@ThreeUKSupport I upgraded to a plan with 30GB data & unlimited minutes & texts. My problem is the app is saying that I have everything unlimited. Made a lot of phone calls, whilst keeping an eye on app, but it said unlimited minutes so no need to worry. Additional fee £79!!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi Mark, thanks for responding. No, I'm having no issues with the My 3 login anywhere except the top-up function in the app. I can log in and view balance etc, but when I click "top-up" I get that message (see pic)

@ThreeUK - after 7+ yrs on a contract for my primary line, a year on a pay as you go router (backup for my job) - After being called a liar by one of your support staff - For some reason I try to start a new contract with you, never get notified of an issue and given bad advise

@ThreeUKSupport Nothing. Windows 10 doesn't recognise the repository on the dongle containing the driver etc software so doesn't load it. Luckily I have the occasional bright idea and shared the dongle's respository across my network from a Windows 7 laptop and installed it that way

@ThreeUKSupport spent a total of 4 hours of my working day ringing support to either get cut off after 20 minutes or put on hold mid support for 52 minutes...then call ended by your support operative. Total joke of a service and still have no broadband through my router
