Chris Harvey (@ChristopherHarv) reported from Kirkton of Auchterhouse, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..
-
Grant (@Superexo) reported from Dundee, Scotland@ThreeUKSupport It was closed without an actual resolution. I've been asking for my proof of purchase to be emailed to me. -

-

My phone is a three sim the wife’s is another provider and both are fine. I gave up calling after being on hold for 30min. It’s gonna be a long day without internet for the kids!!!

-
David McKean (@keanie14) reportedYour solution is to send me a link to a chat which won’t open. Any chance someone can just call me to sort this?! @threeuk
-
Back in Time West London (@OldLondonW14) reportedAnyone know which mobile provider has better coverage in W14 area of London. I’ve been advised by @ThreeUK it’s best to cancel account as they’re struggling to provide adequate 4g let alone 5g.
-
Rob Hallam (@robj3d3) reported@helloitsolly @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK Exactly what I was doing, and apparently that was the problem?
-
fox (@FoxRunTime) reportedstill better service quality than @threeuk
-
Neddy (@NeddyOrNot) reportedIt should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?
-
Jeremy Goff #RejoinEU #FBPE #PRT (@Jerry83560) reportedTried to help a friend modify his @ThreeUK tariff, found the >£290 one-off exit fee outrageous. He's happy to stay, just wanted to modify. Guess what he'll do when contract ends?
-
Thiccschach (@BlindWanda) reportedAnybody else got problems with their Three home broadband right now?? @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK how about some action on your end telling customers the network has problems.
-
Deb Hiton (@DebHiton) reported@ThreeUK Please explain how, when I’ve dropped off a device with DPD but they can’t find it, I can still be responsible for the device and subsequent non-return fee of £350? I’ve raised a query with your customer service team but communication from them is abysmal!
-
Kira (@_itzkira) reportedYo @ThreeUK please go sort your 5G out, it's down in parts of NG17 and is stuck on 4G - meanwhile your website states "Our systems haven't reported any network problems" And no, it's not because of my location, I use 5G in my house every day, it's cheaper than any ISP...
-
Jon ✨💫 (@jle2386) reported@robj3d3 @MatthewFoxAF @ThreeUK You need to leave it active. Next time buy a cheap phone (not smart phone) plug it in and leave it activate. All networks do this it's not new. Since you didn't have it in s phone the network didn't pick up a signal so it automatically thinks its inactive.
