David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport All you did was fob me and others off. No solutions offered until I tried to cancel early. I was lied to and then the lies were denied. My complaint stands! @Three_Is_Broken #dontmakemelaugh #youdontcare
-
Dan (@deepestdevon) reported from Ottery St. Mary, England@ThreeUK hi folks what’s the deal with having to re-register every single time I go to check my account on either the app or website? It’s getting ridiculous. The app used to be fine but since the updates it’s just putting me off the entire network - not user friendly
-
Nicola (@the_nikip) reported from Exeter District, England@ThreeUK what terrible customer service! As if people who have lost loved ones in a tragic situation haven’t got enough to deal with! You should be ashamed.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport OK thank you. It’s not just me having this bad experience is it, so I really hope you can get this fixed quickly. I’d prefer not to have to switch to #4GEE Mobile WiFi but #timewilltell #threehomefi #notcurrentlyfitforpurpose @iansteele @TTSShumba @ThreeUK @EE
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@iansteele @TTSShumba @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @EE Hi Ian. Nothing has changed. No software update applied by @ThreeUK No improvement in data. I will be calling to cancel as soon as I get chance. I expect a long phone conversation.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport Yes I’m in the midst of a complaint via Resolver. Only had one coherent reply, the rest are incomplete auto replies or confusing. Can’t log in to MyThree. It says my password is wrong but only option to change is via text to my now not working sim number.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ is nearest. 4G signal itself is strong, HomeFi WiFi download speed is the issue. I did not speak to Hauwei support, I spoke to Three support. It was Three support told me about the known software issue, but could not say when it would be fixed.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport The issue is with #hauwei 311s-220 4G #HomeFi unit supplied by @ThreeUK. Read previous tweets & you’ll see I was told by your phone tech support person that this is a known HUAWEI software issue. All I want to know is have you fixed it or am I just seeing speed fluctuations.
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport EX7 0PQ, EX7 0SR. I already gave this here, also reported via support form on three website and also to @ThreeUKSupport phone support. Never got a reply or update from website form as it only has the option to update via text! No good if I don’t have a @ThreeUK mobile is it.

David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@ThreeUKSupport Think it’s pretty clear if you read any of my tweets what the problem is. Not wasting any more of my time talking to you via chat or phone. All I want is an answer to my latest Resolver message or clarification that my case is still open. @Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu
-
David Millward (@DavidJMillward) reported from Dawlish, England@Three_Is_Broken @Teshiburu @Huawei_Europe @Huawei @ThreeUK I don’t believe it is the HUAWEI Router and switching to 3G was no better for me. I tried that ages ago (no thanks to @ThreeUKSupport ) who only suggested that ‘fix’ during my call to cancel.
-
Ashley Jones (@ashisnemo) reported from Countess Wear, England@mcarhartharris @ThreeUK Have a pair of Anker headphones for running from amazon. Worked first time, relatively cheap and the sound quality is great for the price. Worth a try if the @beatsbydre carry on being a let down.
-

-
Alisha (@Alishaa_Ali) reported@ThreeUKSupport Please help.i returned 2 tablets using Three’s prepaid return packaging around April 2025. -
MarkMark250 (@MarkMark250) reported@threeuk Why do your customer service agents feel the need to lie on your help chat, then instead of helping try to trick me into a 24 month contract?
-
Chris (@Brutha_bear74) reported@ThreeUK how do I make a complaint, your 3+ is, again, not letting me in or allowing me to change the password
-
Richard Adams (@richardwadams) reported@paullewismoney It should be as easy to cancel as it is to sign up. My best example was @ThreeUKSupport. I had to print out a form and post it to them. A telecommunications company. It beggared belief. They of course denied ever receiving it.
-
ThEUnReaLWuN (@ThEUnReaLWuN) reportedAfter being a loyal customer for nearly 8 years time to cancel my @ThreeUK contact. Pay for TRULY unlimited mobile data then pay EXTRA to #GoRoam as you need data the most on holiday but you only get 12gb!! Absolute joke, it lasted 1 day!!
-
Mike Wood (@mikewooduk) reported@VodafoneUK @ThreeUK So 3 customer popped into Vodafone as your store closure notes you can find 3 at Vodafone. Unable to upgrade, cancel or discuss accounts. Mark Finch (@markpfinch) reported@ThreeUKSupport shocking charge me £12 for 7 day European pass. Block it after 1 day for fair usage policy. Rude on support and tell me I have to wait to buy another pass as this one is active for 7 days. Leave me unable to use my phone for navigation in Europe! Scam!
