@SKEfromUK @ThreeUKSupport Hello, Three's policy is to deliberately withhold outage info from the status checker, for PR reasons - I've had this confirmed by higher-level support. You can get a % of costs back each month (as I do, for 6 months' disrupted service, ongoing).

Hello @ThreeUK - you installed a 5G mast in my area (BD19) some 6 months ago - I’m interested in 5G broadband but according to your website it’s not available in my area (The mast is a short walk away) Please let me know when this service will be available Thanks 🙏
