@ThreeUKSupport once again my network is down for upgrades for the 3rd time in six months,But surely you can leave 4G connected as now I have no home broadband and only a weak 3G on my phone last time this lasted 4 days!!!😡🤬😡🤬

@mouthwaite @EE I had the same problem a few years ago!!! Have now changed to @ThreeUK and the service is brilliant. Service should be foremost always

@ThreeUKSupport Tbh, if you guys can't provide decent coverage then I'll just have to take it back to the shop and get a refund. I can't afford not to have quality broadband. I've reset the thing about 10 times today. What do mean about congestion, as a network specialised I'm stumped?

  • Mrt_Kync Murat Koyuncu (@Mrt_Kync) reported

@ThreeUKSupport This is just ridiculous. Yes, I have talked with customer service and had chat too. You guys are all repeating the same stuff just like machine. There is no solutions with you. Shame.

  • OllieFLJ Ollie (@OllieFLJ) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Good afternoon. Are there any issues affecting data speeds in OX28 area? Can just about send iMessage but can’t load web pages, or any internet based apps. Have reset phone but no joy

  • Sam_McK_88 Sam M (@Sam_McK_88) reported

@planetf1 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I live and work in Brighton and experience very few network issues. Perhaps it's specific black spots or a device issue?

  • nottherealjon Jon (@nottherealjon) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately I've wasted enough time on this. I need to use it to work and can't afford anymore downtime. A 4G service at 1Mbps just isn't good enough. I'll go to the shop and ask for a refund

  • jim_jam_ Jamie Williams (@jim_jam_) reported

@ThreeUK I’ve had five calls from random UK mobile numbers today with the same nonsense prerecorded message about my “internet provider”. Any idea what kind of crap this is or how to stop it?? It’s just suddenly started today!

  • planetf1 Nigel Jones (@planetf1) reported

@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK I have multiple times.. this isn't about one postcode but a general observation in many parts of the city. Sure, not everywhere but most. 4G pages not loading even with signal. looks over capacity so must be a known issue as reports will show that. Disappointing.
