    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I'm really not going to do that because all I've had in the past is being handed around and giving the same details over and over to the new person in whatever conveyor belts you have at Vodafone. However it just went down AGAIN and is half the rated speed. Total fail.

    @VodafoneUK @mouthwaite I wish someone would help me sort an ongoing problem since November 2020 with Vodafone resulting in my credit score being severely affected! Never known such shoddy customer service & regret the day I ever contracted to vodafone

    @VodafoneUK @primevideouk I have lots of friends except i cant speak to any of them because my phone doesnt work and it’s been a week of phone calls now to @vodafoneUK trying to solve this issues. False promises daily. Joke of a service!

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom @WhichUK Hasan from your tech support team promised me at 10.45am this morning he would phone me to resolve the issue. I cannot use my phone. I am losing business. And this has been going on for a week. You need to help your customers. This is such a hard time for businesses.

    @VodafoneUK Ahh that's nice. I have spent so much time on the phone to Vodafone customer services, who also told me how much they understood how I felt... and still nothing. Do you guarantee I'll get my money back, or is it just because I've shown you up on social media?
