@ThreeUK your new coverage checker process is crap. There's no option to show your band 20 coverage. Only bands 1 & 3. I know there's no band 20 in my village but I was looking elsewhere. Can't tap on 5G to show that coverage either. @ThreeUKSupport

  • spinneywoods Darren Woods (@spinneywoods) reported

@ThreeUK If it was you’d be screwed with the poor coverage from @ThreeUK

  • PeskyBob Rachel Bobeckyj (@PeskyBob) reported

Hey @ThreeUK any idea of when you'll fix the mast in Lyme Regis, Dorset? It must have been down a week now! It came back for a few hours the other day... When I got about 20 texts comes through in about 20mins. No idea if I've gotten any replies since then! Pretty plz fix it ASAP

@ThreeUKSupport You guys have randomly paid me £26? Not complaining about money but I don’t think this was meant for me, I haven’t been a customer for years.

  • EllennF_ Ell (@EllennF_) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I just checked on the app and when I try to convert it into an add on it just says there’s been a problem

  • Saralimback Sara Venn (@Saralimback) reported from Chepstow, Wales

Also @VodafoneUK not one of your representatives can tell me what happens the day my contract ends? This is ridiculous. Nearly 25 years a customer. I wonder would @EE @ThreeUK or others be the same?

  • tom_w_harvey Thomas Harvey (@tom_w_harvey) reported

@Scouting4Girls @ThreeUK Yes! Data speed and access has been terrible the last week or so in particular. Only getting 3G in central London, or failing to get a signal at all

  • the_only_ish 🇵🇸اشتیاق_FSGOUT (@the_only_ish) reported

So been a customer with @ThreeUK For over 5 year's, constantly spending £75+ a month and they refuse to match a deal for the sake of £6, no loyalty for existing customers
