@ThreeUK I've had lots of fun today dealing with an upgrade, 2 people telling me my phone is out for delivery by 6pm, but a text saying it won't come until 21st Dec and a chat confirming there are production issues. Now your website says 21st December too.

@O2 are literally the worst network I think I have ever experienced in 15years of travelling!!! They are utter crap! Customer service is just as bad as their coverage!!! Back to @EE I go or even over to @ThreeUK

@ThreeUKSupport It specifically says "you will be able to call, text or use the internet whilst abroad". But you still seem to have no US mobile network on board with that
