@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

Contract for @ThreeUK is up in December. Start looking at other networks. Never felt valued and never any incentive to make you stay!

@ThreeUKSupport This happens all too often. I don't have time for the webchat. All they do is ask me to reset the router which I've done. There's clearly still a network problem in the area which you will not admit! It's needs sorting immediately!

@ThreeUK why dose three say no problems with there network and mast in are area? Try to up sell a new home wifi unit. I look on line shopping witch says we're on our way..????? So why are you telling me no problems and your shop site says different????

@ThreeUKSupport Tried the online chat and they told me I need to call. Once again, spent half an hour running checks on the phone only to be told it's a network issue. I go through this every time! Last time they admitted that there's a problem with a local mast. When will it be sorted?

@Jordann_Hattonn @ThreeUK @virginmedia It's appalling that these companies just do what they want with the service. We should have reliable internet in 2022. They've even managed to keep it going in Ukraine.
