    Contract for @ThreeUK is up in December. Start looking at other networks. Never felt valued and never any incentive to make you stay!

    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    @Ofcom @ThreeUKSupport Thanks, it all takes so much time though, and with #Three objectively telling lies all the time it's difficult to make progress. It would be good if the regulator could proactively demand resolution of known issues, fine the provider, ensure customers' payments are paused etc.

    @ThreeUKSupport Over the last few months I have terrible speeds through my Huawei 4G router. However, for the last 2 days have had good speeds of 28mbps or more. Don’t know what has happened but long may it continue! Credit where credit is due

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s been looked at least 8-9 times even got sent a new sim same issues, now been told on webchat that there’s congestion on the masts and this should be fixed 26th Dec.. More excuses!!
