address. Nothing shows on your signal checked and I'm down for text alerts if any issues are registered. Post code is E1 1RY. Mainly on HSDPA rather than 4G+/5G. Same issue across multiple devices using your network.

@VodafoneUK have been trying to make my final payment on my broadband for months now but the site is always down, now the missed payment has gone down on my credit score despite me making every effort to pay this, hope we can get this sorted soon.
