    @ThreeUKSupport Hi. Please can you tell me how long this is going to go on for, its been two weeks now of pretty terrible speed on our mobile broadband router. Given how much its costing per month its really not great and more importantly we need it!

    @ThreeUKSupport I did contact three support within the time frame multiple times and received the same generic answers every time. It was very stressful at the time.

    Worst idea I’ve had was to get a plan from @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK The signal is ridiculous in south London and they pretend that 4G covers the area.. Cheapness is attractive but not always the best ! I’m now stuck with a contract for something I can’t use. Sounds like a scam!
