@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUK Really unhappy with customer service from Three. Trying to sort out the fact they sent me an extra phone and having to jump through hoops to sort it out and get it picked up. One of their advisors actually told me I could have denied recieving it 🤔

@ThreeUKSupport The new SIM came as an additional one to my primary SIM, without a device. My old phone is a 2016 SE, which I’m led to believe will no longer receive software support.
