@ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

@ThreeUKSupport Payment over the phone refused. Info in the website is insufficient. Online payment portal doesn't work. Now have 2 days to avoid legal trouble, on a contract that should have cancelled at the first missed payment...this is seeming more and more like a scam as the minutes pass.

@ThreeUKSupport I only want to cancel the account, funnily enough because my UK bank account was shut and I don't have a way to make the payment. The payment I'm trying to make is a precursor to doing this. Should not be this difficult. In the meantime, please ensure you don't add more charges
