@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport I've got a samsung Galaxy A40 . Had it 12 months. Received new sim ( guaranteed to solve issue ) it hasn't. Hand set basically inoperable apart from wifi.

w/o an active sim for 2+ weeks. false promises from multiple employees in ur passive aggressive customer service & complaint departments. latest is need to wait another 1-5 days (!) and still no guarantees. @ThreeUK I need you to do better and to compensate me appropriately
