.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@donwendyagain @GeorgeMonbiot If the issue has been resolved, it doesn't go on the tally. It's an absolute kicker I know. But @VodafoneUK can now say "issue resolved" to Ofcom.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Exactly. After a nightmare with Virginmedia I am now trying to cancel my mothers mobile phone account with O2. Not used for a least a year. Why we support these Companies and their shoddy service especially to older folk.

I love the irony of when you try to report a poor signal to @VodafoneUK but you can’t because #Tobi won’t load because of a poor signal.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It took me a year to finally be rid after my cancelled account was never fully cancelled adding a charge each month. Hours of calls every month until eventually I stopped trying, resulting in debt collectors who thankfully believed me & passed it back to Vodafone. Never again.

@GeorgeMonbiot @GdVikki @VodafoneUK Apparently a business customer, which I am not! There was so many perks of having a customer account which I just couldn’t access because of this business thing, but I just couldn’t persuade them to get me off it! I decided to leave in August when I reached the end of my tether!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Worst company ever. That's why all people are moving to other suppliers.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodaphone refused to cancel a subscription for a phone number I’d never had, on a phone I’d never owned. It took me 3 months to convince them it was unreasonable to charge me for something I’d never even owned. They’re a joke.
