    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUK Absolutely shambolic service, 2 accounts fradulently opened in my name, after 1hr 40mins of phonecalls and live chats I am none the wiser. Really really poor. I would have thought something as serious as this would not be dealt with by an Indian call centre.

    @ThreeUK The thing that I hate about this advert is the fact that you use a Northerner with poor teeth, to depict ignorance and that gravalax is a cultural marker, that knowledge of gains approval. It perpetuates a stereotype and one I personally don't find humourous.
