    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport It would help if someone took ownership of the problem customer service do not support this is what happens when you outsource for cheep costs no one actually answers your questions as they dont understand and move onto there next script

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had this for 3 years and even during covid there was no issues with traffic. The 3G signal is also non existent There is nothing

    @ThreeUKSupport Tried downloading snap for 3hrs it's still spinning ,treid twitter and after all this hours now open wow but at the end of the month there is no hustle in taking Ur direct debit ..for 6 months I can't use my WiFi but for 6 months u guys been taken Ur money ?so fix it

    @ThreeUKSupport 4 months taking double payment from my bank account through an incorrect contract set up by Three to be told we will refund you £5 still no phone line for the past month no one had returned my emails/calls i want out of Three dreadful service!
