.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

Friends…I’ve finally let my @VodafoneUK mobile contract run out after 20yrs. They’ve been terrible with customer service so looking for a decent provider to change to….any recommendations??

@OpenreachHelp I have logged an issue QIS71527. But you have not given a reason as to why you stopped installing the fibre ducting when over 2/3s of the estate has been completed. My broadband is so unreliable its extremely frustrating @Ofcom @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK This last month I've had an international calling add on. There seems to be a problem with the my Vodafone app thinking I've not used any. It still says 100 of 100 mins left. Can we fix this please? I need to know my remaining allowance.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to upgrade my broadband for 2 weeks, however there was apparently a problem with the upgrades system, i was told on call it would be fixed by it by the 27th, it still isn’t, so i called again, they then said the 30th/31st

@VodafoneUK Thanks, I would have been happy to upgrade the other 2 accounts but if I fail your new credit checks then these will have to go to sky as well. I know 2 other people that have failed Vodafone,s new credit checks but have been successful with other companies.
