@ThreeUK network intermittent this morning in #Andover but nothing much go cry about. Generally very reliable so I'm not worried.

@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUKSupport hey folks, my home 5G broadband has been absolute dog poop this past week or two - are you having service issues and if so will you be reimbursing customers for the lack of connectivity and service? Thanks

@ThreeUK just upgraded my account and got very poor service for existing customer compared to new customers. Wondering why I upgraded. Good job I have 14 day cooling off period... #thinkingofleaving

Hello @ThreeUKSupport can you confirm that your live chat assistants will send out texts from IVR to confirm my identity for contract changes? Given that this one didn't explicitly say "don't share" and the login ones do, I guess it's ok...?

@ThreeUK it's pretty pathetic that you'd rather gaslight your customers instead of Just communicating regarding network issues 🤬🤬

@ThreeUK Hello, I have just received a letter stating that my sim only contract which I currently pay £16 a month for is now £35 a month. I appreciate there is a annual increase but this is absolutely disgraceful. I would like to cancel my plan immediately.

If they want me to go, so be it. Pay as you Go is NOT a replacement of a SIM only plan, so that's me gone as customer. Especially the automatic move is really poor, but also the move to a ****** package is bad. Very poor customer experience, @ThreeUKSupport
