@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

So people are angry at @VodafoneUK for reintroducing roaming. More networks will follow. They're no longer legally obligated to provide a service for free to customers that they're being charged for at wholesale level. It makes sense. It was always going to happen.

@ndanielmusic @VodafoneUK It’s a disgrace. It also presumably means we can never upgrade our phones anymore?

@VodafoneUK Don’t know how you can claim to be the network of business when you decide to reapply roaming and remove your network on the London Underground. Pretty shocking really

@Zer0DayScience @VodafoneUK 2/2 But how exactly do those costs manifest when Vodafone UK uses the foreign carrier for example Vodafone ES Roaming has always been a cash cow. If roaming is not offered any longer by networks, as unfair costs, presumably the costs of tarriffs will be scaled down

Actively looking to leave @VodafoneUK after disgusting reintroduction of charges announcement. I was told you would never do this by you yourselves.

@IlonaMwr @BorisJohnson_MP @VodafoneUK Good luck finding a network that doesn't do this exact same thing. 👍

@robwatsham @VodafoneUK I’m with Giff Gaff ( offshoot of O2). No contract. I use my phone for work all the time - internet overload and pay £8 a month ( bought the phone outright). Josh in Cranbrook will help you. He’s fantastic!

@BBCNews This is disgusting @VodafoneUK. I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years and I won't renewing my contract. Pure greed.
