@flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

@ThreeUKSupport It was confirmed at the time of verbally agreeing the contract. Your complaints team have the issue now. If it's not resolved you can have this phone back and I'll go with a different company.

@ThreeUK Ive just had to put the phone down after 10 minuts listening to terms and conditions because I needed to do a school pickup - this was after 20 mins to start with ! And apparently I need to wait for anothr phone call with more questions 🙈

@ThreeUKSupport It’s not good, especially when it comes at a cost of nearly £400 to the charity when this could easily be resolved. In store team tells you one thing. Phone support tells you I’ve been misinformed and that there’s nothing they can do to help. Great 😒

@ThreeUK hey three, currently in the US of A. You kindly charge me for daily usage abroad but fail to actually make it usable. Your support got me to reset every network setting “which will fix your issue”. Nothing fixed 6 support staff later.
