@ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete, thanks for the reply. Those are what are printed on the bill you've sent me? My contract end date was 25/01. The billing dates are 20/01 - 12/02? Also charged me an early termination fee of £5 which was nice as a customer with you for several years!

@ThreeUKSupport Under the trades description Act of 2008 my wife was misled and because l was in Hospital as a cancer patient, she was aggressively misled by 3. I have up 40 days in law to get a full refund or for you to correct this issue which will it be?

@ThreeUKSupport Hello, Today I started the process of moving the 7 accounts I have with Three away to another provider. This is because the mast that covers my home is broken for the last 6 weeks so we’ve lost all 4g.

@ThreeUKSupport There's a problem with tethering. I have 80 Mbps on my phone which is very good and... 0.07Mbs in tethering to my laptop, a thousand times less! It took me 10 minutes to just display the page with the speed test! Stop deprioritising tethered data!

@ThreeUK the worst signal in liverpool I’ve been with them for 7 years and just used to stay with them because the easy option but honestly this year I’m changing couriers!!!!

@ThreeUKSupport Live chat tell me my DOB is wrong so can't speak to me and the phone line is closed. The guy did say he'll cancel so I'll assume he's done it and cancel my direct debit. I've destroyed the sim as he requested. Thanks.
