    @ThreeUKSupport There is clearly a massive difference. I ordered a midnight 128GB. Was told delivery is around the 25th but at the time as a new customer I could get it next day.. now its a few days. Can you call me to discuss this

    @ThreeUK is it standard practice to follow up a customer reporting a robbery with a sales call trying to sell them a new phone within five minutes (not me, one of my friends). That's a pretty low trick and something ofcom would be interested in.

    Hello @ThreeUKSupport can you confirm that your live chat assistants will send out texts from IVR to confirm my identity for contract changes? Given that this one didn't explicitly say "don't share" and the login ones do, I guess it's ok...?

    @ThreeUKSupport What should have been a simple process of moving across from Sky to you has been a nightmare. I have been on live chat since 8.17 this morning. After 2 1/2 hours of promises to fix the issue I called you and have been fobbed off again
