Update @VodafoneUK after 2 hours 45 minutes on the phone and 45 minutes in a Vodafone shop being ignored by a manager who didn't want to deal with a complaint we have decided to go with a more consumer friendly provider, I'd really recommend you don't use Vodafone

@VodafoneUK I had to pay you £400 or go to court, We had 4 contracts with you. Since then me and my Family have never Used Vodaphone. And because of this your company have lost Over 20 thousand pound just from me and my close family..

@numbnut97638772 @VodafoneUK Cheers for the link. The electrical warranty is is because of the consumers right act 2015 I think. By saying there is nothing wrong with it then they can basically leave me with a dodgy phone. The @VodafoneUK policy is to replace if can't fix after 3 attempts.
