    @ThreeUK I’ve had no internet (3G/4g) on my phone for days now, can you advise when this will be back please? Website just says you are fixing a problem in the area.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Support. You have issues with no network coverage in the Faringdon (SN7) area currently. I can confirm this is with 3 separate mobiles. Yes they have been restarted.

    @ThreeUKSupport I am yes, for the 'time being' it's been over 2 and a half years now! 3 contracts with 3 I think is very poor!!!😡😡

    @ThreeUKSupport been having the issue for 7 months. Just the service in this area for 3 is zero to 1 bar at best. Just wish I’d known that when taking out the service. Rather then being told it’s “good” then again the sales person can only go by what’s in front of them so no fault on them

    @ThreeUKSupport Looks like you're not connected to a network. Check your settings and try again. Try: Turning off Airplane mode Turning on Mobile data or Wi-Fi Checking the signal in your area

    @ThreeUKSupport Ok thank you. This unfortunately has been for the last month or so. I changed provider from o2 to 3 because your service was better and now I seem to be encountering similar problems that I had with o2 where the service drops from 4g to 3G making it difficult to stream.
