    @ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

    I’ve spent hours and hours in communication with Three, using their slow and inefficient live chat function (phone communication isn’t currently available for this issue apparently) to no avail. Just for them to send me a new SIM card. @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve contacted support multiple times about the free 200mb data sim you sent me failing to set up properly. I was promised it was fixed. A month later, still not - zero data showing on account. Please can someone fix it.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve gone through live chat countless times. I’m struggling to understand why this would bring a different outcome this time. Can I at least be put directly in touch with the complaints team who already know about this issue, rather than re-explain this again to a new operator?

    After the fraudster took over my phone number, they used it to reset the passport on my email account and others. Getting my number back is the only way to get my accounts and all data in them. @ThreeUK understood the issue and promised to help. Two months later, still nothing.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. I am reluctant to ring in again so that I can be passed from pillar to post again. This happened in November too on the same issue and I gave up then too. If someone is willing to chat and take ownership then I am happy to discuss.
