@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

Hey @threeuk we left UK about a month ago and trying to leave Three as well (no need for a UK number in New Zealand). I’ve just been charged for the upcoming month via Direct Debit. I was hoping there is a way to just close my account. STAC and PAC stuff is confusing. Any help?

@ThreeUKSupport I am just fed up going through data protection by several people in one call excluding the recorded vocals. Had to put the phone down when the 4th agent went trough it again. It's ANNOYING. RIDICULOUS!!!
