@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

@ThreeUKSupport I’m 99% sure that the problem wasn’t fixed but I don’t want to speak to use the online contact service again.

@ThreeUK Bullshit @ThreeUK is awful. Their internet is slow and awful. Worst provider after @VodafoneGroup avoid them at all costs.

@ThreeUKSupport Aye there isn't much consistency at the moment, some moments it is higher/lower for download speeds. The upload not great when below 1, especially when I am on video calls for work and people on the receiving end are experiencing technical issues ie audio and video from me

@ThreeUKSupport Problem is, if it doesn’t (and I suspect it won’t) then I am looking at Tuesday before it does. Almost a week later. Not the most auspicious start with 3.

@oxfordteddy @ThreeUK I thought perhaps that Three would help 'legacy' customers, but seemingly not. We'll be in the US for 6 weeks next summer, & will have to do likewise, & pick up a local SIM. Like you've said before their USP will soon be no longer. Short sighted approach.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, of course. I have a 5G plan of 100 GB, and I have a 5G phone Samsung Flip 3. There was enough signal and I did a speed test. I'll be monitoring your network for next 12 months so I can decide whether to renew next year or not.
