    @ThreeUKSupport Yes, I did. I was told 'there was a problem, but it is fixed now'. They did not know what the problem had been. When this twitter account was asked what the problem was last week, we were told that you don't have any specifics. When did it start? The same answer.

    @ThreeUKSupport I've been trying to update my postal address via the website for dayss but every single time i try it tells me 'sorry, there's been a problem'. I need to update my address so i can upgrade my phone since I've recebtly moved and this is very frustrating.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport once again 4G can't be used, no connection to 4G data services. 3G working fine.... But I shouldn't need to force 3G when the network is being poor, your transmitter should be automatically making the switch.

    @Tim_Mrvl @ThreeUK If it wasn't for the fact that they are the best network for data when you are travelling I would change providers. But for now I feel stuck with them

    @ThreeUKSupport after trying the building name instead of the building number and road it was still having the issue but i hit f5 and it brought up the correct address. No wonder it couldnt find anything before, it formats the address as number, name, street, instead of name, number, street.

    @ThreeUKSupport Really poor connection recently, only started about a week ago but ping is much higher than average and speeds are a lot slower. Any issues NR7 9QE?
