    @Payforit_Sucks @nuyoo_fitness I got a refund after 3 days after having contact with Sara the UK customer service manager. She was excellent. The call centre staff were abrupt and rude. @ThreeUK have apologised and given me £50 as an apology too. It should never have happened

    @O2 My contract is due 28th August - So I'll definitely be in touch! @ThreeUKSupport Seem to offer the worst customer service I've ever faced. They scam me out of data and then make it that the only way I can 'top up' is by signing up to recurring plans. 13 years down the drain

    @ThreeUK Three your customer service tells lies over and over again. My husbands bill is wrong after repeatedly saying it was sorted for this month, but oh no, you take the higher amount again. Fed up of ringing

    @ThreeUK I'd like to question why it has taken months for my elderly parents to cancel their deal with Three. No-one was interested I helping them in-store or by phoning customer service. Months of unnecessary extra payments and headaches MIGHT be finally at an end. We'll see.

    @safc4ever @Three_Is_Broken @ThreeUKSupport @HuaweiMobileUK All @ThreeUKSupport seem to be able to do is type an exact post code into their website and tell you what comes up. It appears that’s the limit of the support they are able to offer - which is rather insulting.

    @ThreeUKSupport @wilsonsam889 I cant get an answer on the phone, chat or twitter and they have no email address, any time I log an issue its closed without a fix. I'm considering cancelling my direct debit so they call me.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've already been fobbed off with that excuse from your online chat support. Coverage is fine. It's been fine for 4 months then 7 days ago it stopped dead. Your own website says there's an issue with the network. I suspect your rollout of 5G this Aug has screwed the 4G network😠

    @Three_Is_Broken @safc4ever @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK In short (unless you are in a fantastic signal area) Three are selling subpar spec 💩 that makes the network/broadband look worse than it actually is - no wonder the CTO job has been now been 🔥 & split between high level board management and ‘teams’ below so no 1 idiot can again

    @ThreeUK I am incredibly disappointed by the support offered by customer services by three. Not listening to my data problem, what has been tried and that I'm just getting back in touch because I got disconnected. I can not wait for my contract to expire so that I can leave.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Laura, I've unfortunately not no. The refund is regarding me moving to another network and the direct debit came out after I moved so it's just what I paid over due back

    @ThreeUKSupport But it does affect me all day, here are speed checks throughout the day on both 3G&4G . This isn't congestion it's a major problem with your network or poor capacity, you are unable to deliver what I'm paying you for
