    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK But too busy to call customers back! Some shocking management at Vodafone - promised a 2nd call backs by Omnia last wed, today by Shehab in home BB Tech Sp! 3 failed call backs by so called managers to rectify a simple issue! Sort it out Vodafone!

    @VodafoneUK @BBCWatchdog so you offered me a deal on a iPad Pro for £19 a month so I say yes please and now I’m told you will not honour this deal as it doesn’t exist call was all recorded and notes written on my account. Not a happy customer

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK mast at B31 4JS isn't operating too well, was operating fine until 1st March, now 5G speeds very slow, network dropping calls and data frequently, barely loading pages currently, have checked status no problems reported, please investigate

    @VodafoneUK guys, it’s been TWO months of 4G stalling EVERY DAY around SW8. You keep saying there’s an issue in a nearby mast or an upgrade but things never improve. You are becoming the new three with such a useless network.

    @VodafoneUK @MaggieAlphonsi @lionsofficial Shocking customer service by Vodafone! In 6 days via Twitter I have only managed to pass security, spoke to a manager again today and promised my 3rd call back- guess what... no call!!!
