@ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

I’m so upset and fed up of @ThreeUK this has to be the worst network in the UK no customer service no one that knows what they’re doing and they can never help you @ThreeUK people take my advice and not because something is cheap means it’s good go to any of the phone company

@ThreeUKSupport very poor signal for the last 2 days in Amble..I know you are doing some sort of work but the signal has gone from poor to none. When will there be a service again? This was a trial of the Three network for me...I think I will be choosing a different network.

@that_redman @ThreeUKSupport If you used a PAC with another provider, your three contract will automatically cancel. It's all very self explanatory when you request the PAC. Once you transfer, you get a final bill. If you're in contract still, you'll have term fees for the remainder. It cannot be reversed.

@Superexo @ThreeUKSupport A complaint doesn't get you a proof of purchase. Complaints don't provide proof of purchases. You request it from customer services. They take your details and pass to a back office. Back office provide POP. If they haven't provided it, there may be a discrepancy.

@ThreeUKSupport once again my 5g router is not working. I've tried resetting it several times and it will not connect to the internet. I may need a new one because clearly it should be working at all times, which is what I am paying for.

@ThreeUKSupport please explain why you are refusing to let my partner return a phone that he received as damaged. He received the phone on the 14th and didn’t open it until now because he has been at work and now he can’t return or cancel the contract. This is not acceptable

I definitely don’t have two accounts as I’ve been with EE since I was old enough to have a contract, switched to Three but cancelled within 14 days due to poor service. I asked for a letter confirming my account is closed and the letter above is what I got

@ThreeUKSupport I still have not been able to access the link you sent me. Always says ‘please try later’. Two weeks in and still no one can call me. I really need this sorting urgently especially as people need to be able to call me over Christmas. Been a customer over a decade.

@ThreeUK absolutely disgusted. Keeping being fobbed off! Phone was due to be delivered 10th dec. dpd failed to deliver. Was told dpd had an issue with wear house, then stock issue and currently on hold with someone else been waiting 40 mins so far! Not impressed. Someone help pls
