    Signed up to @TalkTalk...first day broadband slow...second day engineer came and it's great... 24 hours to fix a problem @VodafoneUK couldn't in 12 months...despite charging me Full price for something they never delivered!!

    @VodafoneUK Broadband chugging along slowly tonight. Is there an issue in the Manchester area. This is happening quite often since moving from NOW TV BB. I've tried different browsers and two separate internet ports on my PC. Vodafone app says no issues. 😕

    @VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards New TV, New Living room, New Garden but failing that a phone that doesn't cut off reception at every opportunity and starts having signal in my house like it used to, like, before you started "upgrading the signal" in my area 👍

    @VodafoneUK no manager available according to Yousef from Alexandria. 1hour 28 into call. I'd have thought the nature of the issue merited a far mode serious and swift response.

    To be clear there has been lots of goodwill here. @VodafoneUK sim offer is great (my school has benefitted) but if schools close tonight we need to go further, and quickly. Zero rating is the only universal, simple solution.

    @borristhepanda @VodafoneUK No, I hadn't, but thank you. My daughter decided she didn't mind not keeping the number after me sitting on the phone for a few hours. So when I did get through I cancelled only to be told it would be 30 days. I now know about pac and stac codes. :) better late than never
