    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    @ThreeUKSupport Since porting my number to EE on 16 February, Three has taken a monthly direct debit from me in March and again in April. I would like to raise a complaint about this, get the Three account closed and the money you’ve taken refunded.

    @ThreeUK I give up! I have spoken to 3 of your support staff over chat and one in person every day since Friday to try and get my roaming activated. I was told to trust you this morning that this was sorted and over 4 hours later my roaming is still disabled! Appalling!
