    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Just Installed a basic tplink AP to remedy this problem where wan speed was good but wlan was rubbish even if I was sat on top of the hub, I now have impressive wlan speeds and have turned off the WiFi feature of the hub. Why do you ship such dreadful equipment.

    Hi @VodafoneUK I've recently had broadband installed with yourselves and was due to go live on the 18 May. However it has still not been activated. I am currently working from home and rely on having an active broadband connection. How do I go about getting a complaint raised?

    @VodafoneUK so once again nearly £80 on my Vodafone bill when I have queried it for the last three months and nothing has been done. I am now publicly saying if you don’t sort this today cancel my contract
