@cam_farrelly @ThreeUK @EE I honestly spent 50 minutes and problem still not resolved. I can’t wait to leave them but I am stuck on a contract I wasn’t even aware of t he sound of things….! I pay monthly and I can’t nor use telephone nor internet outside my house (where I use my home broadband)

@ThreeUKSupport The 4G was so sucky it switched to 3G and even that is weirdly faster than your 4G!! I did check the coverage and it said I would get good signal for indoor and outdoor all over my local region except 5G

Last night at the Chelsea game @ThreeUK I wasn’t impressed with the Wi-Fi to say it was hit & miss would be very kind indeed , A loyal 3 customer

@ChabelChabs @ThreeUK yeah they've said I could cancel, so I need to check on the other services available. I really don't understand how it can be so bad this close to the city centre and why the 5G coverage is still a work in progress after years!

@HishamKshir @ThreeUKSupport @BoB_Unubold My 4G never works, my phone is in mint condition and when I call to fix it I get told to turn my phone on and off…..I’m in central London you clowns … pattern up and provide the service you offer. No shame.
