    @ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with the Dundee City Centre can’t get any signal at all in the town centre, has been like this for a few days

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have now spoke to over five people from three who have not helped. The customer service is appalling.

    Horrible experience with @ThreeUK. My contract with them ended n I switched to a different plan on a new number as the old no. was closed. Apparently they still kept generating bills n I had to make the payment n cancel the plan manually! Didn't expect from three @ThreeUKSupport

    I’ve had enough of @3mifi @ThreeUK twenty years I’ve been with them and it’s awful. Hasn’t worked properly for months.

    @BVickers25 @ThreeUKSupport I have the same problem. Have you tried changing your mobile network to 2g 3g when making calls? I then change it back to 5g if using the mobile data.

    @ThreeUK Service at the minute is awful, and has been for weeks. Service checker says you’re aware of issues, but it never seems to get resolved. What’s the point in having unlimited data if I can never access it?!

    @ThreeUK hi team. If I buy a 4g router subscription and get poor speed can I cancel within 14 days? Your coverage checker suggests a good service but I don’t want to commit if it’s not going to work at my house. Thanks.

    @ThreeUKSupport when are we getting 4g let alone 5g in the ld2 area rural midwales we are still on 3G that’s again my argument is I’m paying the same as everyone else and not getting the full service as everyone else
