    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @ActingLime @AshleighHaddad @VodafoneUK I have always had the suspicion that virgin always controlled the WiFi down there and leased access to other networks. I guess Vodafone decided they didn't want to pay for it any longer

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to reach out to customer care. It might be they are working from home and disconnecting the call. Let them enjoy, but who will solve my query? @VodafoneUK please take your service from India

    @VodafoneUK We've been through this all before. The signal round here is dreadful and you won't invest in rural areas. I've been with vodafone for over 25 years and everyone round here is recommending another provider who has a better signal. That's why I was hoping for a booster.

    @Food_Fascist @VodafoneUK I've been a Vodafone customer since analogue days and stayed mainly due to the #suresignal I have now found my current handset WILL operate on WiFi calling with GiffGaff (O2) so #vodafone days may be numbered if they can't get me connected.     @VodafoneUK One of the worst website experiences I've ever had, and your website doesn't even optimise to a mobile screen - absolutely shocking for such a large company. All I want to do is upgrade my phone.
