@ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks, that doesn’t help at all but I don’t care, just like Three don’t.

Hello @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Just got my bill today and the promised £30 credit (this was because of continual crap service) was nowhere to be seen. Can’t say I’m surprised at all.

@ThreeUKSupport Don’t need day by day timeline, just an estimated time for the updates to have corrected the issues.

@ThreeUKSupport @CarloPhoto71 the reply is: no problem with the 4or5 G signal, which is true! it’s the interest connection carried on it that is often the problem, which you seem to find possible to monitor! ( even your 2nd line indian engineering support can’t ! ) we need a STATUS page for internet )

@ThreeUKSupport @threeuk i am using a three sim in a wifi dongle. Extremely poor service in BT41 3NP recently. No connection for most of Sunday. Still problems today. When will this be fixed? How do I claim compensation for service I'm paying for but you are not delivering?

@ThreeUKSupport It's the Samsung 21. If its on back order then I want to cancel it as when I placed the order it said in stock. The email even says it will be here today

  • cycleoptic

@ThreeUKSupport complain about what? basically he didn’t know, are your engineers investigating the flaky internet through your servers ? Status always shows a correct “no problem” the 5G signal is fine !

  • TilleyTaryn
    Taryn Tilley (@TilleyTaryn) reported

@ThreeUK … every day this week I have been told to be patient and wait another 24-48 hours for a sim to be activated. Your customer service advisors have been no help- apparently they understand what I am going through but no one can tell me or explain why takes so long.

  • sherlock1968
    David Holmes (@sherlock1968) reported

Don't normally do this but @ThreeUK has let me down. People have been unable to ring or text me on the SIM provided through its Smarty brand for over a week. Passed from pillar to post by its customer service people - nobody takes ownership & no end in sight.

  • geordie_driver
Border Riever 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@geordie_driver) reported from Seaton Delaval, England

@ThreeUK can you sort out a signal in teesport. I know Mother Nature gave up around there, but a decent signal wouldn’t go a miss. Reminds me of watching porn on dial up in the 90’s.

  • zipimel
    izzy izzy (@zipimel) reported

@ThreeUK customer service impossible and difficult to talk to anyone. Worst experience. I just want to know how much it will cost using my phone abroad and it’s extremely unclear online. Can someone please help!!!!
