    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Our phones when turned on have 4g, but after about 10 minutes that drops to h. Restart the phones and 4g again, then repeat. Is there an issue at Doublebois Cornwall?????

    @ThreeUKSupport I've genuinely lost count of the number of times I have contacted @ThreeUK to transfer PAYG no to my new contract sim. Each time being "assured" it will happen, each time...not! Useless service! How can I get this done?!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Just to note, my partners phone is also on my account, they are on holiday with me and no issues for them, so it is not a coverage or account problem. I will not be paying additional data charges because it is not allowing me to purchase a passport.

    @ThreeUK why is the 3g add on so ****. I paid £5 for one day boost and it didnt start for hours and then it hit midnight and basically i paid £5 to never use it
