@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@melissashola_ @ThreeUKSupport The past few weeks I've had the issue where sometimes I try and call a number and it says calling then just drops out. Seems to be a national issue.

.@ThreeUK your latency in connecting a call is absolutely unacceptable. It can take up to like 10 seconds when other providers take instantly and it isn't even a conjested area. Please fix this because it is becoming incredibly inconvenient
