@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport @nukka333 hi #Three, I can answer for the customer as you're not allowed to. Just spoken to 2nd line support who were very polite and helpful; major works in London but Three's policy is to keep it quiet, not inform customers, not even update the status page. @Ofcom

@ThreeUKSupport I really am having a shocking experience with your network to the point of me cancelling my contract. I have just been told that I should call DPD and collect the phone myself! I have not so much had a courtesy email letting me know my phone is delayed.
