Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

Randall Flagg (@RandallFlaggDT) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Did the same to me, lodge an official complaint with Vodafone. Specialist Care Manager, Vodafone Limited, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 2FN. Ask for a complaint reference number and keep records of all contact. Then write to all three credit agencies outlining the details and reference the complaint number. They really are shady bastards.

Ross Henderson (@rsmck) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had a very similar problem. It took threats of legal action to get Vodafone to fix it. Which they eventually did. But almost the same situation too. I had a service that never worked cancelled and returned the router and then they claimed it was never cancelled.

I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

Surely YOU should be contacting affected customers?! When will this issue be sorted exactly?

I was tempted to just pay it to get them off my back. I’d get phone calls from the debt collector late at night! Awful company.
