I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Deryk Lister (@LakesGeek) reported@ThreeUKSupport should your network have 4G in Ulverston coming from the Roxy Cinema base station at LA12 7AH? The planning documents (2016) say it's an EE site shared with Three but I only get 3G in town even if I'm stood by the Roxy itself.

Stephen (@realsgc) reported@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Jonathan, I’ve spoken with support and been told there’s congestion in the area because more people are using the service and the app isn’t working until they get a fix for logging on… also been told to expect a huge improvement from 23 October when local masts upgrade.
