    @ThreeUKSupport I can't seem to get any mobile data on my new sim. It's a enabled and on, it worked a few days ago, but now 3 days or so into my brand new plan, not working at all. Do I have to activate anything or?

    @ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

    Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport I recently upgraded my contract in Feb 25 and since have been charged for 2 contracts! Your complaints department have refused to refund this despite it is YOUR error. I have been a 3 customer for 20 years and am disgusted that you will not refund me the £300 for what they admitted on the phone was your error. Please contact me and resolve this.
