    @aston_adam @ThreeUK Thank god for screenshots! I had this with Abercrombie. If it wasn’t for my pics of the live chat they wouldn’t have honoured it. Customer service is non existent anymore

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport Why are you unable to offer the ability to extend the call time past the 2 hour limit 'you' as a network provider have set? Being cut off from international calling because it's over 2 hours is getting really annoying!

    @ThreeUKSupport We spoke to customer service and they said 3rd Nov! I'm not sure why this was not communicated to all customers before work started to allow us to prepare in advance. My husband uses his 4G for work and I am heavily pregnant and if I go into labour I need to call the hospital.
