Try to log in to @ThreeUK My3 to change my address. System is not working so asks me to chat with an agent. I ask the agent to change my address and they say they can but to email ID to them. I email ID. I then get an email saying I need to log into My3 to change my address…

@ThreeUK this ain’t ok. No WiFi service for days. Although the money left my account on 11th it’s not marked paid in MyThree account. I call up and I’m told “this isn’t logical” then the phone goes dead. It may not be logical but it happens most months. Needed for work. HELP!

@ThreeUKSupport He has an esim, and was never told that you were suspeding the trial, we were under the impression that after a period of trial, Three will roll out esim nationwide. However, he now needs to change his phone and has been unable to activate the esim on the new phone.

@ThreeUK Is there a problem with service today? Data keeps dropping out and signal never more than the smallest bar. No WiFi at home (thanks @TalkTalk) so really need my 4G...or even 3G!! Is 2G a thing? I'll take that! Just ANY service
