    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    1) @ThreeUKSupport Any idea why my 4G wifi speeds have gone from 1.5-3.0MB/s stable down to constantly jumping between 100KB/s-1MB/s with no consistency. can't even watch youtube and use my phone without it buffering, let alone download games onto my new pc.

    Just had an issue and I needed to speak to someone urgently from @ThreeUK and the customer service and speed and communication was awful. The guy I spoke to sounded like he was in his car being an Uber driver.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s hard to say, depends on location of my phone really. Always a 4G signal though with good strength. This is what is puzzling me about you not offering me home broadband. I seem to fit the bill, but your data must tell you otherwise.
