    @VodafoneUK Thanks for your reply. I should add that the store was empty until my mum went in - so it would have been a matter of putting a mask on only when dealing with an elderly customer.

    .@VodafoneUK I reported a fault in one of my phones on April 5th. Now, six phone calls (about 4hrs worth), a sim posted and swapped, more resets than I’ve had hot dinners, customer service has degenerated further. Anyone reading this thinking of moving to Vodafone: think twice.

    @VodafoneUK says they can't fix an issue which is common in my phone model for free "bc I [didn't] have a screen protector"... there's one tiny unrelated scratch that wasn't affecting my phone at all and they took that and ran with it, tried to pin it on me and charge me £200👍🏼

    @VodafoneUK ive a company phone with you and the data got turned off last week, my admin team havent been able to get it back on and I can't get through to your help number, just goes around in circles

    @VodafoneUK utterly outraged! Your sales team put unauthorised broadband order through and BT cut off my internet. Now have to get new BT contract, higher fee and no service for 2mths. Or switch to you! It’s criminal.

    @VodafoneUK despite several promises and hours of frustrated phone calls my cellular plan is STILL not activated on my apple watch. Looking through reviews you have an ongoing issue. If you cannot resolve, rather than wasting my time, let me know and enable me to cancel.

    @VodafoneUK No answer? OK, seems poor customer service is just a given with Vodafone. Well I tried some of your options suggested and it appears no one can actually speak to city fibre. So I'm screwed really. Now looking for a new provider as this service is terrible
