.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

I think I'll be leaving @VodafoneUK. My partner has been treated horribly by their brainless staff. Currently phoning them and been on hold for 1 hour so far. This customer service is among the worst ever. Do they only have like 2 people working each day? Disgraceful.

Hey @VodafoneUK, I can't seem to get any 4G anymore. All my settings are correct and I've got 5.7GB left this month with my rolling contract. Never had problems before... but I haven't been able to get any for 3 days now. Any help would be much appreciated

OK. I've given @VodafoneUK more than the required time to issue a refund (for a transaction THEY cancelled in October) and they STILL HAVE MY MONEY, and I have little hope of ever getting it back. Scandalous. Have complained to @Ofcom. Ridiculous. #Vodafone #Whatascam

In fairness to @SSE, their agents have been unfailingly polite, and the manager, once I *finally* managed to speak to him, has been quite helpful. I suspect that they have been playing pig-in-the-middle, and the issue has been with @VodafoneUK (who can bite my shiny metal butt).

@VodafoneUK after trying to unlock my mums phone to move to another network, speaking to instore staff, talking on the phone, using web chat, promises of it will get sorted asap. 2 months later and at least 3 times sending all the details. NOTHING, NO CONTACT. It’s disgusting
