    @ThreeUK I got this message from you “You may remember from your contract that we review your monthly charge each year in line with RPI. This year it will increase by 2.7%” I find this disappointing and extremely poor timing.

    @ThreeUK Just seen on my bill that I've been charged £30 for a 45minute phone call I had to make to NHS Direct to get help for my son. How is ringing NHS Direct not free?!? I'm completely shocked and appalled! We have no landline so I had no alternative 😔

    @ThreeUKSupport hello, I’ve been outside of the UK for a year now and don’t know when I would move back - at first my 3 SIM worked well, however after my contract ended and I switched to PAYG, I’ve had absolutely no service. After speaking to your colleagues through livechats 1/3

    @ThreeUKSupport I have tried it already and it does not work at all. I have tried with all available networks and each time it says “not registered with the network”

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I’m in Bulgaria currently. And yes, my friend was able to make several calls without a problem in the UK. The SIM was topped up, but it was quite a while ago before I even had the first replacement SIM

    @ThreeUKSupport On for almost 5 months with an unable service is ridiculous, three can't seem to run a network satisfactorily by the amount of complaints you see about slow speeds, concentrate on 4g not 5g!!!

    @ThreeUKSupport There’s been no upgrades done to the mast since January 2020 as I remember I saw it on your website. I was at my nans over Christmas and the congestion was so bad we couldn’t even make calls on our mobiles. Stop leaving small towns out from your network upgrades. It’s awful.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes I've checked, no networks available. Is there a way I can log on to my account without you having to send me a text? There's no option to send an email instead so I'm kinda stuck! All support options say to log on to my account but I can't!

    @ThreeUKSupport I've even had an engineer text me after the second time reporting to say its fixed yet nothing changed! You company is absolutely useless to be letting a major problem like this go on so long! Outside me area I can get over 20mbps download speeds in my area I get 0.2 to nothing!
