@ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

@ThreeUKSupport I was told they have a notice from my bank that I have declared bankruptcy which is totally wrong.. My said they never sent such notice to 3.. However it's an IVA insolvency action on my behalf to pay an outstanding amount for a previous contract I owed 3..
