@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport So when I got the chance and spoke to all these Indian advisors, they all said different things. I wanted to cancel completely but they said they couldn't do anything till he had a new 12 month contract. That was a lie.

@ThreeUK your customer service is appalling. I've received a letter saying I'm owed a refund! Three phones calls this morning, put on hold, cut off and still no refund! This is why I left Three! I just want it sorted and my money back that you're telling me you owe me!
