    @ThreeUK bit annoyed that your store gave me an ok deal on an upgrade but while I had to wait a week for you to update all my account details the deal has gone. all the upgrade deals now are awful!!!

    @kerrylwoodward @ThreeUKSupport @PrincessCruises The Executive Office replied in 37 minutes! That’s what I call great customer service. Also not just £57 but ongoing data cost due to ongoing hospital stay. As for your kind words perhaps you should think twice before insulting a diabetic man in his 70s with #coronavirus

    @ThreeUKSupport thanks for the worst phone signal ever. Once had good signal were I lived and since you did work in my area IV had no signal my whole contract. Complete waste of money

    @ThreeUKSupport Only been in this area for 3 months so had the problem since moving but neighbour is getting 50+ Mbps. Wanted to change router before accepting the free cancellation of contract

    @ThreeUKSupport I pay for a better service if i have to use 3G YOU SHOULD COMPENSATE ME OR REIMBURSE ME if i wanted 3G i would of stayed on 3G. Bad enough you cutting my Internet off 3 times without explanation late last year.

    @PilotDeborah @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK @O2 @EE EE is your best bet! I ditched Three for a move to EE a year or so ago and never looked back. O2 struggle in airports. Best thing to do is get a prepaid SIM card and try out a different company that way before you commit. Especially if you have a dual SIM phone 😀
