.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

I always thought things like this was a gimmick until 3 contacted me out of the blue to say they wanted to send me a gift 🎁 for being a loyal customer. I couldn’t believe it. I’ve had a proper **** week so has cheered me massively.
