@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUKSupport why is my voicemail saying I need to set it up in order to access my voicemails?? I’ve never had to set it up before… I don’t want to record my name or a message and we shouldn’t be forced to either! How do I get around this please?

@ThreeUK My phone is still dead. I have restarted it, reset network settings, removed and replaced the SIM. Works for data, not for calls or SMS. Awful service and awful communication from Three.
