@ThreeUKSupport I had a down service with your network on Tuesday with no service and also had no credit put on the accounts I have with you for the mobile phones and homefi broadband.

@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUK Hi is there currently any issues in my area? How come when I am speaking to someone over the phone they get my response 5 seconds later? They think I am not speaking and then it becomes messy. This has happened a good 3 times!

@ThreeUK just moved my contact to you and the connection is horrendous. Lucky if I get 1 mbps down and 0 up on 4G (I have loads of Speedtest and music download videos). What can we do to resolve?
