@ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

  • horusafloat Clive Davies (@horusafloat) reported from Pewsey, England

@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

  • JIX5A JIX5A (@JIX5A) reported

@Wolfie180 @ThreeUK Regardless of contract or monthly, everyone in the UK, should have got that alert on a registered Sim. Three are in big trouble for this. In case there had been a real emergency, we would not have known!

  • zakadar1 A -8 (@zakadar1) reported

@ThreeUK 3 is the worse network

  • yatesy60 Mark Yates (@yatesy60) reported

@ThreeUK This is actually a good enough reason to ditch this rubbish network. When our lives could actually depend on a simple alert and they cannot get that right. No confidence in it actually working in a emergency, so I will be switching networks when the contract is up.

  • adisaddlers_Ian Ian Whitehouse (@adisaddlers_Ian) reported from Stittenham, Scotland

@Sandford_Police I’m with @ThreeUK and none of us got an alert. Does that mean all Three customers are dead meat. I know they’re a crap company but that’s still a bit harsh

  • kayjay42667866 kay jay (@kayjay42667866) reported

@ThreeUK Could the problem be because I was using wifi for network / calls instead of 4G?

  • ColinEdwards22 Colin Edwards (@ColinEdwards22) reported

@PeterOuld @ThreeUK From what I hear, the whole network failed due to 3 Cell Towers being set up incorrectly. Whoops.

  • GTAJJ_ Jordan Stapleton (@GTAJJ_) reported

@JimHanner @cookmandy @ThreeUK Introducing ThreeAM, the all-new service where all your alerts for the day are now automatically rescheduled to sound at exactly 3am. Free of charge.

  • shatcryptoguy Darren Grayshon (@shatcryptoguy) reported

    @ThreeUK Lack of signal probably

  • madwedge Adam Watkinson (@madwedge) reported

@JIX5A @ThreeUK My wife who is on Three got the alert but I didn't. Don't make **** up.

  • beccytad Rebecca Mansell (@beccytad) reported

@ThreeUK None of our household got it. It is worrying. Will there be a repeat test for us to check it works in the event of a real emergency?
