@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK I went through the Insurance Claim again as couldnt do it in store at all as needs to go through the manager. 2 reps or ? Put there phone down on me and next your system crashed.

@VodafoneUK I have to say the service I have received from Vodafone in the last 6 months has been appalling. I keep getting disconnected every 2 months and have to wait 2 days to be connected, and it’s just happened again. No one ever gets back to me. Not good service

@VodafoneUK I sent a DM and heard nothing. I have no service and I use this phone for personal and business. I would like you to cancel my contract with no fees as this is the least you can do. Look at the notes on my account and you will see how bad Vodafone are

@VodafoneUK he's on the phone with ya now, his issue will probably be resolved. But he sent me a video of how the website behaved, your check-out coding has gotten a hitch of some kind, sent him into an unresolvable loop. Get a tech on it and it will prob be fine. Cheers.
