@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport That area is ln12 2ly. There is non existent signal all around the town not just this postcode. I think you need a bigger mast for that area

@ThreeUKSupport starting the 3rd day with no phone or data signal at SY4 1JH. Still showing on the network status as work in progress. Hopefully your forecast for completion by 4.00pm today will prove to be correct. How do I claim compensation for 3 days loss of service?

@ThreeUKSupport only 3G on my phone and Mobile Wifi is also not working. Chat not helpful. Please sort out the network in NN160DR, I’m working from home and need internet. Thinking of moving to different provider as this is not the first time and very frustrating!

@EE I tried @EE for a month. Yes my phone was showing signal but painfully slow. My guess is they have over sold the bandwidth. Too many users trying to use too little bandwidth. Switch back to @ThreeUK fast speeds once more.
