    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUK has to be the worse network I’ve ever been with !! Not only did I have my phone stolen the person used my contract to gamble and spend my money. Now Three refuses to do anything about it. That’s fine I’ve just cancelled my contract, no such thing as customer service.

    @alistairclare @askdavidjones @ThreeUK Definitely dont try to understand three e-sims as far as I can tell you have to get them from an actual 3 shop, you have to pick up a new one to move it to a new device, and you have 48 hours of outage each time you do so

    @ThreeUKSupport They are finally investigating but they can't understand that it is a fraudulent contract, when I ring they ask to speak to the contract owner....there isn't one!!! My Dad's name has been used, fraudulently!!!! They asked all my dad's details,why? Customer service is appalling

    @ThreeUKSupport Also, what’s your policy on supporting disabled people? I’m struggling going through your troubleshooting on the phone to the point I was told to go to a store in person and had to travel 45 minutes to do so and now I’m on the phone again and they still can’t help me but also
