@ThreeUK I only received it when I had signal - it’s very rare that I have any bars of signal where I live so I rely on wifi calling. It seems the emergency alert system relies on phones actually having reliable signal.

@tashatheranter @ThreeUK My upgrade is due next month. I've been with them for 14 years with no problem until now. I work in a school and want to know if there's a ****** on the loose so i can keep the childrensafe! I'll go to a competitor that can help guard my life, gutted!

@ThreeUK I didn’t even receive the 3PM alarm. Not entirely surprising considering your network was utterly collapsed in central London at that time.
