Ashley Jones (@ashisnemo) reported from Countess Wear, England@mcarhartharris @ThreeUK Have a pair of Anker headphones for running from amazon. Worked first time, relatively cheap and the sound quality is great for the price. Worth a try if the @beatsbydre carry on being a let down.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport I was not told of any issue prior to calling Three technical support yesterday to complain. As soon as I said I had a HUAWEI HomeFi router, he said “I know exactly what the problem is. All those routers have corrupted software, we are waiting for a fix but don’t know when”.

-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ is nearest. 4G signal itself is strong, HomeFi WiFi download speed is the issue. I did not speak to Hauwei support, I spoke to Three support. It was Three support told me about the known software issue, but could not say when it would be fixed.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes I’m in the midst of a complaint via Resolver. Only had one coherent reply, the rest are incomplete auto replies or confusing. Can’t log in to MyThree. It says my password is wrong but only option to change is via text to my now not working sim number.
-
Chris w (@Chris14817) reported from Exeter District, England@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUK @Hauwei HomeFi virtually unuseable for weeks. Tech Support say known software issue. No known date for fix. Not happy. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency. #threehomefi #rubbishinternet #pleasefixit
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@TTSShumba @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE @iansteele I’ll let you all know in the next day or two. @ThreeUK deadline for fix is this week. In the meantime, @EE have been super helpful.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @Huawei_Europe @Huawei @ThreeUK I don’t believe it is the HUAWEI Router and switching to 3G was no better for me. I tried that ages ago (no thanks to @ThreeUKSupport ) who only suggested that ‘fix’ during my call to cancel.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@Three_Is_Broken Just been on the phone again to @ThreeUKSupport for ages. They’re blaming Hauwei still. Hauwei 311s Mobile Broadband Router Software fix promised by 18th July. We shall see. #notholdingmybreath #lastchanceforThreeUK
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Exeter District, England@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @ThreeUKSupport Resolver case is still open it seems, but they keep saying they are closing email support. I’ve had no reply to my latest message to them for about a week now and then got that text I shared here. #noideawhatsgoingon
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@Teshiburu @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE @HuaweiMobileUK Thank you. Yes, that’s the same as mine. I just emailed @HuaweiUK support to see if there is an update and if so how to get it and install.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ, EX7 0SR. I already gave this here, also reported via support form on three website and also to @ThreeUKSupport phone support. Never got a reply or update from website form as it only has the option to update via text! No good if I don’t have a @ThreeUK mobile is it.
-
Danny Whittle (@dannybwhittle) reported from Exeter District, England@Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport Think it’s pretty clear if you read any of my tweets what the problem is. Not wasting any more of my time talking to you via chat or phone. All I want is an answer to my latest Resolver message or clarification that my case is still open. @Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu
-
Nick Ekste (@ekste) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport Hi, don’t think the postcode is needed as the issue occurs everywhere. Phone is an iPhone 11.
-
Dan (@deepestdevon) reported from Ottery St. Mary, England@ThreeUK hi folks what’s the deal with having to re-register every single time I go to check my account on either the app or website? It’s getting ridiculous. The app used to be fine but since the updates it’s just putting me off the entire network - not user friendly
-
