    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    @ThreeUKSupport Because it doesn't match what is on file for me apparently. I have been told to look at my 3 account or the address on a bill. I have matched what is on my online account but your auto response bot won't make the connection. The complaint was logged through your website 1/2

    @ThreeUK hi, why is the three network connection so slow? I’ve been promised that it will go better but all I get is the same answer and now I’m even thinking further to leave Three, the connection was good but can’t get over it no more!

    @ThreeUKSupport @aaronsidwell We are having the same issue with Netflix on our Three 4g home broadband uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The app also works when disconnected from the WiFi and used on our mobiles 4G (which is provided by a separate network)

    @littlesammix @ThreeUKSupport Yup.. looks like I'm leaving three after all this time. Its a shame really never missed a bill and always upgraded with them but they prefer a new customer
