  @ThreeUK terrible customer service. I have wasted at least 4 and a half hours talking on the phone with no progress. Got cut off, no phone back, waited in queues and got told that they can’t make any guarantees. After 18 years as a customer…I think it’s time to make a switch…

  Me - Hi there @ThreeUK I have no internet Three - Yeah there's an issue in your area and will take 7 days to fix Me - Can anything be done? I can't wait 7 days that's crazy!? I rely on this service for work and daily life, 7 days to fix a mobile network is outrageous. Three - I can compensate you 3gb Me - You can only give me internet I can't use for another 7 days?   Joined @ThreeUK i know signal in parts off UK are different. But wanna know since #three merged with Vodafone how’s the signal been. I’ve read that some people saying that since the merger Vodafone signal not been good
