@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUK can you confirm that your high street stores cannot help with account queries? I had an account issue and was told that I'd have to sort over the phone. Not a great service when I'm trying to make a complaint.

@ThreeUKSupport No they don't and haven't had one, Three as a company wouldn't have that number down as a customer so it was either tried at random or was a number that individual may have known possibly??

@hidinginthevoid @bt_uk This is also after appalling service from @ThreeUK trying to get set up with their internet. Why are they all so **** at caring about customer experience?

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, can you explain to me how make and receive calls from my number with no issues, but when I send texts they are fom the temporary number that I got when I switched a month ago? People can't reply to the texts either and now I've to wait on a new sim.
