    @ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport i have sent 6 messages all relating to the appalling customer service from 3, £68 charged by 3 with no warning to call the 3 helpline from a 3 sim, it took the agent over 1 hour to set up a wifi account and that took us over the 3 free minutes and the crazy charge

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't choose 3G, Jenn, the phone chooses it when 4G is unavailable. The @what3words location is ///shows.amicably.crisps 4G comes and goes, presumably contracting and expanding based on capacity. 3G is always there, it just performs like dialup or doesn't work at all.

    One of the biggest L’s I’ve ever taken in my 24yrs of life is signing up to @ThreeUK The WORST mobile network. Always having problems with their system, can never get service. All they’re good for is apologising and putting note on the system that no one reads anywayssssss!!
