Welcome to Plymouth. It's a city of 260,000 yet none of the mobile providers can provide a service. They tell YOU to run tests on their websites to fob you off. That's @O2 @VodafoneUK @ThreeUK EE (presuming they're on Twitter - signal is so bad the stupid name wouldn't load up)

@ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport once again 4G can't be used, no connection to 4G data services. 3G working fine.... But I shouldn't need to force 3G when the network is being poor, your transmitter should be automatically making the switch.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, I did. I was told 'there was a problem, but it is fixed now'. They did not know what the problem had been. When this twitter account was asked what the problem was last week, we were told that you don't have any specifics. When did it start? The same answer.
