    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Stephie, I ordered the contract online and got it delivered to a Three store to pick it up, noticed at home when I unpacked the parcel that the box is broken. Thankfully the phone itself has no damage but for such an expensive product like this I wasn’t expecting this

    @ThreeUKSupport Haven’t had broadband on my new hub for a week now. Bills paid, have reset (several times), taken sim out and back in, spoken to tech support and all they can say is maybe 7 days… maybe not then you’ll maybe see your internet back on. Wtaf????

    @ThreeUKSupport It won't be postcode specific for an almost total outage, but I've sent it as requested. By the way, your status check page still hasn't been updated, that's not good. At the very least it should state a known issue and the nature of it. Please escalate that aspect. Thanks again.
