@ThreeUKSupport This is part of the problem. I cannot remember my password and when I try to reset it i receive no email to do so. This is the same email address you send "overdue balance" bills to. Even your complaints dept have been unable to resolve this.

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve spoke to 10 different advisors they either don’t understand as they don’t talk the language or they all tell me different things. Yous juet make **** up at this point. Stealing from pensioners is bad enough (my first complaint) but now you’re just helping yourself to money

@ThreeUKSupport epic customer service. Shut down a mast to work on it for a month and don’t communicate this to customers. Then say as a goodwill gesture you won’t charge for a service you’re not delivering - 🤔
