    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    Unbelievably poor service from @ThreeUKSupport today. Cannot wait to end my personal contract after being a loyal customer for 12yrs. Shouldn’t have to fix errors made by your own teams when the result means taking money from a charity when finances are already stretched!

    @ThreeUK your store in Plymouth had three service advisers who explained to my mother that her contract was over in Feb 2023 and fraudulently sold her a new contract while fully knowing it was not over until 2024. They are refusing to help.

    @ThreeUK Utterly disgusting customer service you have! I’m unable to help my elderly father with his upgrade because I’m on a conference call with him? I have to be there in person? What difference does this make? The policy isn’t even on your website.

    @ThreeUK hey three, currently in the US of A. You kindly charge me for daily usage abroad but fail to actually make it usable. Your support got me to reset every network setting “which will fix your issue”. Nothing fixed 6 support staff later.
