@ThreeUK Took out new contract directly thru 3 & paid upfront charge. Phone never came & contract got cancelled for no apparent reason. They still haven't refunded upfront charge after nearly 3 weeks & am having to chase them repeatedly to get it back. Appalling customer service

@ThreeUK - I’m in Mexico and your system continually blocks me from purchasing a data passport. Extraordinarily unhelpful when you don’t provide the “at home” roaming coverage and have a frequently broken site. Do better.
