DónallMacCathmhaoill (@AnDonallDubh) reported from Donegal, Ulster@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

😎 Alan Lavender (@lavenderlens) reported from Donegal, Ulster.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

Joey ap Joey (@FarmerJoeShow) reported@VodafoneUK @antonycotton Vodafone UK are appalling. Absolutely zero customer service and if you can get hold of them they say it’ll be sorted next day but it never is. AVOID THEM. Use literally anyone except Vodafone UK.
-
Justin (@justinmmathews) reported@Alexarmstrong Cancel @VodafoneUK

Cllr John Morris (@Plaistovian) reportedHi @VodafoneUK, I just spoke to Paul at Vodafone, who went above and beyond to try and help, and I'm very thankful. I just wish there was an easier way to contact you directly to provide feedback.

Ards Brexit (@ArdsBrexit) reported@vodafone @VodafoneUK You will be able to track the devices that are being handed out to illegal migrants that are using your network. Facilitating these illegal migrants makes you an accessory to people trafficking. You paying customers are funding this, are they made aware?
-
Shesgoter Titzout (@bigun1414) reported@Alexarmstrong @VodafoneUK are not answering my request for information, clearly they prefer giving free stuff to illegal immigrants rather than addressing concerns of a paying customer of over 20 years standing. Says it all really…will not be renewing my contract that’s now due.

Andy Myers (@djandymyers) reportedIf you travel to Spain, make sure you use @movistar_es when data roaming. Superb network out there. I only wish the UK networks were as good. @VodafoneUK comes closest here in the UK.
-
tinman (@tinman197474747) reported@A109SPSi @BeakerBate @VodafoneUK No issues with Sky, even get to save my data and roll it when I’m abroad.
-
Mark “Beaker” Bate (@BeakerBate) reportedWhy oh why is the UK’s mobile infrastructure so poor in terms of capacity? @VodafoneUK is almost unworkable now……..
-
geoff (@VictorMeldrew17) reported@Lindstar24 @VodafoneUK are an abysmal, thieving mobile & internet provider who charge exorbitant rates for a very poor service. ANYONE who has an account with them should seek professional help immediately.

FourSaints (@Parishof4Saints) reportedWe're out of contract (broadband) with @BT. They quoted £167+VAT for two lines into our church site. @VodafoneUK less than half that so we went with them (and v pleased with the service). However, can't fault BT for being VERY (too) persistent in trying to win us back.
