    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    Back in B43 7EQ Great Barr Birmingham @ThreeUKSupport @VodafoneUK Sort the service out 4G 5G both Dire. ALL other networks are fine. No one can access apps.

    @VodafoneUK During the 20 years that I have held a mobile contract with you,I have experienced p@ss poor customer service from you but this time you have really pushed me over the edge. No mobile data for 3 days with no explanation. Goodbye, I’m leaving 👋

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs
