  Have to say I wish never left @EE and went to @ThreeUK because the network coverage around Scotland, particularly South Lanarkshire and Glasgow is shockingly bad! Will definitely be changing back when I can 🤬🤬🤬

  @ThreeUKSupport would like thank you for giving my mum a stac code instead of a pac code, meaning she has lost her number of 20 years. My elderly grandparents cannot contact us nor can the NHS. Nobody at three will do anything or offer a solution instead we are just transferred

  @ThreeUKSupport Anything? It's been 6 hours now and is, to my mind a rather simple request. I think it's time to raise a complaint. I upgraded solely on the basis that I could take up this offer, if Three cannot or will not provide me with the information I need then I will deem it a missell.

  @ThreeUKSupport Is there an outage in Cambridge? I am waiting for an important call from my doctor but there has been no service for 2 hours. I cannot login to 3 online either, because the 2FA needs to send me a text...but I have no service to receive it.

  If anyone Is considering on moving to @ThreeUK, DON’T DO IT! Worst internet connection. Using WiFi, at least 80% of the time because, the internet on my phone is inconsistent. Just gutted I still have six months left. Counting the days! #ThreeFail #WorstMobileNetwork
