@ThreeUK worst customer service ever ppl!!! They make you pay when you just want your sim card back! Noone ever helps you and they keep trying to sell you products even when you say you don’t want it. Then charge you unethically just to get your sim card back!!!! Never recommend!

@ThreeUK I am really upset. Been a customer for over 10 years got 4 contracts with you never had bad customer service in the whole time I've been with you until today. Now thinking of leaving.

  • pgj99 Paul Johnson (@pgj99) reported

@ThreeUK do you have any plans to support the #pixelwatch. Apparently only ee and Vodafone currently support it. Currently with three I cannot share my sim with the watch.

@ThreeUK Too much Network issue …. Barely get reception sometimes

  • terrygparrott TGP (@terrygparrott) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I tried that earlier. Live Chat doesn't work - no operator's available. You never reply to emails, and you don't answer the phone. And why am I paying £11.93 a month for your shite service when you're now offering it for £10???

  • El_Jefe_Samaita Tazziz (@El_Jefe_Samaita) reported

@ThreeUK 16hrs later no reply to the DMs you said I should send. I guess horrible customer service is part of 3. Been a loyal customer for over 10yrs with 2 contracts and I'm not renewing my account in February absolutely disgusted by your appalling customer service 😤😤😤😡😡😡
