    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport the worst phone company. Seven months of not dealing with connection issues. And now they refuse to terminate my account. Even with a months notice out of contract. You are in breach of contract with me. For mot supplying good service. Terminate account!

    @MzZippa @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK Appreciate the recommendation mate. Sorted with someone else now. This was a contract I took out for my lad as he was 17 at the time. Found it impossible to cancel with Three as they just kept taking the payment. Lies after lies from the help team.

    @ThreeUKSupport Then terminate the account. Like I have asked a hundred times now! In every legal way. With a million security checks. I have asked nicely. Less nicely. And Im now annoyed enough to make it a public issue until this is resolved or see you in court!

    @ThreeUKSupport My internet is still down in my area. That’s approximately two weeks where it isn’t working. Why isn’t this being fixed sooner? I can’t even use 3G only now as my connection doesn’t last more than 10 minutes before giving up.
