    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK I have now been waiting 5 days for a call about a complaint that I should have had on tuesday. Here's the 'deal'. If I haven't been called by 12 tomorrow I will be cancelling all 4 mobiles on my account and going else where. You clearly don't value me as a customer.

    @VodafoneUK It’s now Saturday amd he is no further forward but his monthly payment has still been taken out . Very poor customer service , you promised this 76 year old man it would be fixed . Can you please rectify this issue for him.

    @VodafoneUK sloppy service delivery of new broadband. Order due to go live on 15th. Router flashing white but not connecting. Working from home with no provision. Not acceptable 👎

    @VodafoneUK 6 days without internet or phone signal on mobile and home broadband. Astonishingly poor service and now I have had to buy an EE sim. What are you doing to fix this. Is anyone at Vodafone listening?

    @VodafoneUK Hi, we have had no internet for 5 days now and no sense from Vodafone except it will be sorted in 24-48 hours. We are now on 120 ish hours and still no home broadband. Very difficult to work from home. The home phone is very poor sound quality too.
