    Calling out @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport for the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Company keeps charging me for a cancelled service, but their staff can’t understand or resolve it. Filed a complaint via the website, which they marked as resolved - without resolving it.

    @ThreeUK @iD_Mobile_UK your coverage is down in the Hull area, my partner cannot get any phone signal today so cannot make calls or texts and has no Internet!

    Hi @threeUK I have no issue with your contact centres being outsourced - what I do have an issue with is when they don't actually listen (or read on live chat) what you are actually telling them the problem is.
