    I need to switch mobile phone providers! Apparently if your a @ThreeUK customer like me and armageddon arrives, we’re the last to know and on our own cause everyone else got a head start 😝 Should have realised how bad they were when they sponsored Chelsea

    Contract for @ThreeUK is up in December. Start looking at other networks. Never felt valued and never any incentive to make you stay!

    @ThreeUKSupport I do have WiFi but I pay virgin media for that. When are you going to fix your network. I’ve been told your network is suffering because of the 5G rollout. Please fix it.

    Anyone know why 4/5g coverage is so bad in Lancaster right now? Feels like it's been very low for weeks on both my providers @ThreeUK and @coopuk (who use @EE I think).

    @ThreeUK my internet has been terrible for a couple of weeks now and everytime I try to log in to your site to report/investigate I get an error saying you are having technical issues right now. What's going on?

    So a year ago I requested @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport to cancel a contract that was ending a year later I’ve realised it was never cancelled. Yet @ThreeUK has no note of my request. But need 5 days for investigation to be completed. I don’t hold out much hope for my £960 back.

    2 weeks before my 12 month contract ended with @ThreeUK I was sent an email. I called up to cancel and was told it would be 30 days using the scam mobile operators use rather than end at the end of the 12 month contract you agreed to. I told the operator this. They came back

    @ThreeUKSupport It took me almost 15 minutes to persuade a Three operative that I wanted to cancel my mobile wifi contract as I no longer use it. He kept deflecting trying to get me to accept a list of "offers" such as a new tablet! It took all my resolve not to explode!

    @ThreeUK it's a good job the actual speed of 5G in the few places I can actually receive it in Sheffield is not as slow as the actual roll out speed.
