    @ThreeUKSupport The issue is with #hauwei 311s-220 4G #HomeFi unit supplied by @ThreeUK. Read previous tweets & you’ll see I was told by your phone tech support person that this is a known HUAWEI software issue. All I want to know is have you fixed it or am I just seeing speed fluctuations.

    @ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ, EX7 0SR. I already gave this here, also reported via support form on three website and also to @ThreeUKSupport phone support. Never got a reply or update from website form as it only has the option to update via text! No good if I don’t have a @ThreeUK mobile is it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was not told of any issue prior to calling Three technical support yesterday to complain. As soon as I said I had a HUAWEI HomeFi router, he said “I know exactly what the problem is. All those routers have corrupted software, we are waiting for a fix but don’t know when”.

    @ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ is nearest. 4G signal itself is strong, HomeFi WiFi download speed is the issue. I did not speak to Hauwei support, I spoke to Three support. It was Three support told me about the known software issue, but could not say when it would be fixed.

    @ThreeUK @Hauwei HomeFi virtually unuseable for weeks. Tech Support say known software issue. No known date for fix. Not happy. Please sort this out as a matter of urgency. #threehomefi #rubbishinternet #pleasefixit

    I was already on a pretty good deal with @ThreeUK (£20 a month for unlimited minutes & texts and 100 GB data) but I've just upgraded on their "Black Friday" deal (ugh, sorry, hate the concept) to unlimited data too, still for just £20 a month! Not bad 😀 cheers @ThreeUKSupport

    @Brimau16 @EE @ThreeUK The costs I’ve have with three have been good plus good customer service etc. But the do charge to get out a contract like other companies

    @ThreeUKSupport Slightly. However, like I said, when it is somewhere like a festival etc I cant even call or text. I understand it’s congested but I have friends with o2 and EE who have no issues

    Wow, for the past two days that I’ve been away from home, @ThreeUK has given me the WORST signal EVER! I’m only getting 3G! What am I paying almost £50 a month for! Think it’s time I changed networks.

    @ThreeUKSupport The postcode is for download festival. DE74 2RP. Phone is an iPhone 8S. All of my non-3 friends haven’t had an issue all weekend. Anyone on 3 I know have been in the same boat. Signal but no service.

    @iD_Mobile_UK I'd say around 2 months (approx) as I say it's on & off. I can't pinpoint it to a specific time of day or no. Either. I was a previous @ThreeUK customer thought it may of been them but obvs not. Some calls dont even hear ringing just answer and then disconnected.

    @ThreeUKSupport I always use 3G as the 4G is shocking. It’s not even just the internet that’s bad, I can’t even call or text in some areas
