@hall_mj @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Hope it works for you. I’ve a mobile and data SIMs on the Three Network and both behave in the same manner. They acknowledge there’s an issue with their masts but won’t go in to detail. Happy to continue to take monthly payments though :)

@ThreeUKSupport I think this was the only bill I'd noticed the issue on, but I've not really investigated. Probably since I bought the package around July / August only.

@ThreeUK I'm on £7.32pm for 8gb SIM. Following urgent email about my contract (this isn't plan anniv), if I choose to "do nothing" the same service escalates to £16pm, and if I get in touch, I can only reduce this to £10pm over a 2 year deal. Are you trying to rob me?

@ThreeUK Just noticed I've been getting billed for your £15 monthly package twice per billing cycle? Support is telling me this is normal because the package only lasts from the day you buy it to the end of your billing cycle, (eg 14th - 18th of month)

@SkyHelpTeam Already raised a complaint and was recommended to go to either EE or Vodafone for a 5g router. Ended up doing a bit of research and amazingly found a 5g router with @ThreeUK for £10 a month with faster speeds than Sky. Cancelled my contract with Sky and now you can suck your mum.
