.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@VodafoneUK WF34LD apparently Masts being worked on STILL on Low 3G this has been over a week now PLEASE give a date when our signal will be back to normal. Also your signal checker ALWAYS shows Full 4g never shows any faults or mast issues. Please give positive information.

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK I have had an issue from 29/11/2019 when I purchased a 5g phone was told 5g was coming to my area in 2020 its now 2021 no 5g was miss sold misled. Now having my broadband capped to 18mbps be informed my minimum line guarantee is 15mbps i pay for 36mbps

@punkgazm @ThreeUK Move to @VodafoneUK I get 200mbs 4G in London, was with Three for 10 years they never fix anything, moving was best thing I ever did! Even their 5G is rubbish
