  @ThreeUKSupport Hard to say Petey. In the end I only used that for connecting Amazon echo etc, barely had enough juice to stream Netflix after 8pm. Thought the upgrade might help. Strange because my mobile is on 3 and it's fine...

  Niche tweet but anyone on @ThreeUK mobile broadband find it just...dies. some time between 7-9 every evening I have to switch to my mobile (also on three). Makes no sense. Would have told @ThreeUKSupport but they never phone back when they promise...

  @ThreeUKSupport It seems impossible to ever get through to anyone. I need to discuss my broadband as it doesn't work properly, but there doesn't appear to be any way to speak to someone via the phone line and the web chat is always too busy.

  After no luck from @ThreeUK I have taken out a 30 day contract with @VodafoneUK using an eSim and have actually managed to have a conversation. @ThreeUK I pay you £85 per month, expect a call next week where I will be looking for a reduction in my bill due your poor service

  @ThreeUKSupport Could you have maybe updated your customers beforehand??? To be clear - I cannot do anything on phone unless I'm somewhere with Wifi at the moment. I'm switching to a more reliable network - this isn't good enough.

  @strawberrryboy @ThreeUK And its call centre is in India and if you criticise it for poor service they throw the race card at you even though race hasn't been mentioned, correct

  @ThreeUK Hi! I'm trying to cancel my Three Broadband contract, so it doesn't renew. I've been desperately trying ot get through via phone for a few days now with no luck. Could you help? Maybe a call back would be great? Or even just helping me cancel this outright? Thank you :)

  @local_shop_girl @VodafoneUK If you want to save yourself the bother then @ThreeUK do deals that are VERY competitively priced. Their customer support is always very fast, polite and helpful too

  @ThreeUKSupport PA34 4QB at the moment. iPhone XS Max and an Alcatel Onetouch y800z. This has been all over Scotland though. Never decent speed. Even with a reset and full 4G
