@ThreeUKSupport All you did was fob me and others off. No solutions offered until I tried to cancel early. I was lied to and then the lies were denied. My complaint stands! @Three_Is_Broken #dontmakemelaugh #youdontcare

@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @ThreeUKSupport Resolver case is still open it seems, but they keep saying they are closing email support. I’ve had no reply to my latest message to them for about a week now and then got that text I shared here. #noideawhatsgoingon

@ThreeUKSupport The issue is with #hauwei 311s-220 4G #HomeFi unit supplied by @ThreeUK. Read previous tweets & you’ll see I was told by your phone tech support person that this is a known HUAWEI software issue. All I want to know is have you fixed it or am I just seeing speed fluctuations.

@ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ, EX7 0SR. I already gave this here, also reported via support form on three website and also to @ThreeUKSupport phone support. Never got a reply or update from website form as it only has the option to update via text! No good if I don’t have a @ThreeUK mobile is it.

@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @Huawei_Europe @Huawei @ThreeUK I don’t believe it is the HUAWEI Router and switching to 3G was no better for me. I tried that ages ago (no thanks to @ThreeUKSupport ) who only suggested that ‘fix’ during my call to cancel.

@Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

@mcarhartharris @ThreeUK Have a pair of Anker headphones for running from amazon. Worked first time, relatively cheap and the sound quality is great for the price. Worth a try if the @beatsbydre carry on being a let down.

@ThreeUKSupport Think it’s pretty clear if you read any of my tweets what the problem is. Not wasting any more of my time talking to you via chat or phone. All I want is an answer to my latest Resolver message or clarification that my case is still open. @Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu

@ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ is nearest. 4G signal itself is strong, HomeFi WiFi download speed is the issue. I did not speak to Hauwei support, I spoke to Three support. It was Three support told me about the known software issue, but could not say when it would be fixed.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I’m in the midst of a complaint via Resolver. Only had one coherent reply, the rest are incomplete auto replies or confusing. Can’t log in to MyThree. It says my password is wrong but only option to change is via text to my now not working sim number.

@ThreeUKSupport I was not told of any issue prior to calling Three technical support yesterday to complain. As soon as I said I had a HUAWEI HomeFi router, he said “I know exactly what the problem is. All those routers have corrupted software, we are waiting for a fix but don’t know when”.

@ThreeUKSupport I thought that might be the case as the upload speeds on 4g are ok but as downloads have been slow for at least a couple of YEARS is there ever likely to be a solution? or am I just best sticking with 3g until 5g reaches and then 4g should become less congested.

@ThreeUK you have sent me a faulty device. I cannot contact you as the buttons do not work to select the correct department, I've had the phone less than a week. Please arrange for someone to contact me ASAP before I cancel my contract and move back to O2. This is ridiculous
