@ThreeUKSupport No thanks, I already complained and had that discussion. Obvs the company tried to sell me more things but I’d rather just be treated as a valued customer. So I’m following the logic of Three’s model and informing my social network.

@ThreeUK When switching to 4G hub. 1) Do you help cancel my subscription with Vodafone or do I need to do that? 2) When 5G comes to my area is there an option to upgrade, or should I wait for 5G instead?

@ThreeUKSupport Trying to cancel a contract, which my son was using and he sadly passed away 2 months ago. Been told because the contract is in my name (as it has been since he first had a phone), will cost me £1k+ to cancel!

@ThreeUKSupport Lees, Watersheddings, Sholver, Moorside, Waterhead, Greenacres, Clarksfield, Mumps, St Mary's, Town centre. It's every postcode in OL1 and OL4. And no, it has been h+ in every area. In Sholver, there is Zero signal each time I go. Glad it's only a backup sim and not main one.

@ThreeUKSupport Though I don't live in an officially covered 5G area, I am getting a 5G signal on my phone. With this in mind is it possible for me to purchase a 5G home broadband contract?

@ThreeUK increasing their prices is very stupid. Your service isn’t up to par and you want to increase prices? Jokersss

I went to the @ThreeUK store to find out why I was getting absolutely abysmal coverage and H+ all over. 'they are probably improving the masts' he guessed. 'All over town?'.. 'What are you getting?' I asked 'H+?'. 'I'm on @ee'. Of course he is. It isn't ****. Says it all really.
