    @ThreeUKSupport Looking at these screen shots I’ve taken from the ofcom site it seems obvious that Vodafone seems to provide the better service in all these locations I use, of course I need to check the service is still good in the summer months it’s no good having service for half a year

    @ThreeUKSupport I couldn’t webchat as my signal is 2 poor, I mostly use my phone in 3 locations, in 1 location I get very good mbps, in the other 2 location I get next to no mbps so it’s not my phone it’s simply the phone masts are either to far away, or under heavy load from holiday makers

    @ThreeUKSupport Livechat would never work as it would just say Try again later and even ever I've rang up we've gone though to the Non UK Call center and it drives me insane Funnily livechat works IF I'm looking to buy a phone and they will offer help straight away, Paying 80+ Pounds and no help

    @ThreeUKSupport Just contacted Complaints department. Utter useless. So your app doesn’t work, parts of your website throw up error, now the “Upgrade system” is faulty and my upgrade is lost or delayed. (Not physically lost) I can’t cancel but have to wait 2 days without BB. Terrible

    @ThreeUKSupport My 4G never works I keep being told new SIM card will be sent in the post. It never comes and customer service keep either hanging up on or just not listening to me.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’m ready to go to court ! If I forgot to cancel a contract shouldn’t they be charging me for sim only ? Why the device that I finished paying for ? I’m ready to go to court , I’m waiting for their court letter

    @ThreeUKSupport The recycling team are still unable to help, they say that @ThreeUK manage the recycling website and that they'd received notification that the issue was resolved this morning, but it isn't, they've had multiple customers contact them. What next?

    @ThreeUKSupport No it isn’t ideal and I don’t have time now to go on a web chat. I have emailed Three as well and expect this to be resolved and the issue withdrawn from the debt collectors immediately.

    @ThreeUKSupport Using an IPhone XR, yes have tried switching to 3G only, it’s actually unbearable in signal strength

    @ThreeUK never ever use them. Told me they were cancelling the Contract, FOC, to tell me that I’ve to pay £39 because they haven’t even bothered to send me packaging to send it back. scam artists at their finest. @ThreeUKSupport
