@ThreeUKSupport Lol it’s already on 3G only since that is the same fix for everyone, it’s been fine the last few days only an issue today, I don’t think Manchester got more congested suddenly, so lack of bandwidth seems to be your issue

@ThreeUK is it usual for your customer complaints team to take 4 days to reply to an email? Is that what constitutes good service? Is a zoom meeting required to come to a decision?! If so I hope you’re not using Three for the date provider given your woeful service! @Ofcom

@punktycoon @ThreeUK This network is rapidly deteriorating since recently. I’d not recommend to anybody. It has pissed me off too much and I’m losing income because I can’t use my food delivery app with this rubbish network. Can’t even cover high streets. 👎🏼

@ThreeUK So I had my phone stolen a while last month. So I started using a Three PAYG SIM I had, I registered it to the same email as my pay monthly SIM. Now if my pay monthly number has no signal or my phone is off, it now automatically diverts to the PAYG SIM. Why!???
