Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

I know for sure once my contract with @ThreeUKSupport is up, im not renewing. 3 bars of signal, 4G yet Mobile data doesn’t work and they’ve apparently been doing works on the mast for a year now? Its an absolute joke.

@ThreeUKSupport After being painfully forced through the same diaagnositic tests 6 times I’m told it’s a local area issue. I was told the local area issue yesterday. This is what I want an update on. I inform the live chat teams of this every time but they insist on wasting time

@ThreeUKSupport Sadly this doesn't help at all. All of our devices show several bars of 5g and 4g+ signal. There is no connection to the internet. Phone calls are also glitchy and disconnecting. I don't think this is acceptable especially as an influx of visitors is entirely predictable here.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve talked to 5 reps now. Followed the router troubleshooting every time. Conclusion each time = not router, known local mast issue. Why would I need to go through the checks for a sixth time?

@ThreeUKSupport Ive sorted it in a way, the number you provided is on this phone still as main number for some reason, but now i can receive e mails and txts off people, but when setting things up with things that need to send you a text message the txt never comes through. I cant set up any app
