    @VodafoneUK After 3 calls to your complaints line and waiting over a month, I’ve been told by your customer service team that I need to wait another 2 weeks for a trade in Refund that I was supposed to have received in Oct and they cant prioritize. Is this your service?

    @VodafoneUK So if I DM are you going to fix the issue? I was promised increased coverage from the upgrade, it's now worse than the old copper wire. Your solution is to upgrade again???
