I need to switch mobile phone providers! Apparently if your a @ThreeUK customer like me and armageddon arrives, we’re the last to know and on our own cause everyone else got a head start 😝 Should have realised how bad they were when they sponsored Chelsea

  • tomwalsh77
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England

@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

@ThreeUKSupport Don’t need day by day timeline, just an estimated time for the updates to have corrected the issues.

  • tomwalsh77
Tom Walsh (@tomwalsh77) reported from Lancaster, England

Hello @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got my bill today and the promised £30 credit (this was because of continual crap service) was nowhere to be seen. Can’t say I’m surprised at all.

  • JoeBourne
@joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

  • AutoUnder

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, that doesn’t help at all but I don’t care, just like Three don’t.

  • JoeBourne
@joebourne@mastodon.online (@JoeBourne) reported from Lancaster, England

@ThreeUK my internet has been terrible for a couple of weeks now and everytime I try to log in to your site to report/investigate I get an error saying you are having technical issues right now. What's going on?

VictoriaCC (@a1vicster) reported from Hornby, England

@ThreeUKSupport after months of phonecalls, live chats & emails you are still trying to charge me £1,173.65 for an item I returned to you in October. Why is your customer service so appalling?

  • Shakerboard
Marc boyd (@Shakerboard) reported from Middleton, England

Contract for @ThreeUK is up in December. Start looking at other networks. Never felt valued and never any incentive to make you stay!

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to find out when my number will switch over, no response from customer services. Beginning to wonder if I've made a mistake swapping networks!

  • AnichoBuilds
    Anis Ahmed Chohan (@AnichoBuilds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Bruh ee never cancelled me I've been out the UK for 4 years. If you mobile supports it fastest option is get an esim install and app and register and you have number with data, SMS and calls in minutes you'll find global guys and local guys worth doing some window shopping

  • grantdotdev
    Grant | Dev (@grantdotdev) reported

@Carlz94x @ThreeUK They’re supposed to be **** hot since Vodafone bought them ! “Forming the largest uk network” my ***. I don’t get why my phone says 4/5G and 4 bars but can’t send an iMessage. ?!

  • stevie_builds
    stevie (@stevie_builds) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK Same as what Jakey was saying. I was on Telstra (aussie), while i was in SEA. PAYG, and id still receive texts, but after 7-8 months they told me they were gonna cancel my plan because i hadnt recharged... luckily they planned to do that the day i got back, but if i just paid $30 to recharge after 7 months i guess that would have given me another 7 months...

  • siyabuilt
    Siya (@siyabuilt) reported

@robj3d3 @ThreeUK worst thing, the same happened with my health insurance. I go to pay, suddenly dashboard says "no basic insurance". Literally didn't even get a msg about it. Surely this has to be illegal in some way

  • MasonIyons
    Mason Lyons (@MasonIyons) reported

so @ThreeUK will let you signup on their site but for "security" you need to cancel via support. It's a deliberate tactic to make it as hard as possible for you to leave their **** service.

  • 4ston420
    Aston (@4ston420) reported

@skunkcityseeds @ThreeUK Ooh I didn't know they merged with Vodafone 😐 that says alot tbh... They upped my bill not to long ago and I said I was going to leave what not for a better deal.. they didn't offer anything better same plan same signal more money... Make it make sense 🤔 just daylight robbery

  • UniversalExile
    Steve Blair (@UniversalExile) reported

@AdamBat92308251 @three @ThreeUK Yes, sorry to hear that, Adam, that’s awful.

  • andy_cowburn
    Andy Co© (@andy_cowburn) reported

What’s happened to @ThreeUK service has been terrible for two days now, HD4 area. @ThreeUKSupport

  • Tristan27856485
    Tristan Lane (@Tristan27856485) reported

@ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

  • DebHiton
    Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported

@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
