    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport my mum upgraded her contract 6 weeks ago and her phone never arrived. 4 hours and 12 phone calls later she is still being told ‘case is open’, how ******** is that her fault that you never shipped the phone? Staff have spoke to her so rudely 1/3

    @ThreeUK As an existing long term customer I was disappointed in the upgrade options and the customer service that I was provided. Online chat a waste of time not helpful at all. Will be cancelling my contracts come October and going with another provider.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi yes I have. What I truly cannot understand is why, since nothing works, my October fee has additional charges of £100 and roaming is disabled. My account has always had problems abroad. It needs sorting

Today is my end of contract date and if we can't get a handset sent out or ready for me to collect, Im going to have to buy it someplace else. Can you look into this asap and send me the handset? Thanks.

    @DJCDF1977 @ThreeUKSupport I’ve been waiting for A call back since May, none of the numbers on line work. I’ve never been a three customer but they seem to have taken 2K from my bank account and won’t explain how or why.

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried that but I can’t login with that number. I have the number of the sim Kirsty but have never had an associated password. I don’t know how to sign in with this number as it is in my MiFi modem, NOT a phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had problems in Barbados, Canada and others on 3 before. We are in Washington DC. I will have to call later. This is not acceptable and a waste of my time. I appreciate your efforts but we have gotten nowhere. I will terminate my contract with 3 and move elsewhere.
