@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @ThreeUKSupport Resolver case is still open it seems, but they keep saying they are closing email support. I’ve had no reply to my latest message to them for about a week now and then got that text I shared here. #noideawhatsgoingon

  • dannybwhittle Danny Whittle  (@dannybwhittle) reported from Exeter District, England

@Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

  • GaryDolling108 Gary Dolling (@GaryDolling108) reported from Cullompton, England

    @ThreeUK is down again!

  • GaryDolling108 Gary Dolling (@GaryDolling108) reported from Cullompton, England

Still no signal around the EX15 post code @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK sort it out!

  • Chris14817 Chris w (@Chris14817) reported from Exeter District, England

@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

  • ashisnemo Ashley Jones (@ashisnemo) reported from Countess Wear, England

@mcarhartharris @ThreeUK Have a pair of Anker headphones for running from amazon. Worked first time, relatively cheap and the sound quality is great for the price. Worth a try if the @beatsbydre carry on being a let down.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • flaminglaura Laura Humphreys (@flaminglaura) reported

@ThreeUKSupport It's come through now but still without the purchase date. I was on with Samsung for 2 hours before they finally approved the claim. Your letter has: start date which they were rejecting. Maybe this needs to be looked at in case others encounter the same issue

  • luketaylor152 Luke Taylor (@luketaylor152) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The issue is the 'clunky' way that business owners have to talk to Three Business with no online portal or visibility of phone usage. In over 4 years I have had a Three Sim with 5Gb of data, never exceeded the data limit, then last week i did...

  • andrewjsimmonds Andrew (@andrewjsimmonds) reported

@ThreeUK your signal in Brighton is really terrible! I can only get more than a bar if I’m literally in the city centre. What gives?!

  • koorsk Steve (@koorsk) reported

@ThreeUK the worst network in London. I have been with you for 2 years, never can connect my network or data. Thought it was because of phone so I upgraded it to the I13 and still same constant issues. You tricked me to renew on Sep21,2021. I want to cancel at no full year fees!

  • BethanyAllstars Beth Fouracre (@BethanyAllstars) reported

@ThreeUKSupport my phone has not been able to access the internet for over 2 hours. Is there an issue with the network at the moment?

  • araheemag75 Abdur Raheem (@araheemag75) reported

@ThreeUKSupport i’m having some problems with my new sim. Firstly, it takes about a minute for my phone to read the sim but it doesn’t on others. Secondly i am not getting any mobile data even though it says i have data on the three app. I have already reset the network settings.

  • lisadenz LJDenz 💙 (@lisadenz) reported

Absolutely fed up with the signal in BS13 on @ThreeUK ,for a year my phone signal has been awful, today I've been unable to ring my childs college and an urgent dentist appt...£30+ a month & 3 other contracts with Three for this 🙄 and I've upgraded my phone with you too. 😡

  • picklespick Tracy Pick ⚫️⚪️🇦🇺 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 💙 (@picklespick) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

@ThreeUK is there network issues HU8 & HU9 broadband and phone

  • Ry4ncj Ry (@Ry4ncj) reported

@ThreeUK wtf is going on with your signal recently? Always dropping on 4g better off using 3G or you just trying to get people to come 5G so 4g is now ****?

  • theconvernation Con (@theconvernation) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I am never done resetting the router, which is bad enough. In the trial period I was getting 200mb+, now it’s 1… 1!
