.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@VodafoneUK One operator was interrupted by her child wanting help. This my daughter would be sympathetic to- she has to arrange work around childcare too- what she didn’t appreciate was being told there was a technical fault and being cut off. Back to another 40 mins on hold.

Honestly @VodafoneUK are the worst company ever. I’ve been sat here for half a hour trying to top my phone up but as always their lack of common knowledge and too many automated sytems are in the way. 😡😡

@neveneve3 @Bunnyaimee @VodafoneUK Not true. Again I was given £849 universal credit, and had to pay my rent of £850. I couldn’t move because I couldn’t afford a deposit. I had to get into debt until I was able to find work again. Now I’m working and still repaying that debt. Being that short of money is awful.

@maryeffrancis @VodafoneUK Had the same problem with them. 4 times did not turn up, it was their link with Open Reach. I asked for free unlimited data on my phone contract to use as a hot spot for internet and got it until it was sorted out. If she has a Vodaphone mobile, ask them for this.

@VodafoneUK I’ve never come across such poor customer services. If you want to sell broadband & landline services to customers, at least train your advisors to ask the customer if they want to keep the same landline number? And to add, you can’t liaise with @OpenreachHelp?

@VodafoneUK absolutely worse service and tech dept ever. Contacted 15/09 because app won’t work error 4123. After repeat attempts and having to chase up myself now over 2 months and still can’t fix it. Glad contract ends in December to cancel! #shocking #poorquality #badservice
