    @ThreeUKSupport I think the issue is related to the current time reported by 3, it seems to have jumped ahead an hour - I've updated the timezone settings on my router which has mostly fixed the issue

    @ThreeUKSupport You can sort your agents out. Ive been promised a call back 3 times from a manager and haven't recieved anything at all No email was sent to me to say i have to personally cancel my contract and now moneys been taken out

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete! Let’s hope your customer service is better than EE! I am able to order watches online? I have been trying to get one for over 24 hours with @EE! Their website is dire!

    @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK 4G is very slow again today. Nothing on my phone that requires internet seems to be sending or loading properly.

    @ThreeUKSupport Have had fantastic service for 9 months, strong signal - the issue is not the signal, it seems to be an issue with the internet service itself, which I suspect is related to the security settings.

    Nope its official, @ThreeUK just tried to charge me money to give customer feedback, luckily android noticed it was going to charge me. I'm out @ThreeUK this week you went from #1 to way over the line. I'm calling and terminating!

    @ThreeUKSupport Are there data issues in Glasgow right now. My wife and I have the same unlimited pay as you go and her phone is fine while mine can’t manage to load YouTube. Full bars on 4g never had an issue till today? Our broadband is down so we are sort of stranded rn
