@ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

@ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

@ThreeUK Isn't it that in #Lockdown, all networks must work efficiently 100%, What on earth, you guys made this network? Once it was pioneer now network goes on/off each 5 mins. Do compete but with thyself! Hope you understand, good network, more customers!

@ThreeUKSupport Received my "new" phone upgrade today. Box arrived in poor condition and with seal broke. Not good enough. Phoned twice now to resolve and been cut off and just want to cancel my contract now. How do I do this without enduring further incompetence?

@ThreeUKSupport The fact you haven't sorted out a problem raised and escalated and are now telling me you will not provide me with the phone or the contract that both myself and you agreed on. Therefore going against trading standards and contractual law.

@ElainaGlossop @ThreeUK There's so many poor companies out there Elaina. Look up the name of the CEO of @ThreeUKSupport and contact them. Failing that, I'd head straight to the Ombudsman. Companies who only care about collecting their money and not give 2 hoots about the customer deserve a bollocking!!
