@ThreeUKSupport need a resolution to a problem which I believe is down to you!!! I have 2 contracts with you and 2 current and active direct debits with my bank, one contract hasn’t been charged/debited for almost 6 months and I’m now being harassed by a debt recovery agency.

  • Chris14817

@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

  • the_nikip
Nicola (@the_nikip) reported from Exeter District, England

@ThreeUK what terrible customer service! As if people who have lost loved ones in a tragic situation haven’t got enough to deal with! You should be ashamed.

  • deepestdevon
Dan (@deepestdevon) reported from Ottery St. Mary, England

@ThreeUK hi folks what’s the deal with having to re-register every single time I go to check my account on either the app or website? It’s getting ridiculous. The app used to be fine but since the updates it’s just putting me off the entire network - not user friendly

  • DavidJMillward
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Exeter District, England

@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @ThreeUKSupport Resolver case is still open it seems, but they keep saying they are closing email support. I’ve had no reply to my latest message to them for about a week now and then got that text I shared here. #noideawhatsgoingon

  • ashisnemo
Ashley Jones (@ashisnemo) reported from Countess Wear, England

@mcarhartharris @ThreeUK Have a pair of Anker headphones for running from amazon. Worked first time, relatively cheap and the sound quality is great for the price. Worth a try if the @beatsbydre carry on being a let down.

  • dannybwhittle
Danny Whittle  (@dannybwhittle) reported from Exeter District, England

@Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off
