    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport can you please stop ringing me several times a day!!! Customer support told me it was to offer an additional contract which I don't want and I was told it would be noted and the calls would stop!

    @ThreeUK Have you brought the Caffe Nero codes down from 10k per week to, like, 1k per week? I checked yesterday (Tues) 9am and they were not available. Seems like it's "any coffee for £1 if you're quick on a Monday" rather than one a week now 😔 the one reward I actually used

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Still waiting, 4 phone calls, promises of we will send you a return bag. Being put on hold twice on every call. Come on three, sort yourselves out. A product that doesn't work it absolutely no use to anyone. Do the decent thing. Quick enough to send out bills. Rubbish service.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK Have you given up totally with customer service? The forum has gone and the option to make a complaint has been replaced with a form that crashes.
