  @ThreeUKSupport Yes i have iphone 12. No problems about 10 days ago, 400mb download. Last 10 days, no 5g whatsoever. Also bough 5g broadband with 3 and even that doesnt connect to 5g. Must be something happening in this area?

  @ThreeUKSupport I keep getting in touch asking for email updates and keep being told that’s been done and I would receive order info by email within2 hours but that has never happened. They’re just saying anything to fob me off but it’s obviously not coming today either as I still have no email
