    Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

    @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

    @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

    @ThreeUK this network is the worst I've EVER EVER had. Brand new top of range phone and signal keeps dropping out, got to turn off mobile data every so often to get it going again, care to explain this issue please? Its not a @SamsungMobile issue, already been into shop

    @ThreeUK be prepared for one angry bloke. New note 20 and signal is the WORST I've ever ever had, had it into @SamsungMobile shop and everything is right. Its this network for some reason. Any explanation please?
