@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

@ThreeUK I switched to three from smarty coz smarty had no shops. I was originally on 02 but it was crap reception in my area and they didn't offer unlimited text, calls and data for £20. Find the reception is good in 3 n all.

@ThreeUKSupport What a shambles!! Spent over 1hr, passed on by a very rude chap to higher tech support, messing with settings having to re enter passwords into every device only to be told what I already knew. That you have issues between your routers and certain tv's and devices!! May Move on!
