    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @ThreeUK well done in losing a 20+ year customer with multiple SIMs. Customer service has hit rock bottom tonight. Very unusual as I was happy with Three.

    @ThreeUK I was happy with Three since 2015 but in the last few months my data keeps slowing to a crawl and is unusable until I restart my phone. Have already switched away from the 5G broadband they sold me, then tried gaslighting me by saying they had never offered at my address. Awful.

    @ThreeUK please can someone assist Me!!! I went overseas for 2 weeks, when I returned to the UK and put my 3 sim back into my phone I get an error message "sim 1 not provisioned" no1 in call centre can help me

    @ThreeUKSupport If you are sorry, why you do not improve your service? I had no other options than using 3G (because I will COMPLETELY cut off by @ThreeUK) and, as I said, I want to complaint with the people who are supposed to give you the license to operate or stuff like that. 1/2
