    Why is @ThreeUK so consistently awful in central London? I quite like their service in general but they don’t seem to care that they have no service in our capital city. Could be time for a change.

    @ThreeUKSupport No there’s a charge for a contract that ended on the 04/04 (came out yesterday) and then a charge for the new sim only contract which came out on the 17th? So I’m very confused on why I’m being charged for two and help centre isn’t helping

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there widespread issues with connections being lost even though my phone says I have full 5G connection? It’s really annoying having to restart every time it goes in and out of service like a tunnel. I’m using i14 Pro 👍

    @ThreeUK ur customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I have been trying to get my phone blocked since last three months and despite calling dozens of times, resending email with the proof of purchase I have had no luck. Someone out there is still using my phone that was picked.
