Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Tesco mobile. Never had a problem. Customer service is good £11 a month unlimited calls texts and 30 g of data.

@VodafoneUK fed up of paying £61 a month and despite having 4G it’s so slow and useless in the Theddlethorpe area. Is there an service issue as it never used to be this bad and I’ve been with yourselves for years now.

Over a week waiting for someone from @VodafoneUK to call me back regarding issues with coverage. About 6 hours or 7 hours on hold when I ring them. Worst customer care I’ve ever come across

@max_tappenden @zeninternet @VodafoneUK Yeah, we basically don't have that issue now. Verizon tried putting Netflix over a barrel, as did Comcast, but there's enough competition now that routing is reasonable and uptime issues are limited to last-mile infra issues 99.9% of the time.

Today, Jeremy Vine on BBCR2 had Vodafone as one of the topics of discussion today, where bereaved people were unable to cancel the contracts of their beloved ones who passed away. Vodafone kept taking payments and were ruthless about it. Check @GeorgeMonbiot story

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK I think trying to move any service, in fact just contacting O2 and virgin recently I found one mistake after another. Too much remote service. Poor service.

@iansltx In the UK there’s a lot of difference between buying gigabit FTTH via a quality ISP like @zeninternet vs a vile one like @VodafoneUK in terms of speed, latency and uptime, not to mention customer service. Losing that choice would be devastating.
