.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

I’ve got an excellent assignment for you @Mattallwright. @VodafoneUK seem to be a law unto themselves. If you cancel an order on same day, they send it anyway, port your number. Say it takes 24-48 hours to cancel. Leave you with no phone number and now saying it can take 15 days!

Hey @VodafoneUK I haven't had any signal since 7pm last night, there's no recorded outages in my area, and none of the steps to resolve via the chatbot have worked. What's going on?!

@VodafoneUK It simply will not take a card payment. Tried in my mums name and won’t do it in hers. You obviously have an issue with the site. The card payment of 0.01p won’t go through. Simple as that.

Hi @VodafoneUK I never tweet but you’ve not seen my story/complaint on my 48k Instagram account (misshavishamscakes) and your customer service just disconnected me. I’m so desperate! A “glitch” has apparently deleted my whole plan/account and I’ve had no service for 24 hours. Jo
