@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport My 5G mobile broadband’s been unusable since last Thurs. Your network status webpage had said that work was ongoing + expected to be complete by the weekend. Now it states works is ongoing w/ no planned date for completion. Can you provide any additional insight?
