@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

So you trade your phone in with @VodafoneUK - trade in team text to say they haven’t had it despite tracking saying it was signed for, nobody answering their phones. They direct you to @VodafoneUK customer services who say they can’t help as they don’t have the information??

@MoiraJenkins1 @VodafoneUK are a waste of time a 2 year old could design a better contact system and if they try to activate the place I just left instead of the place I moved to again, despite assurances on the phone🙄I will cancel the direct debit and go elsewhere their service is poor anyway

@VodafoneUK Worst experience ever! We have spent HOURS on the phone trying to get our internet set up! HOURS! We get a completely different action plan each time we call and we will won't have internet for another 3 days?! Woeful customer service
