Hello @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got my bill today and the promised £30 credit (this was because of continual crap service) was nowhere to be seen. Can’t say I’m surprised at all.

@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

@ThreeUKSupport It’s far from ideal the other 3 MNOs in the U.K. all have esim. I feel like we’ve been waiting ages and ages. What sucks more is it was available for like 1 week and I could’ve got a esim pack sent to me by ordering a replacement sim but now you can’t even do that!

My mum who suffers has a disability has been having a lot of trouble with @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport and has not been able to call me, any friends or family over christmas. Now told will have to wait a further 2 days to sort the problem. First the replacement sim had to be sent
