    @VodafoneUK your reception in South Down is getting worse by the day. I am using you WiFi units but still you are crap. Spend some money sorting out 4g.

    No 3/4G or network connectivity at all yet again today. What’s going on @VodafoneUK? I am in SS0 postcode. It’s so frustrating not being able to use my phone at all unless I’m on WiFi. I can’t leave my house because I can’t be unavailable and out of contact!

    @VodafoneUK Hello, do you deliberately make it impossible to get through to a CSR when one needs help on a PAYG phone from your 191 number ? Because you have sent me round in circles on the IVR options with no way of speaking to a human. How do you get to speak to a CSR ?

    @VodafoneUK Must be a big issue then because it’s been like this for months and strangely it says there’s no issues in my area on your site. Presumably you have people that monitor the network in case of problems, no?

    @VodafoneUK @EE I know how to check coverage. The coverage is crap despite you saying it’s good. I’ve seen snails move quicker, thank god I’ve got a backup EE aim only contract

    @VodafoneUK massive letdown over the past month ive had problems with poor internet connection due to 4g. Cant even watch utube without having to reset mobile internet. But they keep flooding me about upgrading to galaxy flip.. my contact sim runs out feb next year

    @VodafoneUK Waited one month for broadband. Payment made. No emails received after precontract now randomly cancelled on tracking. 45mins online chat to confirm cancelled order then operator abruptly left. I wish to leave & terminate business acc. Chat says 191, 191 says chat.

    @VodafoneUK No resolution here - 7 days to fault find a network issue. No engineer appointment until (earliest) Friday. No individuals at fault, only Vodafone’s business incompetence. To be clear, out of 10, I am 0 likely to recommend Vodafone to friends, family or even enemies!

    @VodafoneUK 1 3/4 hours been transferred from team to team...can't speak to a human being ...you're customer service is shocking
