@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

Desperately need to leave @VodafoneUK this year; their service is unbearable now. First they took the Sure Signal Box Offline, then they tell me they’ve got 99% signal coverage (the 1% must be North Wales) and they’re removing 3G because of it.

@VodafoneUK hi, are you aware of the problems getting media to play/show on Twitter when connected to your network. Very annoying, especially as we use Vodafone for mobiles and 4g broadband!
