@ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

  • roger_farley roger farley (@roger_farley) reported from Fleetwood, England

@ThreeUKSupport still no network on mine, wife’s and sons phones... all day and still nothing 🤬🤬

  • dawnwinder6 dawn winder (@dawnwinder6) reported from Middleton, England

@ThreeUK why is it that regular reliable customers never get decent rewards when they upgrade like to new phones etc

  • daysoutinfo Mike Davis (@daysoutinfo) reported from Grange-over-Sands, England

Well on hold now with @ThreeUK 32 minutes to request a PAC code Durgesh what a joke service. @iD_Mobile_UK it took 10 seconds would I move back to 3 no chance.

  • daysoutinfo Mike Davis (@daysoutinfo) reported from Grange-over-Sands, England

So trying to leave @ThreeUK really makes me want to leave @threeuk more long calls loads of stupid messages. Rude staff who cut you off and complicated pac code requests. #threetwoone #gone.

  • Chris_Arkley Chris Arkley (@Chris_Arkley) reported from Fleetwood, England

Given the recent run of terrible @ThreeUKSupport customer service, I suppose it’s as good a time as any to go back to @O2 👋

  • Chris_Arkley Chris Arkley (@Chris_Arkley) reported from Fleetwood, England

And the quality of said service from @ThreeUKSupport is disgraceful as well. Rude staff who really aren’t willing to help.

  • Chris_Arkley Chris Arkley (@Chris_Arkley) reported from Fleetwood, England

@ThreeUKSupport after calling up for 4 days in a row, and spending over an hour on the phone each time, the problem still persists. Joke of a company 🙄🙄

  • joannehodgson Mrs H (@joannehodgson) reported from Catterall, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, my 12 year old appears to have signed up for add ons of around £30 a month on to his £10 contract. How do I cancel these? The sim only contract is in my name. Thanks.

  • _MarieRaine Marie Raine (@_MarieRaine) reported from Lancaster, England

Dear @ThreeUK Why does your Wuntu app never connect to the internet? I really, really wuntu use it...

  • jack_1992 Jack Chandler (@jack_1992) reported from Lancaster, England

@ThreeUKSupport My wife has the same issue as well in the same areas. The signal is just weak and slow speeds. It’s frustrating as I love the Go Roam but this is a pain

  • jack_1992 Jack Chandler (@jack_1992) reported from Lancaster, England

@ThreeUKSupport In all honesty it is poor on both frequencies. It’s just slow to load anything, so frustrating

@sarahclaireryan @Payforit_Sucks @IG_fairtelecoms @3Luser @ThreeUKSupport @BBCWatchdog @PSAuthorityUK @ThreeUK Aw right, glad you got to the bottom of it. I agree about Three and don't understand why they don't protect us. I would never allow my bank to let a third party remove money from my account without my consent!

  • sarahclaireryan Sarah Ryan (@sarahclaireryan) reported

@SienaSays @Payforit_Sucks @IG_fairtelecoms @3Luser @ThreeUKSupport @BBCWatchdog @PSAuthorityUK @ThreeUK It was all down to me to sort and they gave very little help (in fact the two text companies they directed me to were not the company responsible). Basically not our issue. I spent hours sorting it when really it should be up to them to protect their customers from scammers IMO.

  • sarahclaireryan Sarah Ryan (@sarahclaireryan) reported

@SienaSays @Payforit_Sucks @IG_fairtelecoms @3Luser @ThreeUKSupport @BBCWatchdog @PSAuthorityUK @ThreeUK Eventually I got an offer of a refund from the company involved. They wanted bank details which I wasn't comfortable with (since I never consented to the texts in the first place so it felt like a scam). They have instead sent me a text to redeem the money at Post Office...

  • tomlangdon Tom Langdon (@tomlangdon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I really hope you're right. I honestly do. But I've been hearing it for so long, and complaining before has only ever led to promises of fixes that never come. Switching to 3G might have worked if I'd known to - but it's a huge frustration to have to do it at all, and so often.

  • uklee Lee (@uklee) reported

@MarcAllera @EE guys great you do various events, and flog bt tv etc but the core services really matter. I’ve had to purchase a sim pay monthly for £10 to be able to use my phone in Israel from @ThreeUK I’m a EE customer I’m not prepared to pay £1.80 per minute

  • MerryBlackcat2 Sarah JK (@MerryBlackcat2) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It would have been about the end of January. He went into the local shop. As a new customer, he was offered £9 a month for 6 months, rising to £18 but I don't know how long the contract is for.

  • Boy17Buddy BuddyBoy17 (@Boy17Buddy) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK why are u bothering with 5g when 4g is awful! I’m having to switch my iPhonex onto 3G just to search for things on google. It’s not my area as I work in multiple locations and it’s the same story.

  • JMFotografix JMorgan (@JMFotografix) reported

@ThreeUK Signal for both data and voice is aweful again in LN4 area. Reported multiple times and have never received an update or improvement. Gone from 32Mbs to 2Mbs! Over a week now!

  • p4tterson Heather Patterson (@p4tterson) reported

@Ofcom @ThreeUKSupport Thank you for sharing, no amount of persuasion or quoting the Equality Act would these Advisors and Managers agree to take my call via a recognised text relay service. I was actually hung up on by one Advisor and calls disconnected when transferring to Customer Services team.
