@ThreeUKSupport received a text last week to say Network improvement work was going on in my postcode and would last 4 days, presume work is completed? Sad though my signal is still only 1 bar, no internet. Only part of my town that the signal is terrible, 4g everywhere else.

@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUK are disgusting, absolutely not flexible at all with the way they treat people. Close the complaint even when you’re not happy and don’t authorize it with the attitude of “well there’s no more we can do”.

@ThreeUKSupport I've given up trying to.login to the three app. It says I have an account but doesn't recognise password. I reset a new password and it won't let me verify the account. You make this so hard. I havent the time to waste on it. Vodafone was do much easier

@ThreeUKSupport Everything they suggested didn't work , I'm not able to make calls now , awaiting call back that I should have had 30 mins ago , but says emergency calls only on top of phone , I've managed to connect to kfc WiFi at the min

@KarenKts11 @ThreeUK I'm considering it. Don't know if I can be bothered. It's only a few pounds, but I hate companies that con their customers. The call centre guy said they don't issue refunds in case people have changed their bank account!
