    @ThreeUKSupport I've been with three for 5y and always had problems with my signal, data, etc. I have an unlimited data plan but it looks more like it is limited. It's quite hard to do anything since I only have my data to work with, no wifi......

    Oh come on @threeuk - 4 weeks with poor signal when it used to be good is disgraceful. I’m paying for multiple services and the quality is dreadful - unusable. All you say is you’re looking into it. No compensation offered. Postcode is N4 4NL.

    @ThreeUKSupport since updating to iOS 15.4 I’ve been unable to use my mobile data which is a pain as I don’t pay for Wi-Fi with having an unlimited data plan. Can’t even check the network checker as even on a friends Wi-Fi page is down!

    @ThreeUKSupport My phone says I have service. All bars there but nothing loads. Cannot access the internet at all. First I thought it was just a problem in my area as you have been working on masts there since last year but the data doesn’t work anywhere I go.

    Got two calls on my work phone from someone with an Indian accent saying they're from @ThreeUK offering me an upgrade and price reduction on my current contract, as I've been a great customer. Funnily enough it's an @EE PAYG they called 🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport I managed to cancel the contract, but it took over 30 minutes & pushy sales to try & buy another plan which didn't make sense as I had explained I don't use it so why would I want another plan. Also, neither of the two customer service phone numbers worked when I tried to call.
