    @ThreeUKSupport Hi Three. You cut me off again because you couldn't process the direct (for the fourth time). Once again the support person told me I can only have two contracts with you which is ridiculous. Now I have to wait 48 hours for someone to ring me back and I have no internet access

    @ThreeUKSupport Changed banks recently and am now getting emails/texts stating I'll lose my £5 DD discount and also requesting a payment for latest bill but there has already been 1 instance of DD taken from bank, can you help??

    @ThreeUKSupport I keep thinking I have no mobile data until I realise my VPN has turned itself back on again. I never actively turn on the VPN but it activates each time I've been somewhere with wifi, including at home. I'd like to stop worrying about it, either by stopping the automatic VPN or

    @ThreeUKSupport, just to flag I spent 2 hours on chat yesterday simply to transfer from one 3 existing contract to another existing contract. V stressful and did not appreciate trying to be put on less favourable terms to my actual contract. Help provided less than clear.
