    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    @GettinTwitta @ThreeUK Usually we don’t complain about 3, but this time it was really bad. We took it (SIM hot spot) to have internet everywhere on our hols, and we been surprised at how many places they have no cover at all 😳

    @ThreeUKSupport I was on live chat for over an hour yesterday and got the choice of being offered a discount or cancelling my contract but then my phone hilariously stopped service and I receive a text saying my complaint was resolved 🙄 not going through all that again. Ballache.

    @ThreeUKSupport Can you help please. Bought a £20 SIM for US travel. Put another £20 On this week for another 12gb of data. Ran out of data. Or didn't load extra data. Put another £20 still no data. Why. Been in states 35 days.

    @ThreeUK Your new iPhone app is awful! It says my number isn't registered, which it has been for nearly 3 years, I try to create an account and it uses CLEAR text entry for passwords which is incredibly insecure! then it says my email is invalid! wtf is going on

    @ThreeUKSupport Because the only reply I’d get would be, head over to * link *. Any time I go anywhere with the other half, she always has excellent signal, yet I do not.. Even in the US she had 4G and I was left with 3G. Just a better choice of network.Difference in price too for the same plan

    @ThreeUKSupport having major issues with network data connection in the Holmewood S42 area. Been having these issues for the past two weeks. You are denying there is an issue but there clearly is!! Around 15 other homes have also been experiencing the same issue. Disgusting.
