    @ThreeUKSupport Managed to phone the 3 number on the website and spoke to someone but got a different answer to what was given to me last week. I will be going to one of your stores to get a resolution and if that doesn't work I will be going to the ombudsman.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

    @ThreeUK @Channel4 Looked at extending my contract with @ThreeUK today. Been with them for more than a decade. Their offer was 25% more than iD mobile that uses their network!!! Disgraceful how you treat loyal customers
