When you cold call someone and they politely tell you they are not with 3 and to stop calling and delete their number, donโt just abruptly and ignorantly hang up โฆ.. just to call them back and harass them again a few days later.

Their support just reads a script saying your service will be fixed shortly. Thank goodness for @EE pay as you go WiFi hotpot.

Seems like deliberate contract frustration to enforce additional charges @Ofcom
