Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

@ThreeUK your service has been shockingly sh*t in Watford. 2 months and counting! Why am I paying line rental? Internet is non existent and voice calls dropping. Your customer service department is useless. I have called numerous times and get cut off (bad network)!

@ThreeUKSupport Its working ......👍 Since i moved from smarty to three ive had nothing but network issues. (Same i know) Ive had a replacement phone,replacement sim this better work or ill have to be looking at other options.

@ThreeUK I was upset to be informed by CS that my business acc invoices HAVE to be sent via post. And I have to request a digital invoice via email. I couldn’t even cancel my postal invoices even though I am not getting them?! Waste of paper..? Pls transfer business online! #eco
