Is anyone else having a terrible time with @ThreeUK network coverage in Northern Ireland? My elderly vulnerable mum is with them and I either can’t connect or when I can the call drops out. It’s been going on for quite some time now. Anyone else?

@ThreeUKSupport It's OK. I've had my bank retrieve the direct debit payment and gone to Vodafone. I just don't understand the business sense of losing a long time customer who never missed a payment. The customer service was awful. Just wanted other potential victims to be aware

@ThreeUK How can your customer service be so abysmal that you can't even confirm a delivery date of an iPhone 12 Pro. I've been waiting for over two months and was told 3 times it would be delivered today. And now radio silence. Make it make sense.
