@ThreeUK slowing down my 4G doesn’t make me wanna upgrade with you - it makes me wanna go back to 02 that has better service. Stop screwing with my phone or you’ll get nothing from Santa x

@ThreeUK How can we be reassured that we will receive it in an actual emergency 🚨 if you don’t retest the systems and re-build the broken trust of your customers without testing. I don’t blame anyone who changes to a different provider.

@ThreeUK What you have is a hypothesis. You’ve proved nothing. Presumably you thought you’d fixed the same issue last summer when it failed initially. Why not repeat the test to be sure?

@ThreeUKSupport why is there now no network coverage at all in BS39 7LH

@JIX5A @ThreeUK Not entirely true, I’m on three and got the alert (iPhone). The wife on ID mobile (same network) didn’t get the message.

@ThreeUK How confident are you that the fix is a permanent fix and not just a workaround? Bearing in mind the importance of this to Three users what can you tell us that gives us a degree of confidence this won't happen again?

@ThreeUK If this reassurance carries the same weight as your customer service, we'll all be dead ducks.

@ThreeUK I'm sure you were convinced "there would be no issue" on the first test, which then failed for a vast majority of your customers. The ONLY way you can stand by this statement is to run the test again. Don't let the next 'test' be a real alert!!

@ThreeUK Not one bit surprised, useless provider, awful coverage compared to most others. Can’t wait for contract to expire!

@MartinSLewis No @MartinSLewis On the @ThreeUK network who confirmed had major issue with issuing alerts - millions did not receive them on Three.
