@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@tessthebutler @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I had Vodaphone in Salisbury and never had any issues... I moved to EE when I came to Heytesbury as Vodaphone doesn’t work here! Hope the move went well x x
