    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

    @ThreeUKSupport I don't want to do anymore online chat with customer service. I don't want any further interaction. I spoke to a guy last week who said everything was resolved but then received a further call yesterday going on about the same issue. I genuinely feel harassed

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Service gets worse and worse by the day. Data keeps dropping out and signal never more than the smallest bar. No WiFi at home (thanks @TalkTalk) so really need my 4G...or even 3G!! Is 2G a thing? I'll take that! Just ANY service

    It’s becoming questionable now for months. I’m wondering why my upfront payment of £29 has not be returned to my account after the contract has been cancelled & the phone in question has been acknowledged returned in good condition @ThreeUKSupport can anyone help.

    @ThreeUKSupport When I try to login, it says incorrect password. In order to create new password I need my UK number which I can’t access as I’m Back home.

    @ThreeUKSupport Three live chat told me my number got hacked and transferred to another network, they said they will contact the provider and cancel it but how long does it take you to do this ?
