@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport I have tried this using Firefox on windows and MacOS and Safari on iPad I don't think this is a browser issue it's a problem with your websites API call for the background check

@ThreeUKSupport Same problem, it fails on the step after agreeing to a credit check seems like the API is failing on a call to me
