    @MEGAprivacy @VodafoneUK Sorry to sound stupid but how would I find this out? Fairly familiar with them but never had to apply it. I go to the site nothing happens for 30s and then I get took too long to respond error. Thanks for the help on this, really appreciate it as I know this isn't your fault :)

    @VodafoneUK you must categorically have one of the worst technical support setups known to man. When a customer has lost all signal on their phone, sending them a text message with a link to test their signal strength is not a solution. Customer care 0/10

    @cuttyian29 @VodafoneUK Exactly what they did to me. The SM team were awful only way to fix was making a complaint which was a daft way to fix it. They even told me I had run to cancel it!?

    @VodafoneUK Just wanted to say many thanks for passing my details on to a debt collection agency for an account I know nothing about. Did anyone think to try contacting me first? Thankfully I’m not a Vodafone customer and long may that continue.

    Other mobile networks now bouncing around interfering with what I'm waiting to do, plus iy don't help that @virginmedia mobile network is bad down here in Brighton as they are sponging of @VodafoneUK. So who do I talk to, to not have constant random disconnections all day long?

    My father 89yo, has just received a letter out of the blue putting his debt to @VodafoneUK into the hands of a debt agency. First he knew of this. Letter dated 13 April received 17 April so the account will be closed by now. Atrocious customer service. @Ofcom

    @VodafoneUK Sorry to say it is the worst Broadband i have ever had, been in contact with your customer services without any resolution, even to the point of purchasing a wifi booster but still terrible. Been on Vodafone for years with my phone contract but the Broadband is brutal!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is a shambles, my phone has been disconnected for 2 weeks now, every time we have spoken to your customer service they have said they have re activated the phone and sim. This was 2 weeks ago. I’ve had no phone calls or texts for 2 weeks...
