@ThreeUKSupport Good to know 3 are willing to abandon their customers during a worrisome and unprecedented time. Keep your website open to buy new products but no help for existing customers. Absolutely disgusting.

@ThreeUKSupport I wasn’t suggesting that you steal bandwidth! I was suggesting that the telecoms providers (and most of you work cross borders anyway) get together and help people out in these exceptional circumstances. I can’t buy a sim locally. I’m in isolation!!

My 4G service from @ThreeUK has been a joke for the past 4 weeks. Just can’t use the internet without using WiFi and I’m paying over £50 a month.

@ThreeUKSupport I think latest agent may have solved everything for me - will find out for sure on Monday. First agent I contacted was useless, latest agent couldn't went out of their way to solve the problem. I am still confused by what is showing online Vs what I believe the state to be.
