    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    Spoke to the @ThreeUKSupport team jus about 5 weeks of awful internet speeds. As soon as I complain, they cut me off. Avoid this company like the plague, the worst service and worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. @Three_Is_Broken -

    @ThreeUKSupport I'll give it a bash...what's the issue that you guys are trying to repair? I'm paying you guys for 4g right? Bit annoying that I'm nut getting the service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Unfortunately, I've tried all of that. I purchased the external antenna and we mostly get a reliable 5G service with full reception, so would be surprised if 3G was being used. Speed tests vary from 50-150Mb /sec so doubt it's on 3G much. Thanks!

    .@ThreeUK Been a customer for over 3 years now and the most dissapointing thing is that you somehow still haven't launched eSIM. How long till you actually launch it? Phones are rapidly changing and it's kind of shocking that every carrier except you has launched it domestically

    . @ThreeUK, been with you guys for a few years and apart from unlimited internet, your coverage is horrible for data.. what’s the point in having unlimited data if you can never use it - I am joining EE…
