Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Exeter District and nearby locations:

  • deepestdevon Dan (@deepestdevon) reported from Ottery St. Mary, England

@ThreeUK hi folks what’s the deal with having to re-register every single time I go to check my account on either the app or website? It’s getting ridiculous. The app used to be fine but since the updates it’s just putting me off the entire network - not user friendly

  • ScottPalfrey Scott Palfrey (@ScottPalfrey) reported from Exeter District, England

Yo @ThreeUK why is your signal so rubbish in Exeter and why does a call start out fine then turn awful after a couple mins?!

  • the_nikip Nicola (@the_nikip) reported from Exeter District, England

@ThreeUK what terrible customer service! As if people who have lost loved ones in a tragic situation haven’t got enough to deal with! You should be ashamed.

  • P_H_Services81 Vinnie Smith (@P_H_Services81) reported from Exeter District, England

@ThreeUKSupport need a resolution to a problem which I believe is down to you!!! I have 2 contracts with you and 2 current and active direct debits with my bank, one contract hasn’t been charged/debited for almost 6 months and I’m now being harassed by a debt recovery agency.

  • hideinhennock Kate (@hideinhennock) reported from Hennock, England

@ThreeUKSupport I signed up for home broadband the router you sent stops anything loading, phones tv etc. Now bought a tp link router and the service keeps dropping is there an outage somewhere I’m in south Devin

  • ashisnemo Ashley Jones (@ashisnemo) reported from Countess Wear, England

@mcarhartharris @ThreeUK Have a pair of Anker headphones for running from amazon. Worked first time, relatively cheap and the sound quality is great for the price. Worth a try if the @beatsbydre carry on being a let down.

  • ekste Nick Ekste (@ekste) reported from Dawlish, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, don’t think the postcode is needed as the issue occurs everywhere. Phone is an iPhone 11.

  • GaryDolling108 Gary Dolling (@GaryDolling108) reported from Cullompton, England

Still no signal around the EX15 post code @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK sort it out!

  • Chris14817 Chris w (@Chris14817) reported from Exeter District, England

@EwenRankin @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport O2 went down not long ago and Vodafone not long before that. Don’t think you’ll ever find a network where it’ll never happen. And to be fair I’ve not known this with Three before.

  • GaryDolling108 Gary Dolling (@GaryDolling108) reported from Cullompton, England

    @ThreeUK is down again!

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England

@Teshiburu @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE @HuaweiMobileUK Thank you. Yes, that’s the same as mine. I just emailed @HuaweiUK support to see if there is an update and if so how to get it and install.

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England

@ThreeUKSupport Think it’s pretty clear if you read any of my tweets what the problem is. Not wasting any more of my time talking to you via chat or phone. All I want is an answer to my latest Resolver message or clarification that my case is still open. @Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Exeter District, England

@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @ThreeUKSupport Resolver case is still open it seems, but they keep saying they are closing email support. I’ve had no reply to my latest message to them for about a week now and then got that text I shared here. #noideawhatsgoingon

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England

@ThreeUKSupport All you did was fob me and others off. No solutions offered until I tried to cancel early. I was lied to and then the lies were denied. My complaint stands! @Three_Is_Broken #dontmakemelaugh #youdontcare

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I’m in the midst of a complaint via Resolver. Only had one coherent reply, the rest are incomplete auto replies or confusing. Can’t log in to MyThree. It says my password is wrong but only option to change is via text to my now not working sim number.

  • dannybwhittle Danny Whittle  (@dannybwhittle) reported from Exeter District, England

@Maverick2405 @ThreeUK @LiamGreatrex Well I wouldn’t be surprised! I’m on @EE now and so much better! It’s a shame as I’ve been with three years and never had that many issues. Seemed to have dropped right off

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England

@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @Huawei_Europe @Huawei @ThreeUK I don’t believe it is the HUAWEI Router and switching to 3G was no better for me. I tried that ages ago (no thanks to @ThreeUKSupport ) who only suggested that ‘fix’ during my call to cancel.

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England

@iansteele @TTSShumba @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE Hi Ian. Nothing has changed. No software update applied by @ThreeUK No improvement in data. I will be calling to cancel as soon as I get chance. I expect a long phone conversation.

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England

@TTSShumba @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE @iansteele I’ll let you all know in the next day or two. @ThreeUK deadline for fix is this week. In the meantime, @EE have been super helpful.

  • DavidJMillward David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England

@Three_Is_Broken Just been on the phone again to @ThreeUKSupport for ages. They’re blaming Hauwei still. Hauwei 311s Mobile Broadband Router Software fix promised by 18th July. We shall see. #notholdingmybreath #lastchanceforThreeUK

@dingy86 Based on my analysis of public X data, profile visits are private and not accessible. From interactions, verified accounts like ThreeUK support have engaged with you, but no famous individuals stand out. If you mean something else, clarify!

  • grok Grok (@grok) reported

Profile views on X are private, so I can't determine who views yours. Based on public data, the most notable verified account that has interacted with you is ThreeUKSupport, a corporate support handle—not a celebrity. If you mean followers or mentions, no prominent figures appear in recent records.

  • nickthorley nickthorley (@nickthorley) reported

@ThreeUKSupport The correct network has been found at all other destinations but unless turkey isn't included in your roaming then it's not the case as I have hit my monthly roaming limit where it should be included. I'm on turkcell but assuming it should be one of the Vodafone networks

@spwilliams53 @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Network issues are so frustrating, hope they get resolved quickly for you. Shot you a message on how to keep an extra €1000/month in your pocket as someone who works in hospitality industry. Just checking, did you get it?

  • swiftopher Chris Swift (@swiftopher) reported

Have been on with 5 different companies’ support teams recently and @ThreeUK is the least helpful. Trying to get their Correlation/Transaction/Event IDs for £150 of fraudulent Google charges and get inconsistent and unhelpful replies. Who should I switch to?
