    @ThreeUKSupport Managed to phone the 3 number on the website and spoke to someone but got a different answer to what was given to me last week. I will be going to one of your stores to get a resolution and if that doesn't work I will be going to the ombudsman.

    Calling @ThreeUK and I'm pretty sure it's not hold I can hear.. I can hear people mumbling and laughing in the background... this is absolutely poor from Three.

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, has the works in SK15 finished now I was told the 11th but still experiencing internet issues on mobile and home mifi. The network status states no issues. So unsure why I still have no 4g internet. No need to put me through to chat. Just reply on here.

    @ThreeUK Just give us back free EU roaming. Please. Better than all this vacuous marketing. Why does Smarty, using the 3 network, have free EU roaming? No sense.

    Doing some research, seems I'm not the only person whose "handpicked" upgrades from @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport are more expensive than new cust deals! Someone in retentions is making poor decisions. 12+ years of business, and my "reward" is nothing short of insulting. #makeitright
