    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport No the webchat link was always unavailable, I tried multiple times since the 17th December. My resolution was to call back in a week's time when the maintainence has ended.

    @ThreeUKSupport @peachy_80 For anyone with this problem... I have been with Three for many years and have just re-contracted. It seems my previous login details no longer work and I had to re-register on the three website again despite my phone number being the same. Hope this helps someone.

    @ThreeUK joke of a call centre, crap customer service, verging on scam. Try to cancel redundant data sim, 4 phonecalls, pay outstanding bill in full then weeks later new outstanding bill. Threatened with debt collection over £4.26. Will be cancelling phone at first opportunity
