@ThreeUK hi - my girlfriend tried to cancel our home broadband and sim contract we purchased as we no longer need it. The customer service agent wouldn’t send a confirmation email that it had been cancelled. Can you send us a confirmation email?

@ThreeUKSupport having network issues with box & mobiles. Cutting off on phones & can't stream or use Internet. Like this for well over a month, despite calls to you. Difficult to talk as keep getting cut off. Reset box about 20 times, no different. Will cancel today if not fixed

After 17 years I think it’s time to consider a move away from @ThreeUK never had a issue in the past but over the past few months the signal as been terrible. Showing as 5G and still struggling to connect to anything. Not ideal when you need to rely on a good signal for work

@ThreeUKSupport via text on Tues and no, I was not told why. I have also been hit with a cancellation fee when I went to a sim only deal after they said it would improve my network problem! I am so annoyed I took the hit just to get away from three! They refused to let me speak with the manager

@ThreeUKSupport Hi, I renewed my contract to a 24month one in Feb. So it is not an upgrade nor a new customer. Thus I am not sure how to interpret the roaming text. I suggest this info should be more clear in acct info

@ThreeUK What happened to you? I went from super happy to “I’m changing the provider”! You changed my contract, you removed my free roaming, you are about to turn off Home Signal Box, and your 5G is pretty much a lie! I was with you for over 14 years.. so disappointing now!!
