Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport Managed to phone the 3 number on the website and spoke to someone but got a different answer to what was given to me last week. I will be going to one of your stores to get a resolution and if that doesn't work I will be going to the ombudsman.

@ThreeUKSupport snapchat, app store and netflix all down on mobile data for over a day now. Will only work on wifi. Seen multiple tweets now with the same issue all three customers. Absolutely 0 help from customer service so contract cancelled !!!

@ThreeUKSupport Now out of contract & still paying over £22 pm for mobile broadband, which only get signal in one room. Bought smart TV over year ago for lounge still never been able to pick up WiFi to use the features. What do you suggest & can you offer a free wifi boosters ?

164 MB/S with @ThreeUK 5G service. I'll be cancelling my @SkyUK as I'm on their ultra fast broadband and only get between 40 and 50 MB/S. With soaring energy prices and cost of living at an all time high, some providers need to wise up with their pricing and service.
