    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK sent me a nice message 😡 my broadband contract is up, so now they’ll charge £52 a month for the worst service I’ve ever encountered, um NO! Don’t think so, finally I can leave this sorry excuse for a service provider!

    yes i do have a phone addiction my wifi is bad and my data isn’t working (@VodafoneUK what’s ur issue) it’s been ruining my mood for a week

    @VodafoneUK im not even set up yet and already you are threatening to take money this is why i dont like doing direct debit with broadband providers, telling you now take money b4 you are even my provider i will cancel the order and raise a direct debit dispute with my bank

    @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.
