@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@VodafoneUK I’m a Vodafone customer with multiple contracts. Reports say Vodafone provided 2,500 SIMs with 6 months’ free data to Care4Calais, supporting migrants/asylum seekers. Is this true? If so, I’ll move my business and all my family’s Vodafone contracts. Please answer.

@VodafoneUK has quite bad signals for home broadband. Will i be renewing with them? Doubt it based on current performance.

@colder_sarcasm @VodafoneUK @ZiaYusufUK It's to suck media attention. We look at Reform, not the other parties. He doesn't care about the flack because it embolden Reform support and gets called establishment hatred or something. The fact his posts are absolutely moronic is beside the point.

Hey Vodafone were struggling to log into view our bill as your service wants to send us a code via our landline. The pressing button one option to hear message doesn't work. Help. @VodafoneUK

@_AgainstMyWill @ZiaYusufUK @VodafoneUK I guess youre going to have to get used to life without a mobile phone then. All UK mobile network providers have similar charity schemes.

@Alexarmstrong Too bad @VodafoneUK These freeloaders will never be future customers but you'll loose lots of UK Citizens from this!
