    @ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

    @ThreeUKSupport it’s Monday, I was told today phone service would be back to normal on the BS31 1GD area, this is ridiculous it’s still not working !!

    @ThreeUK i have been having connection problems with Internet and texts on my phone for over a month i spoke to you online customer service twice in last few days and they sending replacement sim but are refusing to wip my bill as my service has been awful please can u help

    @ThreeUKSupport I was offered nothing, like its fine to be experiencing service degradation. He said during the call with him, there were no issues so that to 'try' and 'monitor' for couple of hours. I'm getting tired of the poor service & can see myself jumping ship when the times comes, shame

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s Bs31 1tl , it’s more than disappointing, my sons school can’t get through to me in an emergency! You also expect ridiculous amounts of money for my upgrade bill and I can’t even make a call or receive
