    @ThreeUK word of advice on your coverage map. I've spent years thinking "wow Three's 4G coverage is awful" because if we don't put our model of phone in it doesn't display the HUGELY dense 800Mhz "supervoice" layer. Admirably honest but must be a better way marketing-wise :D

    @ThreeUKSupport customer service is awful especially with someone who has severe anxiety. I understand you're busy but I legitimately can't contact anyone and I can rarely find the courage to call so if I could get some help from you it would be greatly appreciated.

    Well on hold now with @ThreeUK 32 minutes to request a PAC code Durgesh what a joke service. @iD_Mobile_UK it took 10 seconds would I move back to 3 no chance.

    So trying to leave @ThreeUK really makes me want to leave @threeuk more long calls loads of stupid messages. Rude staff who cut you off and complicated pac code requests. #threetwoone #gone.

    @ThreeUKSupport My wife has the same issue as well in the same areas. The signal is just weak and slow speeds. It’s frustrating as I love the Go Roam but this is a pain

    @markgosy @canterburycc No, in fact the Council actively engages MBNL and CTIL as well as @VodafoneUK @O2 @EE and @ThreeUK to support them enabling coverage improvements in the city. But there has been little appetite from any MNO to invest. Incredibly frustrating. @Ofcom

    @LeeBroadley7 @benwood @ThreeUK @shauncollins @kestermann This is important as some handsets only support certain frequencies. Nthe lower frequencies don't support the higher speeds (and this is exactly the speed expected, a 40% boost over 4G).

    @ThreeUKSupport @Vlad95075431 Already having a scripted copy and paste for the issue of your 5G already 😂 how about sort out 4G. Sort out the minimal standard of 3G and actually stop script reading and be honest with people and tell them that @ThreeUK is the worst network there is.
