    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, they are now saying it was me that cancelled the porting of my number, this is untrue, why would I do that? They agreed originally that if I sent back the phone I could have a refund. I sent it back and they then said I was never entitled to any refund, despite evidence

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm getting peeved off that's it's been months now that you cant buy top up and an add on using the 333 number. The call gives you a sim only deal then says press number to continue, then it cuts out. This means I have to go online or buy a voucher. Poor service

    @ThreeUKSupport @MissCHodson Your service has gone terrible . For last 4 weeks my Internet speed has been average of a whopping 1.92mbs earlier today I was told work in area is set to last another 6 weeks . And all you could do is offer 50% off my next bill . That honestly takes the piss

    @ThreeUKSupport I raised a complaint about the fraudulent contract I was sold. Sent a couple of letters that were signed for, only to find out today when I called that you had closed it without even contacting me. The most appalling customer service.
