    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK I’m connected to Vodafone GR and I can’t make calls or get any 3G or 4G signal. Only Vodafone Albania works. Why?

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Tom but I have done that twice already today and was told a call back would be the solution. I was called back and then put on hold and then hung up on. 191 hold times have been indefinite for the last week. I have held 60-90 mins and never an answer. What can I do?

    Why should one expect anything less from @VodafoneUK what a crock of ****. Trying to help my dad out whilst he is going into hospital. And obviously @VodafoneUK are being utterly unhelpful.

    So @VodafoneUK are withdrawing the Sure Signal service (which works brilliantly) as they claim WiFi calling works well - mine is appalling and I live in the countryside! Well done @VodafoneUK
