    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK I've spent two hours on the phone just today, speaking to four advisors, after having spent an hour on a webchat, all because the original call I made to cancel on 3 March wasn't acted on and done properly. A person could ho mad I tell you, MAD

    @VodafoneUK Thankfully yes. But it was a nightmare. If you cut people off at least leave some data, and ability to call your customer services…to be able to pay bill quickly. We’re fine, but you could put some vulnerable people in an awful position.

    I cannot describe how utterly hopeless @VodafoneUK support is. Every month I call and get different stories about getting a VAT invoice - they stopped making available online. Just been holding for 44mins for the resolution team. Turns out their resolution is to just cut me off.

    Problem with refurbed phone from @VodafoneUK 4hrs on phone wasting my life not one person suggested a easy fix suggested by random bloke in pub . Random blokes 110% better customer service than shite @VodafoneUK roll on contract end

    Hey @VodafoneUK could you provide an update for the people of #Barnton (CW8 4) we've ALL been without Internet for 24h We know @WeAreOpenreach are on site rectifying the issue.. but it's a biggie @CanalRiverTrust

    Trying to talk @VodafoneUK , see if they can offer SIM only deal. Been with them 15 years, but now much cheaper options out there that include #EU #roaming. 15 minutes of hold "music". Then the call cut off. Looks like the customer retentions team don't want to retain customers
