    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK as new customer, I'm cancelling due to yr lousy customer service. To be told by Indian call centre I am lying is bad form indeed when call log proves I made call. Get English staff. Train them well. Bye bye Vodafone, it may have been fun, but you've lost my business.

    @VodafoneUK has one the worst experiences dealing with your customer service teams. Absolute shambles. Been with Vodafone for 10+years and this is just a joke.

    @vodafoneuk I have been trying to reach your customer service agents to fix my mobile internet issue with no luck. It has been 3 hours and no solution!!! On a business trip, with no internet! Thanks Vodafone, I'll cancel my account.

    Hey @CityFibre do you think you could help fix a problem inside of your network that @VodafoneUK are incapable of, or unwilling to fix. Been waiting 5 days now and they know the fix from last time but are doing nothing!

    Wouldn’t recommend @VodafoneUK for PAYG, third time in the last year my dads account has been drained because they’ve changed the contract! Good job he’s not come across an emergency yet! Decided to leave PAYG.
