@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK My mum is 87. She has fallen and broken her hip. I called the hospital - not allowed to see her, can’t talk to her on phone and the person (yes they have a person for this) who could set up a video call for us is not available. When you find a bridge let me know please Julia

@VodafoneUK It’s a 4g (100gig per month data plan) - which we use as our broadband (live on a boat so no such thing as a land line). But it’s exactly the same speed on my phone (also Vodafone) so don’t have option of using that as a hotspot. DM if you want more info. Appreciate your help.

@VodafoneUK And this is per the Status Checker, too. But it's very frustrating to simply see that problems exist, with no other info or expected date it will be working again.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK strange one as it was a gift but is there a way of getting a proof of purchase receipt for warranty reasons. Have had issues with Google in the past.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Customer Service numbers for most companies are subject to delays because of the obvious at the moment. Your pissing and whinging because of your blue tick wont change that.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Yeah, apparently, Covid means we all have to spend another each call service chat. Why, oh why, does C-19 feel like an excuse for employing less staff.
