I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

Ben Brewster (@BenBrewster85) reported from Taunton, England@ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

I even tried to cancel the contr 2 months ago because it was so bad and lost connection during the call. tried to leave and they are Charging me nearly 300 @ThreeUK lol
