    @ThreeUKSupport Day 5 of very poor signal. Cuts off intermittently. Reboots don't work. Clear cache doesn't work. Going to 3G is also poor. 333 chat didn't help. Can't call you as low or zero signal. DN16 area. Lots of friends saying the same. Why?! It was fine until last week!

    @ThreeUKSupport Furthermore, every time I try and get this resolved I’m told the same thing every time. Everywhere I go or reported signal issues I’m told it’s a BLACK SPOT OR LOCAL ISSUE! We both know your Call Centre reads of script and your service is nothing as it used to be.

    @ThreeUKSupport It’s everywhere I go. Its not phone signal it’s data - doesn’t seem to want to send iMessages then I got a text saying about my cap being 0GBP struggling to load things but not all the time it’s intermittently but over the last few days.

    @ThreeUKSupport To my surprise the delivery of my new phone I arranged for 11th April when I can be home is in fact coming today when I won't be in. I can't see an option to cancel delivery so its a wasted trip for the driver.

    @ThreeUKSupport Yes. Even your voicemail is awful, it wont give me the callers number. How long after joining do i have to cancel my contract?
