.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

@VodafoneUK Managed to do it now -via livechat. It was changing my DD details onto a joint account. It said I couldn't do it online so I had to ring 191, but the 191 service was doing everything in its power to push me to the website instead of giving me someone to talk to

@VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte, thanks for responding. I was on latest Android and experienced the crash on old and newest software. However, an uninstall and reinstall has worked so whilst I have no idea what went wrong, it's now working. Thanks for your help.

@VodafoneUK Called to cancel one of my lines after I had paid the device plan off after one of your reps confirmed on the chat that if you pay the device plan off the airtime can be cancelled at no penalty fees etc. I also received an email confirmation

Two hours waiting on hold for your customer service and both occasions you hang up mid call. Absolutely disgusting waiting for your call. @VodafoneUK I've paid the rocket high prices to go through the roof while everybody treats me like this. I should of seen this coming. 😡
