@ThreeUKSupport Obviously my fault as I didn't realise I had to cancel twice. I just took it for granted that my contract would terminate 30days after my request, whether I used the PAC code or not.

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUKSupport the restaurant in Charlton scan a code on their reader and it does not allow them to proceed Happened with two new codes and in several other instances in the week.Restaraunt has asked for Threes help as the error message shows a Tech issue on three’s side

@ThreeUK wow, great customer service. I cancelled a contract in August, couldn't use my PAC code as I purchased another 3 deal so you decided to ignore my request to cancel. Now after speaking to Muzammil on your live chat they have told me I have to give another 30 days notice.
