    @ThreeUK is the worst network with the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I’ve told them 20 times about my internet speed and I’ve had every excuse you could imagine now when I call up they put be on hold and the call cuts off every time other people have told me the same 😡

    @Horrorstalker66 @ThreeUK Text rise is ridiculous! Most people I know use WhatsApp or similar instead of text and that will increase dramatically. We often get no signal on 3 so only stuck with them on price. Rarely used mobile data so 5g is pointless....

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Midlothian area has poor broadband speed, 2 days now, unacceptable! Speed test shows 2.11mbs last week was 72mbs What is going on?? Come on three, we recently switch to you guys as last provider was slow like this, here we go again with three 😩 and at this difficult time too.

    @ThreeUK I have just spent 3 hours on live chat and issue has not been resolved. 10 years I have been a customer. Cannot believe the service I have had over last 6 months.

    @ThreeUK atm, I am out of contract. I pay £20.54 for unlim evryth. Talking to a sales after a support prob, wanted me to take the same package for £16pm for a 12mth contr. when I gave her my details that chged. £10, 4 6mths £20 4 18mths. I’ve been with 3 for 18yrs. Time to change
