@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport always the same w/ that chat: Please try later. This was the problem before. Mythree wouldnt recognise my # (either starting w/ 0, with 44 or w/out) 95% of the time. I have had now 4 bills since cancelling it & so have been overcharged £20 not to mention 1st boost not workingking

@ThreeUK hi can you help please? My partner has a security issue and when he called you for help, they asked for his FULL password. When he said that didn’t sound right and just gave two letters, they insisted, and then hung up on him ?!

@BrokenBennett @ThreeUKSupport @amazon Interesting. I've had two 4th gen dots fail to connect with a 3rd one on it's way to me. I wonder if it's the issue I'm seeing ? Did you just manually change the '.100' to '.60' in the IP address pool on your router to fix the issue ?

@ThreeUK quite appalling service. Three times their operators hung up - not a dropped call, but an intentional disconnection because they don't understand how they can help. Utterly useless.

A glorious day. I left @ThreeUK yesterday after 6 months + of constantly failing signal in Salisbury. Although the chap on the live chat was helpful - it would help if we weren't consistently told 'we are aware of a fault' or 'we are upgrading the tower'. #three #nosignal
