  • dyrms86 Neil (@dyrms86) reported from Plymouth, England

@ThreeUKSupport Work postcode between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. 4G performance drops and I am forced to switch to 3G to get any data signal. This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isn’t my phone.

  • alannanicolexxx Alanna Nicole (@alannanicolexxx) reported from Plympton, England

@ThreeUK is there any way to cancel an additional SIM contract I signed last Friday? I can’t use it as my old phone no longer viable. I’ve been in store twice and a lengthy online chat to no avail…

  • whitfieldbenson Whitfield Benson (@whitfieldbenson) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Well I have requsted help from your service but sadly no joy. Why are you unwilling to give out contact email addresses or direct phone numbers for senior managers ? Nine previous attempts to resolve this issue have come to nothing despite your staff assuring us it was sorted.

  • hockeynutta Val (@hockeynutta) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK Sometimes show 3g and as per speed test I got 1.7 mbps speed. My internet is not working even on 3g,4g. There are two other friends who also bought your sim and now we are regretting. We just need working internet on our phone. Fix this ASAP.

  • 8urkey Steve (@8urkey) reported

@ThreeUKSupport Yes, eventually. Kirsty , I’ve been with 3 for years. All my friends have roaming in Canada , no problems. I’m the only person who every 24hours has to piss about renewing a data bastard passport 😡😡 it’s not a problem paying £5 per day , but why can’t I just pay £70 for 14days?

  • DashMUFC Dave H (@DashMUFC) reported

  • LOZZISTEVENS Lozzi (@LOZZISTEVENS) reported

@ThreeUK is THE worst mobile internet service provider for Customer Service. Its taken me 2 years to exit a mis-sold contract where I had no signal am home from day 1. Basically told bad luck and pay, or debt collection will be instructed. Awful!

  • amprincemusic Andy Prince (@amprincemusic) reported

@ThreeUKSupport I took out the contract in store. The manager was unable to cancel and during my lengthy online chat I was advised that I would have to pay a cancellation fee which amounts to a mere £10 less than the cost of the whole two-year period.
