@ThreeUKSupport I need help with my bill asap please, it’s been taken out twice and left me (a masters student living in a city during a cost of living crisis🥲) with very little. I can’t get through on the web chat even though it’s still open🙁

@RickyNotts @ThreeUKSupport Thanks that’s interesting. I’m ex IT, I use it in bridge mode with a MESH and some port forwarding. Support insisted I reset 2 times which wiped it… Even tho I’d done all this before calling. I get up to 300Mbs when it’s on tho!

@RickyNotts @ThreeUKSupport It’s good. I’m inside a 5G zone, but try round the house to find the best spot. Admin page shows signal strength. I got mine up to -86dbm varied down to -94. Room I thought would be worse was best by window. Speeds vary in daytime, but ok for streaming.

I’ve been with @ThreeUK for 13 years and I’ve always stated that I was going to leave them but my experience with them today is the straw that broke the camels back. They’ve got to be the worst network provider in the UK by a mile 😩

@ThreeUK absolutely horrendous customer service. 4 times I have had a promise broken on when I would receive a relatively simple document. Now being told to wait another 7 working days! An absolute comedy of errors on your part. Not acceptable

@ThreeUK could've done with a heads-up about the internet being off while you're doing works, and internet being down on a Monday morning... is there anywhere I can sign up for updates?

@ThreeUK How is it I live in central london but I have no access to 3G or 4G in my house, web pages/content don’t load and I can’t make phone calls without a dodgy line? If I had no wifi I wouldn’t be able to contact anyone in an emergency
