@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

@TeresaC123 @ThreeUK This. You need to test to give us confidence it actually works. Otherwise I'm actively looking at moving away. You're not gambling with my safety during a major incident.

@ThreeUK If this reassurance carries the same weight as your customer service, we'll all be dead ducks.

@ThreeUK How do you know that the fix has worked if you don't rerun the test on the Three UK service?

@ThreeUK I'm sure you were convinced "there would be no issue" on the first test, which then failed for a vast majority of your customers. The ONLY way you can stand by this statement is to run the test again. Don't let the next 'test' be a real alert!!

@ThreeUK No no it’s ok, honestly. Keep it broken I enjoyed not having to turn off an alarm I didn’t consent to having.

@kinlett @ThreeUK Yeah they have released a statement, looks like a network issue. Hopefully the real thing will work if its ever needed!

Not convinced by any of the @ThreeUK rhetoric in respect of their dire network performance in yesterdays emergency alert.

@MartinSLewis Nope, @ThreeUK f#cked up massively. They've supposedly fixed the problem, but have done nothing to reassure it's customers that we'll receive future alerts because they're not planning to do another one...
