    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport hey there, my mobile data hasn’t been working all day. I’ve just tried switching to a 3G network which partially works but obviously isn’t ideal. I’m on unlimited data so haven’t run out or anything. Is there something going on with the South Kensington network?

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Pete, luckily I had "met" with your colleague, Robin, who was really helpful, understanding etc so he could set up things for me. He was a real customer care gem, gave back my faith in 3. Robin knows what customer service means. (After 10 years I guess I deserve)

    @ThreeUKSupport still no 4g or 5g internet in NN5 area - estimated resolution by Feb 7th !! Unacceptable service. Embarrassing this day age. Think I’m getting blagged !!

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm not asking for the details of the owner, only if it sits on your network. You should be able to see that. If so, I can make a formal complaint.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had to be communicating via WhatsApp! But not all customers have the patience to type chat or endure connection issues on WhatsApp calls, when they should easily be able to ring me on my line!!
