    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    @VodafoneUK I signup for BBI as they send leaflet to join and deal was £30 for 900 mbps, now agent cancel my order and ask to order again and cannot get same deal. This is very poor and greedy service from vodafone. It decide to join vodafone made me helpless as no internet from tomorrow.

    @VodafoneUK Not just that. He made it sound like it was a problem on our end. He can see the phone hasn’t been used. Returns Dept did not follow up. They auto-cancel when the return is not received. Well that’s not our problem. Deficient internal procedure.

    @VodafoneUK Never going back to Vodafone. Threatened me with bailiffs. For not paying AFTER my 24 month contract had finished.
