@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport @EatsJoshy Dont use three they are robbing customers they allowed lasevia to take £216 off of me and won't refund it and gave me a number to call which doesn't even exist I will cancel my direct debit with @ThreeUK because they have breached my contract by taking extra money for no reason.

@ThreeUKSupport It keeps randomly going from 4G+ to 4G and H and back again, the little arrows are all over the place. What the hell?? It just keeps disconnecting and reconnecting on its own! The signal is all over the place! This is not what I pay for!
