    @ThreeUKSupport is there an issue with the Dundee City Centre can’t get any signal at all in the town centre, has been like this for a few days

    @flargh @jackbrewster I know this doesn’t help you IN THE SLIGHTEST, but just to note, fwiw, that in the UK we see stonking deals on SE still. We got @stitchbitch an SE for £18 up-front and £18/month on @ThreeUK a few months back.

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been on live chat several times today and your advisers keep ending my chat. I am having signal problems in DD1, DD2 and DD3 dundee areas. Have to keep turning my phone off and on again to do anything, can you please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport 3g is solid 3 bars on the router but as you can see the speeds are poor as there is so much contention. If I go the other side of a hill I get brilliant 4g on the next mast down the A90..

    @ThreeUKSupport I made complaint earlier x2 ( for both of my phones ) told them no I do not agree to close the complaint , but have received emails saying thanks for closing the complaints Not acceptable , will be going ombudsman

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, I have an outdoor hub and eero and the eero keeps going red. My phone on 5G is working fine getting 300mbps in the same spot. Is there a problem with the broadband? Switched it off and on again and it happened again no more than 10 minutes later. Many thanks

    Hey @ThreeUK I’m getting quite a lot of calls from 3 asking if I’m satisfied and to discuss offers! I’m not at @ThreeUK customer anymore and I’ve asked not to be called. Can you sort this or do I need to discuss with your regulator?

    @soongkma @ThreeUK @EE Yh I’m also having the same problem not receiving or being able to call, not even showing in history. Is it even possible to switch mid contract if there’s this much problems
