@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

Just want to add phone insurance with my new phone but @ThreeUK have to make things difficult and I can’t even do that , spent about 3 hours in phone calls and get absolutely nowhere , absolute buffoons who give the worst customer service , wish I stayed with o2
