  @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

  .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @twit_cmj @VodafoneUK Other than when it hits the hot weather ive never had issues. Did with the phone as was with them for 15 years. But broadband usually has been alright. Then the sun comes out and...nope gone

  What a bad service Vi! My dad got his intl roaming pack recharged from india for Scotland and yet it has been 2 days there is no network in his phone. He is struggling like hell and your customer service team does not even care. @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK

  @VOXImobile @VodafoneUK hardly any signal around very recently. Used to get 2 or 3 bars of LTE but now it’s 1 to non. What gives? Fix this issue asap. After the lightning in London it’s bad. Don’t even talk about 5G as that dose not work.
