@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@HullTeslaModel3 @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK i drive a few miles to our local Asda, you get a full strength 5G signal that’s faster than our fibre optic home connection ! I think mobile phone companies make a mint n give very poor service to a lot of their customers ?

@HullTeslaModel3 @ThreeUKSupport @SMARTYMobileUK I had a missed call about 5:25pm yesterday, rang back straight away n got through, not very good at all with all the money phone companies must make with its popularity the lack of investment is really poor, I’ve only 1 bar reception atm, been like that at ours for years, yet if
