@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spent probably 2-3 hours on the phone to your call centre being passed around agents trying to cancel and get a refund for what I have paid so far as I never received the router let alone used it. Now I’m being threatened with debt collectors
@ThreeUKSupport I ordered it right before lockdown but it was sent to the wrong address. Have been trying to cancel it ever since. Your call centre wasn’t taking calls for cancellations and the online chat told me to just cancel the direct debit and you’d contact me to sort it out

@ThreeUK any idea why my phone signal and 4g has dramatically dropped lately? Can barely load anything without WiFi and call quality is awful.
