    @Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @ThreeUKSupport Resolver case is still open it seems, but they keep saying they are closing email support. I’ve had no reply to my latest message to them for about a week now and then got that text I shared here. #noideawhatsgoingon

    I swear, is @ThreeUK, ever going to sort out their internet. They always said their internet was second to none. It’s so awful in so many parts of London, especially in North East and I live on the top floor. It has been for many years. Time to go back to @EE. #ThreeFail

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve done that on previous occasions and still no better so I’m not sure what they can do to fix the issues? Last time I tried they sent me a new SIM and it’s no better

    @ThreeUKSupport Could you tell me which option id need to choose to get through to someone? Anything that seems relevant to me just leads to me being given a text message with a link to the website which is currently down

    @ThreeUKSupport Phew, had visions of hermes forcing it through the letter box or throwing it over the fence!! Serious question though, what provisions are in place for hard of hearing customers to get through to customer support?
