    @ThreeUKSupport The issue isn’t receiving call divert. The issue is receiving ANY calls. It’s been going on for months now. Many people in the area are experiencing the same issue. This is our business line & not acceptable.

    Anyone else in #Weymouth #Dorset area not receiving calls on @ThreeUK network? For months now my friends & fam on 3 in this area receive a ‘number not recognised’ message. This is our business line too. #wfh means our calls to office landline diverted to mob too @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK hi my mobile data isn't working at all. It just says 'no service' at the top of my phone. I tried calling 333 but it automatically fails, checked the network coverage and it should be fine really, restarted my phone, my bills been paid help ASAP

    @ThreeUK are honestly shocking! Bought a new contract over a month ago and still not received the device. Contact the live chat team who are no help. They have PROMISED me the delivery is due every other day! Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport Waited in so many days now... JOKE

    @MrJosephValente @ThreeUK @Apple The phone comes with a Lightning cable right? You can use any USB plug to get it going. Not supplying a plug cuts down on both waste and packaging.

    @ThreeUK My contract ends on January 19th. I have 2 choices from my pov. 1. Cancel & change to another supplier. 2. Continue as now WITHOUT entering into another contract. I will go with (2) if this is OK. Otherwise I will go with (1). What is best from your end.

    @ThreeUKSupport The two days have passed now. No SIM card in the post. It's nearly 2 weeks since the request was put in for a replacement SIM. Lots of empty promises from your customer services. Despite having on your records that my mum is vulnerable...

    @ThreeUKSupport It would be great for someone to call me who can actually do something about it rather than reading off a script and computer screen. As at the moment my solution is to freeze the account and go to giffgaff. Which after 12 years with Three seems more logical.
