@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@chelseajade7426 Sounds good, @ThreeUK are no longer using o2's signal like they did a decade back so doesn't help me with them but does help with o2

@ThreeUKSupport how do I get support to gain my phone number bought a preloaded 6gb sim but it is for my car not a phone downloaded the app to top it up but need number to register and to call the helpline you need the phone number

@ThreeUKSupport My sim is in slot 1 and it’s registered as present on the phone. It still shows as emergency calls. I have the correct App which still requires a number to register.

Wow. @ThreeUK must have some of the worst coverage and connectivity I’ve ever experienced. Slower than a sloth. “How?” you ask yourself in an apparent first-world country. Useless. Even South Africa has better connectivity.

@virginmedia broadband playing up again, says I’m connected but get nothing, having to use my poor indoor @ThreeUKSupport 1 bar 4g just to try and do anything !!
