Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

Ian (@ianjeffray) reportedI'd like to know whose fault it is, either @VodafoneUK or @Apple but there's (still!) no 5G coverage along the whole east end of the A71/Livingston, and I have to MANUALLY change the phone to use 4G. Why can't it just revert to 4G rather than "5G Auto" just going to Edge? Poor.

Then a complaint to Vodafone for compensation as their dodgy reporting may well have ruined your credit file

Paul1971EFC (@Paul1971EFC) reported@AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it
