    @ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @C_GHuband @ThreeUK I've experienced that before after an update.. Turning power off and restarting it solved the problem for me, try that.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sana yes I tried that one first, then three others just in case it was an issue using the same email with 2 different numbers but made no difference.

    @LeeLogan_ @ThreeUKSupport We’re the same, home broadband via three sim when down about an hour ago. My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport Not really a solution, i would be just starting another chat with the india based customer call centre and they are mostly useless as they dont have to tools to help. Can you tweet a UK number

    PSA: When you cancel a number with @ThreeUK and they offer you a PAC code incase you want to retain the number — DO NOT TAKE IT (unless you want the number). If you don't use the PAC code, they won't cancel your account and they'll happily continue charging you. Fraudsters.

    @ThreeUKSupport Phone stolen abroad, need proof of usage and sim/phone block for insurance, but 3 customer services India cannot help with this info as thier system has been down for days..and im not allowed to call a UK based team (the department who sends this info to me)

    @ThreeUKSupport And why was not told about this then. Had I been told about this clause, I would have never opted for 3 Mobile. This is nothing but a fraud. I’ve had mobile contracts with different companies and still do with Virgin. No one has this fraudulent clause.

    Dear @3MobilesShop, @ThreeUKSupport, I took 24-months contract for my two children in October for fixed monthly rent. You've started committing fraud by quietly increasing monthly rent for last three months. This is fraud. Fix this before I approach ombudsman #FraudThreeMobile

    @ThreeUKSupport Any update on this please? Heard nothing from customer services so far. I shouldn’t have to wait until 13th July for my billing cycle to update just for my Apple Watch Plan to activate.
