    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hardly fair when the charges were £150+ and I had a text to say it should have a been free! In answer to your question I didn’t want the complaint closing, @ThreeUK closed it. I guess this is one for the financial ombudsman if there’s “nothing you can do”, it really is laughable

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s not good enough. I’ve been without reliable Internet AND 4g / 3G for months. Telling me I need to wait even longer is not acceptable. I will be requiring another refund for undelivered service.

    My interest is peaked @OnePlus_UK: loved my 7 Pro, had issues with the 8 Pro and now moved to S21 Ultra. But, this looks to have some interesting features, especially in my favourite department of the cameras. Do we know when @ThreeUK are getting them? Whats the Pro release date?

    @psothynathan @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport How is is fixed I wake up this morning to check my online banking the app still isn't working along with every other app on my phone this is stupid I get ripped off by you for my contract anyway so why isn't is sorted? Don't tell me to ring a call centre

    @ThreeUKSupport I am aware of go roam, and when I receive a text from @ThreeUK when landing at a destination that’s is included then I am going to use my phone on the understanding that I won’t get charged. This is what I did, still got charged and still there is “nothing you can do” #terrible
