2/2. Near that site you've planted cabinets for a new 5G mast back in Dec 2021 & abandoned them. What's going on? 1bar of 5G signal from another site is incredibly slow also. @ThreeUKSupport

  • thelondonreal Chelsea is the name (@thelondonreal) reported

@PhilipGlanville How is it that @ThreeUK (Hutchinson) was refused the chance to improve the appalling network conditions in Fairholt area, on the grounds that a pole would negatively impact the area. Yet @hackneycouncil installed 4 10-15m CCTV poles on the same street?

  • jadesharp1992 Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported

@aeonnumb @ThreeUKSupport hey, esim is now supported if you're a new customer joining the network, they launched it for new customers today, think it's coming for current customers later on in the year.

  • thecosmos7777 questionnaire (@thecosmos7777) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Tried everything but it was the in-app browser that wasn’t working well with your site. Sorted it but the apps also super buggy, seeing as someone coming from another network.

  • jadesharp1992 Jade Sharp (@jadesharp1992) reported

@ThreeUKSupport When trying to pay my bill using the mobile app or website on mobile, there's no option to do this. No way to process a payment, it's like the page is missing a pay now option. I've had no issues paying this way in the past until now.
