@ThreeUKSupport I have connection issues which have been going on some time now, tech called to try and resolve the issue, but advisor was very unhelpful, passed to complaints dept who were to be honest insulting, so decided after 14 years enough is enough.

@ThreeUKSupport I switched WiFi off so purely the network connection. It finally started working after 15 mins and had this problem once before. It's annoying as you may be able to appreciate but if this keeps happening then I may have to end my ten year use of your network.

@ThreeUKSupport No, just said a high value item being delivered was suspicious! I’ve lived here for 11 years! Not really suspicious to get a high value item. They said I needed to get your customer service to ring them and they’d deliver. I went online & was told this would happen. It didn’t.
