@ThreeUKSupport I had my data service upgraded on the 24th Sept to unlimited from 100gb. 4 calls to support have failed to reconnect me to Netflix and Deezer, both of which I pay a subscription to and cannot use due to 3. How can I progress this?

@ThreeUK is it possible to leave a contract due to poor service? You 4G signal is garbage. Your 3G signal is better by a long way.

I did a contract with you doesn’t mean you should pull out all the money in my account @ThreeUK. I notified one of your staff to deactivate my account after finishing the contract, he said it’s done, 2 months after, I am still receiving debits and your customer service can’t help

@goulcher @ThreeUK A few years back one of their customer service reps told me to the same thing to pay a bill. I couldn’t believe it.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes and when I went on the DPD website and details I had no options other than a message saying it was being returned to the warehouse. So disappointing. Fonua’s customer service is shocking.

@ThreeUKSupport SE1 9JW 4G is completely rubbish even when the mast is roughly 0.4-0.5 miles away. YES i restarted router, YES i checked the cables - I did everything on my part. After peak times (12 AM and onwards) service is great but during peak times its non excistant.
