    @winonaforever__ @VodafoneUK don't even bother mate. the microphone never worked when I got it, and a Vodafone employee told me that's just normal :) :) and because of that I missed the 2 week cooling off period, and have to keep the phone :) and pay for the repairs :) honestly shocking

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is utter rubbish, just want to speak to an advisor and keep getting asked to go through to a web chat, I don’t want to speak on a web chat !!! Waste of time 😡

    Have now asked for a manager to get involved as not getting anywhere with #vodafone customer service. @VodafoneUK #sarahspooner Head of Customer Experience can you help? Will write to you and #nickjeffery next as this is really poor

    @alantowle @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK If you have a current working service, then it may not get done until the restrictions ease up. Different areas of the country are running slightly different levels, but Openreach are being quite firm about it, unless you have a total loss of service, engineers are not coming in.
