    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUK what in gods name is wrong with your live chat service....I have been in chat with them since 11.52am this morning and I am still none the wiser. I have disconnected three times from chat....been told different things by different agents...and I am bloody annoyed

    @madebyburton @ThreeUK I don't know! They haven't admitted it if they are. The reception is incredibly low, to be fair. If there was a good connection but slow speeds I'd be suspicious.

    @ThreeUKSupport At the beginning of lockdown 1.0 I locked my aim and needed a new PUK code. Roll on almost a year and my phone miraculously has WiFi but not phone or data. I've bought an upgrade and would like to unlock my new SIM. I've tried calling and nowt works. Help???

    @ThreeUKSupport Last time I spoke to customer service she ordered me a new sim and put me through to the customer sakes team. They don't seem to understand that I just want my number reactivating. And thats it.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was prior to Christmas and I was compensated for October’s disruption. Fair enough. But it’s just gone on, and on and on. I can see the mast from my work, see the operatives up there and when they are, the mast is switched off at 8.30am sharp and I instantly lose service.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Kirsty.....Customer services said within the hour.......customer relations told me within 2 hours and then told me 72 hours then told me 72 hours and they would speak to staff regarding giving me misinformation.....I have been constantly checking ALL folders since 1pm!

    @TeaKayB @ThreeUK Try both sims at one location in the same box. Run speed tests and both should be the same because they are on the same network. If not then further investigation to find out why.
