    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK currently trying to cancel a contract & have been on hold for (at present & counting) 1hr 41 mins. I'm guessing you would've answered much sooner if I'd been paying a bill. Not great customer service!!

    Still waiting for a call back. Tried calling again but keep getting reverted back to online service which is beyond useless. When will I get a callback @VodafoneUK????

    @VodafoneUK Done that to many times and been ignored !!! The phone was supplied by you became faulty was sent in 4month it took you legally can’t charge me for a service I’m not using

    @VodafoneUK There's hardly been any service in the CA9 area (Cumbria) for last 3 or 4 days & have just seen FB post saying it could be another 6 days before it's rectified. Will we all be getting our bill reduced by at least 1/3rd for this month?

    Anyone know why @VodafoneUK 4G network is so crap? I am in a major UK city at the moment. Been in Spain and Ireland recently and reception and download speed was ridiculously better. #youdontalwaysgetwhatyoupayfor
