    @ThreeUKSupport Are you guys done with the network upgrades in my postcode? Because I’ve done all you’ve suggested and it doesn’t change a thing.

  • WARPIGY WARREN (@WARPIGY) reported

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Are you ever going to offer support for the eSIM in Mt @SamsungMobile Galaxy watch 4. You've promised it for so long now.

  • RifatJawaid Rifat Jawaid (@RifatJawaid) reported

    Dear @3MobilesShop, @ThreeUKSupport, I took 24-months contract for my two children in October for fixed monthly rent. You've started committing fraud by quietly increasing monthly rent for last three months. This is fraud. Fix this before I approach ombudsman #FraudThreeMobile

  • luciebeer Lucie Beer (@luciebeer) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I have tried that, but they are the issue. I didn't know at the time the insurance wasn't three directly.

  • JRJUK JR-J (@JRJUK) reported from East Ham, England

    @ThreeUKSupport can't seem to log into the 3 app or onto the MyThree section of the website. Yet again you've turned on content controls on my account and I can't even fix it this time...

  • __LS7 LS (@__LS7) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport not that it matters now, but any reason the service at Glastonbury was so bad compared to every other provider?

  • samtheaspie Sam (@samtheaspie) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s still really broken. It’s unusable

  • fissionproducts fissionproducts (@fissionproducts) reported

    @ThreeUK ****** THIS. Don't piss in my pocket and tell me it's raining.

  • RifatJawaid Rifat Jawaid (@RifatJawaid) reported

    @ThreeUKSupport And why was not told about this then. Had I been told about this clause, I would have never opted for 3 Mobile. This is nothing but a fraud. I’ve had mobile contracts with different companies and still do with Virgin. No one has this fraudulent clause.

    PSA: When you cancel a number with @ThreeUK and they offer you a PAC code incase you want to retain the number — DO NOT TAKE IT (unless you want the number). If you don't use the PAC code, they won't cancel your account and they'll happily continue charging you. Fraudsters.
