  @UniversalExile @three Have seen @ThreeUK poor level of customer service when the sold a deal to my mother-in-law that was totally unfit for her purpose. Selling to an easily confused elderly person who is obviously not tech savvy is a awful thing to do. Hope they change and sort your problem fast.

  @ThreeUK have refused to cancel my broadband and told me I need to go 17 miles to nearest store to sort. Had to file complaint as unable to do so. Terrible customer service.

  Thank you @LycamobileUK for providing the very basic level service I have paid for that @iD_Mobile_UK (and @ThreeUK; anyone affiliated to Three mobile network you will know exactly what I am on about) have failed and continue to fail to serve
