    @ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    @ThreeUKSupport I emailed them days ago and had no reply. Called today and was told despite what the promotion said they will not take my Huawei P30 Pro (despite me getting it from Three. I have cancelled my upgrade and will cancel all 3 of my Three contracts. I feel conned and disappointed

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi! I’ve had to upgrade my sim only plan this month to unlimited data due to our router being down at home. Am I right in saying that I can use my phone as a wifi hotspot with the unlimited data and there are no caps or extra charges?

    @ThreeUKSupport There is no outstanding payment and I have explained this, and it is not disputed, so many times. I have had a call today as usual, and I am so disappointed with the poor customer service Three has. What can I do? I am just not being listened to. 😡

    @virginmedia Oh look, my services are down again for the 8th time in 9 days. outage seems to be scheduled (times are the same). Why no advanced notice if it is scheduled? How can I work from home with this rubbish service? at least @ThreeUK have me covered with WiFi tethering

    Hey @virginmedia any idea why I get more stable upstream to Twitch over a @ThreeUK LTE connection than your M350 connection? Issues between you and Twitch's entire server set? Fault on my connection? I'd contact your support, but they're shut, and there's no e-mail form...
