Hey @ThreeUK - Why can nobody ring me? Everything works fine from my end and I’ve no issues with signal or my phone but if someone tries ringing me? It won’t connect. Odd.

@ThreeUKSupport why is your Broadband service so unreliable in the SG1 area ? Great concept rubbish service ! The last 48 hrs it just keeps dropping out .I expect you will tell me you see no issues as you usually do but there is plainly an issue !

@ThreeUKSupport Just spoke to the amazing Alison (from Glasgow) in the Social Media Customer Service team who hopefully has resolved all the issues that normal Customer Services failed at ... repeatedly ... since 22/11/20. Now know which team to contact first should there be a next time!

@lynne_thomson2 @O2 @ThreeUK Could just be the weather where you are and the fact my house is at the top of a hill. Although I would expect your signal to be intermittent if that was the reason and not just completely out of service.
