    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi! Very frustrated with this appalling service now! Tried to top up via 444, said my account isn't recognised (been with three for years!). Second time just got "if that's all for now, just hang up" etc. I don't really want to use a voucher, how else can I top up

    @ThreeUKSupport I appreciate it won't be symmetric, but 5G upload in areas of good reception without huge contention shouldn't be as low as 3 or even sub-1 megabit. I'd expect >=20-30 mbit/sec. Any slower causes noticeable throughout issues, what's the channel allocation like for 5G upload on 3?

    @ThreeUK My sim has not worked for 3 days + it's impossible to get through to customer service, finally spoke to someone today + the guy said he'll have to look into next Friday when he's back from annual leave!? i need my phone now

    @ThreeUKSupport can you confirm if free roaming will end for existing customers when their rolling contract renews? Will be looking for a new network if so, no other reason to stay with three.
