    @ThreeUKSupport Shock horror I’m on chat with customer services now and I’m being told it won’t happen again. The same thing I was told left than 6 hours ago. Here we are again! Shocking service.

    @ThreeUKSupport I would like to know what you suggest I do. Just keep paying even though I cannot go to UK in a foreseeable future, given I am 30 weeks pregnant? Or should I cancel the account? Is there no way you can restore services so I can at least receive text messages?

    @ThreeUKSupport I have already placed a complaint. But I need the services now to get a text message from HMRC so I can do my taxes. I need you guys to help me. All i need is for the line to be active for receiving texts. My bank account is also linked to it. I cannot change it now being away.
