    @ThreeUKSupport Managed to phone the 3 number on the website and spoke to someone but got a different answer to what was given to me last week. I will be going to one of your stores to get a resolution and if that doesn't work I will be going to the ombudsman.

    @ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

    Staying in a hotel where the WiFi has been down for several days with no sign of fixing. @ThreeUK automatically has an adult content filter that I can't turn off without a credit card as their own website is filtered out for being adult content.

    @ThreeUK How do I contact you if I don't know the mobile number it relates to? I discovered to my horror that I'd been paying a tenner a month for 11 years for a dongle I don't use. I want to cancel but can't get beyond "enter your number" on the phone line.

    @diefledermaus @ThreeUKSupport You need to offer a roaming add-on, 2 weeks in USA would now cost £75 on new contract for only 12GB. EE offer 30 days for £10 (50GB fair use). With no iWatch support or visual voicemail roaming was your greatest feature for many customers.

    @ThreeUK Hi, my husband is with your network on his phone, for some reason they have disconnected his network so he cannot make calls or messages, at the moment he’s in Greece working so he needs his phone for work purposes, he is still paying his bill every month

    @ThreeUKSupport Mark, thanks for this - it's exactly the opposite of what your telephone "customer service" said when I cancelled - that I'd be paying ahead for the months and that it would be done by end of October. So once again, a phantom bill from you guys and incorrect customer service!
