@ScarredNtScared @ThreeUK Ugh. I spent a total of 3.5 hours trying to cancel my contract then was contact 4 YEARS LATER through a debt collector because I hadn’t paid my contract 🙄

The three network isn't working the "easy" to use app keeps asking the same questions so can't log on and even trying to top up won't work if @ThreeUK could sort this issue out that would be great!

@ThreeUKSupport I have tried on my other phone same issues. I will try another shop for the top up but if no luck I will have no alternative but to go with another network 😔

@johnthecyclist @Three_Is_Broken See, what I don't understand is how are @threeuk still allowed to operate, let alone how are they still getting new customers? I left over 2 years ago went to BT, never thought about going back to three. And if I do. Slap

Hardly any 3g no 4g @ThreeUKSupport In Bournemouth AGAIN ! It's been crap for over a month now. Either you're throttling my unlimited or you've broken stuff and not fixed it.
