    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Mac, I’ve spoken to someone on the phone and via the chat and I’ve been told I have to hang on until the next bill where the change will have been reflected. It’s less hassle to go into the shop, but thank you!

    @VodafoneUK 2 Hours 19 minutes. While I'm happy to have got it sorted, there is no way that such a simple procedure should have been rendered so complicated by such a horribly broken system.
