    @ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

    @liam040404 @Keir_Starmer @ThreeUK Just making a point about privacy protection for families. Obviously I want the deprived to get as much help as possible, but there's another side to this. Direct gvnmnt aid (they have these data) so that people can pay the bill would be a better route.
