    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUK is the absolute worst network I’ve ever had the displeasure of being with. If you’re thinking of changing providers DO NOT use these *****. As soon as my contract is up I’m running for the hills

    Weeks of @ThreeUKSupport signal problem still not fixed and you keep sending me txts to say the problem has been fixed - it hasn't, surely you know this! Your customer service is a car crash! Yesterday by way of a resolution 3 offered to cancel my contract, really is that it 🤦🏻
