    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK I've been without a working SIM for 3 weeks and I'm getting one reply per 24 hours. I'm being charged for service I'm not receiving. This is very frustrating!!!

    @VodafoneUK My husband Les @LCRcomputers deserves a new phone , he is terminally ill with cancer so he could use it to phone his dr,s his McMillan nurse or the hospital if needed . Even though he is so seriously ill he never stops worrying about me .#VodafoneTreats

    @VodafoneUK One sunny morning and despite being a Granny, not long before lockdown, she leapt from from a plane flying at 15,000ft. Plummeting down at 125 mph for a full minute before the parachute opened. Oh, and she raised more than £1K for a local cancer support group #VodafoneTreats

    That's 20 days without a handset @vodafoneUK - sent my broken phone which Id only had from you for a few months on the 5th. No contact from the service centre to update me on where my phone is or what's happening, not great at all.
