I've spoken to two members of your complaints team who assured it would be with me within a couple of days and I still haven't got it

My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

I can't make or receive a call downstairs anymore after the work on the mast here that took a literal year.
