@ThreeUKSupport Today customer services chat couldn't figure out where my order was but cancelled my order and put me through to sales to start again. It was sales that figured out what happened, and put a new order in for me which hopefully will arrive Friday 9 days late.

**** @ThreeUK and their absolutely shocking service. Letting someone who has waited a month for a phone that they have to wait another after I call them isn’t really acceptable is it.
