  @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

  .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

  @Iromg @VodafoneUK Well done Mike. As well as cancelling support to my fave charity The Salvation army for the same reason I also no longer donate to the RNLI for obvious reasons. I live on the S. Coast but I discovered that all funds collected are returned to the centre for re-distribution.

  @VodafoneUK what the keck is wrong with the connection in Glasgow. Sitting at 4G all day. This far on the whole UK should be 5G all the time. Poor service

  @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Confirmed with several stores. This is definitely a breach not everyone wants to speak to cust service on the phone...

  @VodafoneGroup I am filing a formal consumer complaint on Monday. I expect Vodafone to provide evidence of when, how and by whom this cancellation was authorised.@Vodafone @VodafoneUK Please investigate.
