    @StageySarah @ThreeUK Worst network I've ever used. I have my phone set to 3G networks only, that's how poor their 4G network is. And that was their suggested solution.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey Pete! My phone isn’t the issue, it’s dialling 2 numbers that are both on 3. If we DM you the number, are you able to check the service please? Very worried sons trying to get in touch with their dad and step mum

    @Retro_Fusion @ThreeUK Three are a shambles, my mom and dad both have 3, I'd say the service was off more than its on, going to move them to sky

    @ThreeUKSupport Did live chat and got nowhere. Still cannot make calls even tosays I reached my monthly credit limit, I don't have one! Password not accepted on any Three site or app, can't reset my password. I paid unlimited for no service, no internet, no calls and it isn't good enough.

    @Kilrathal @ThreeUKSupport Hi Sam. I actually found something yesterday saying that 3 trialled eSims in phones last autumn and then cancelled it, seems it was a bit of a mess. This is the only way 3 are letting me down, they often excel, but like you, I really want this. Time to look around
