    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    @ThreeUKSupport I have been a Three customer for 9 days and have spent 8 hours on customer chats with them so far but my connection still doesn’t work. Is there anyone in this organisation that can take responsibility to ensure my connection issue is fixed?

    @ThreeUKSupport you told me our Phone Signal / WIFI would be fixed on the 28th April, then in 7 days - 21 days later it is still not fixed, despite you texting me to say you’ve solved the problem!! What is going on? This is appalling! 😡

    @ThreeUK Hey! Please can you ask @threeuksupport to support me? After 9 days with Three and 8 hours being passed around customer support i still have no connection to the network! Sorry if this is too much trouble :)

    @ThreeUK If you really want to have worst network experience then use Three mobile network,,,,,Even on populated areas you’ll not get sufficient signals ,,,pathetic signals and waste of money

    @ThreeUKSupport Good morning. I was wondering if you could help me: I have 5G for the Home and over the last weeks it has been unstable. Since last Friday, the Internet connection has been too slow! I tried contacting the chat service but it doesn’t support Home Broadband.
