    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @C_P_Gurnani @tech_mahindra @ThreeUk The Customer Service I have received from Tech Mahindra for my Three UK account has been shocking, my complaint has still not been dealt with after 2 months and 52 phone calls!! No broadband working and no TV. What is going on, unbelievable!!

    @ThreeUKSupport 2nd line support was supposed to ring 6 o’clock tonight . It’s 8 and nothing . I can’t work from home because of your rubbish speeds so I have to now travel out every day until fixed . I don’t know who is worse - you or @VodafoneUK

    @M4tty_J @ThreeUK Hugely disappointing, isn't it? The whole reason I chose Three as a network is because I can use it anywhere. Now, we're headed to the bad old days of being disconnected abroad or paying through the nose. 😓
