    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    . When did @VodafoneUK customer service become so awful?! Been with them for many years and never had any trouble but wasted well over 2 hours today, including my lunch hour and still haven't actually sorted out my problem. Shan't be going with them again

    Once again shocking service from @VodafoneUK. Tried to give them notice to end my contract when the deal is up but apparently it costs me £15 because I’m giving them too much notice. I can only give my notice exactly 30 days before the end of the agreement to avoid being charged

    @VodafoneUK How do I stop text messages telling me I have *no* voicemails? I chatted with someone last week who said she’d changed the settings, but I’m still getting these texts. I’ve tried calling but get “the team isn’t available right now” & get cut off. Help!
