@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUK why is trying to do anything with your apps or website impossible? Does no one test them? They have never worked.

@cooper_kerry @ThreeUKSupport Surely they have to roll you onto the contract you actually signed not the contract of their choice? Seems pretty poor.

@ThreeUKSupport Thanks. One of my daughters’ friends had to use this number to notify the police of an assault on a train, so I wondered if it was free due to it being an ‘emergency’ number for people to report concerns. It might be worth looking into making it free. Cheers

@PlasticlightS @ThreeUKSupport i’m having a lot of internet outages and low speed and high latency on a three 5G broadband modem ( with good 5G signal ). If i turn my VPN on, i usually get the good speeds, on the same 5G signal. Why do the Three servers throttle the speeds ? They’re “support” don’t know !

@ThreeUKSupport Buying a second device is broken. SSL is missing. Navigating to a store/help page logs you out and is insecure. App lacks any account features despite being where users are sent. Dead links. Shocking UX. Basically, everything.

@BrokenBennett @ThreeUKSupport They say not, as I'm still rolling. I could pick any contract, but then I would be on a new contract, I was happy rolling to eek out the roaming. The signal is dire here too, so why on earth would I sign up to a new contract paying more, and getting less.

@ThreeUKSupport I called to deal with the issue. It's the only way to do anything. Three's online services are broken, outdated, and subpar. As a developer myself I would be embarrassed to put out products as bad as the Three app or website. Not even an SSL certificate. Ridiculous.
