@VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

.@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

@paul_trudgill @VodafoneUK @romankemp In my Personal View; I believe WITHOUT a Micro of a doubt that; THIEVING from Customer, and FILTHY DECEIVING LIES made by Vodafone CEO and their COMPLAINTS department, to PROTECT their THIEVING activities are; the FUNDAMENTALS and the RELIGION of Vodafone and their CEOs COP.

@MoultJase @VodafoneUK If you go to Vodafone complaints they will credit your account, they allegedly credited me £20 to £30, though I’ve told them if it isn’t delivered by Friday they can **** themselves and cancel the order

@VodafoneUK hi- I’m moving home to a new area which can’t get Vodafone wifi, meaning I’ll have to cancel my contract early- will I still need to pay early cancellation fees since my new flat won’t get Vodafone broadband service?
