I've spoken to two members of your complaints team who assured it would be with me within a couple of days and I still haven't got it

I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

I’m the only person who every 24hours has to piss about renewing a data bastard passport 😡😡 it’s not a problem paying £5 per day , but why can’t I just pay £70 for 14days?

It was specifically to be picked up at store. I have made an initial payment on 23/10 and a month forward still no phone. This is shocking.
