@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

Contract for @ThreeUK is up in December. Start looking at other networks. Never felt valued and never any incentive to make you stay!

@ThreeUKSupport You already know this. The excuses gives nearly a year ago was working on 5g . Just look at the link I’ve posted AMs see all the complaints . Tons and tons of them from all areas. This week it’s been worse than ever . Shame on three for the worst service .

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @TelcoOmbudsman if you want to upgrade your phone DONT USE 3, LIE AFTER LIE and refuse to honour a contract that both parties agreed on. Zero contact from them regarding 3 weeks of problems and a point blank refusal to deal with the problem.

@ThreeUKSupport 80 days No Data or mad slow 0.27mb area New Addington Croydon. Have 4 Three phone all same ism all other Networks work fine, so 100% Three Network Issue. go a mile down the road you get 100mb that's faster than my Sky, this proves it's not my phone. 80 Days Three
