    @ThreeUKSupport This assumes the security team manages to actually call ME this time. It seems you have a massive process and communication issue to resolve here, it should not have took me all this time to find out what was going on.

    @ThreeUK eSim - when are they going to available? Call centre bods don't even appear to know what they are & chat service are giving misinformation. Website info is misleading. Sort it out and move with the times!

    @ThreeUKSupport Didn’t hear anything but customer service have been lying to me the whole time about the delivery, have to go into store tomorrow and phone and they will have a resolution for me, if not store will try to sort something out
