@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUK I am very upset about how you people are treating Me after been with the network over 15yrs. I requested for some bills since the 19th May and anytime I call all I hear is we will email you in 24hrs, 48hrs, 2hrs, 1hr and I never receive them till today.😡😡😡

@ThreeUK terrible signal always, spell customers names wrong and then make you send untold messages to some random team to change because they won’t do it on the phone but no one replies

@ThreeUKSupport Name change initially (account has ex husbands name) but paid by me, phone mine etc. never his. Just many years ago he set up account - using my bank details. But can’t change so now can’t do anything including cancel (as being moved to payg and want better options)

@javiermifsud @ThreeUK I had the same issue travelling from London to Birmingham last week. I had full bars of 4g but still nothing was loading. Can’t wait for my contract to end either.

@ThreeUKSupport I'm trying to upgrade my phone via the three app. Now it says next day delivery, but when I go to finish up, it says he 25th of June for delivery. My current phone is broke, so I can't wait that long. Help.
