    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUKSupport since speaking with several of your advisors since Saturday, I’ve gone from having very signal, to complete no service! Was assured would be fixed by end of day, but gone from bad to worse. Live chat just passes me from dept to dept with no result. 🤯

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey! Thanks for the reply. It's been getting worse over past few months. Used to be a great 4G Home Broadband service, but in past few months it's been so unreliable and slow.

    @ThreeUKSupport Please can you say when the disruption to signal in G69 area will be resolved? Working from home is impossible. Already spoke to tech support over pst few days and they just tell me it'll be fixed 'today' each time.

    @ThreeUKSupport Rest assured?The issue is that your agents don't take responsibility.I have spoken to 4 agents who have all promised 2 make a note but have not.12yrs of loyalty and you can't even make a simple note and avoid me cancelling my contact with 3. NO faith in @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport
