@ThreeUKSupport I’m in France I have confirmed my no spending cap is on , it’s not my spending cap that is the issue it’s the fact you have an automatic £45 internal cap which is what I need changing apparently only you can amend that and I can’t get through to anyone to do it

@ThreeUKSupport Yes a complaint was raised and a credit added to our account, and another complaint raised again today - but 2 months with sporadic broadband whilst the issue is “being fixed” simply is not acceptable - 2 months!
