    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Fraser, the problem is with the entire customer support process. No one in the organisation takes ownership. I am getting passed around from person to person on live chat, phone and twitter. I am made to feel like an inconvenience to the team.

    @ThreeUK Hey! Please can you ask @threeuksupport to support me? After 9 days with Three and 8 hours being passed around customer support i still have no connection to the network! Sorry if this is too much trouble :)

    @ThreeUKSupport hi, I'm having trouble logging in to the app. It asks for my fingerprint as normal, and then takes me to put it my email for a new account. I have an account, I've been using it for years. Also says there's an error sending an email to that address.

    @ThreeUKSupport you told me our Phone Signal / WIFI would be fixed on the 28th April, then in 7 days - 21 days later it is still not fixed, despite you texting me to say you’ve solved the problem!! What is going on? This is appalling! 😡

    doesn't listen to the words I speak and is robotically stuck in his script, his "solution" is setup a new email account somewhere that will be validated by the @ThreeUK system. Except I have no idea what is valid as they don't accept valid domains ALREADY.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, but it just seems to drop signal a lot in other places. I’ve never before had a network which required me to manually change my mobile data to 3G to get it to function. It’s crazy and very frustrating

    @ThreeUKSupport your 4g service level in Kilmarnock town centre is very poor. Fine in most other areas of the town but this is really off putting.
