    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport Just take a look. No obvious issues but I usually get 4 bars and currently just the 1 bar. Data wise it’s coming up with an E rather than 4G? Not sure what that means.

    @ThreeUKSupport I took my 3 contract out because it was one of the few networks that have signal in my area, now you’ve merged with Vodafone I can’t make calls at home. Great merger that is. Can I cancel my contract due to not being able to make calls?

    Would never recommend @ThreeUK - poor network (often getting <10mbps + poor call quality), poor customer service and even when leaving to change network again, they managed to mess up my number port to the point my temporary number doesn't work! @EE and @O2 highly recommended
