The most amazing thing about the whole situation, is that even after taking me to the point of screaming at the “advisor” & slamming the phone down, nobody at @ThreeUK has even contacted me to see if I’m ok. Been an hour now. Says it all.

@ThreeUKSupport Yep, was at the end of March this year. Worked well for a few days to a week and then went to pot - literally nothing works properly, new Amazon Echos are a nightmare to set up, @blinkforhome cameras don’t work at all. Seems to be MTU issues on your network.

@ThreeUKSupport Needed a replacement sim , called in but it would take up to 5 business days and as it’s an emergency I was advised to go into any three store with ID (no specifics ) and I can get it straight away ,go to the store ,was told I need a passport or driver’s license …

@garnerweb @ThreeUK The ability to freely use the same number when I travel, especially when going home to New Zealand, was the reason I chose @ThreeUK. I’ve been happy with 3 until now, but this is a depressingly cynical money-grab. I will never renew my contract if it means losing roaming.

@ThreeUKSupport Signal basically goes from 4-3g then to no service. Just replying is slow and nightmare because I have to wait for a bar to show for me to load twitter. Frustrating!
