    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport Really? So I must now waste more of my time by contacting three via phone/chat. I was on the phone for 27min on 15 aug where they assured me the problem was fixed. I’m going round in circles here!Sending generic replies and forwarding us to your ‘contact us’ page is useless

    @CarterCarter @ThreeUK Only day 3? I've been waiting 370 days now for them to fix an issue with 4g that's making it unusable for calls and data and still no fix date in site!

    @ThreeUK please help ASAP. I have landed in a foreign (EU) country, and have no access to calls, text, or data. My plan should include 12GB data abroad. I need help and online Chat isn’t working. I can’t call you because you have stopped my access to calls.

    @ThreeUKSupport Also, when you say "only those who roam will pay for the service" - your prices haven't been cut. So *all* your customers are still "paying for it", just now *none* of them are getting free roaming.
