@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUKSupport I have reported issues in CV32 6NQ a neighbouring street many times however I have recently moved to CV32 6NT and the signal is even worse! I have a signal booster at home, but as soon as I am outside this doesn’t work. There is a complete blackspot in half mile radius of my home

@ThreeUKSupport You'll then try to blame my side, fail to provide a valid explanation, and act like everything is fine. I have 4G with @VodafoneGroup and @EE also which are working perfectly. Three is always the problem network.

@O2 Can you give Ian a big thanks from me with his help cancelling my contract (don't worry, I'm not going far!) The process was so easy and he didn't pressure me to upgrade to a rubbish deal @VodafoneGroup + @ThreeUK should take notes from him!

@geek_country @ThreeUKSupport Worst network by far. It's not the device, user, hardware, location problem. It's the awful three network. I have contracts with Vodafone and EE who are perfect compared to Three @Three_Is_Broken

Do not take a contract with @ThreeUKSupport - without fail THE WORST customer service, over-priced, terrible quality, broken promises. Absolutely trainwreck of a company.
