    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Iain, thank you so much for the fast reply. They kept saying to get an engineer, who I have already spoken with twice, the issues persist. It’s very patchy, we are unable to all work from home which is really problematic. Live chat was not helpful, I would like to leave as

    @ThreeUKSupport Speed in LE2 8AR is less than 1Mb, checked website and it showed work yesterday but nothing anymore. Have rebooted Router and for 2mins I get good speed then back to 1.2Mb. Any help you can offer? Please

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. No I couldn’t see it on the website. I was surprised with the offer. I even doubled checked and asked for confirmation. Never mentioned it was a business deal. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Offered a deal told to phone then informed can’t do it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am so unhappy with my 5G box. We have not had the internet all day, I’ve had to work from a cafe, my housemate has lost work cause of how inconsistent and unstable our internet is, I spent 2 hrs today on live chat trying to leave with no exit fee. Please help.
