@ThreeUKSupport Yes. They want to update password on account, sent id, they want id with headshot, then they want my head and my driving licence clear, then i have to go store to get sim not by post, 3days in the phone no network yet. Did call to customer service everyday but of no use!

3.30 minutes onto @threeuk robot, gave up, will have to go into town to their shop, shocking service, it really is. I hate capitalism, maybe I'll just get another provider, I'll see when I go into #Dundee's Overgate what other providers are there. Been with 3 since blinkin 2014

@ThreeUKSupport I went to your store on The 27th, switched my phone and broadband to you from Vodafone. Handed over my PAC code and still haven’t had the switch made. Store say to call you but your numbers online from a none Three number don’t work. Can you fix this please.

@ThreeUK Terrible customer service! I regret to be with 3. Now can't even get rid of the network! I lost my phone and blocked my simcard. Its been 10days as of today 31/12/21 without a simcard and no one know when I'm gonna get back the network. Avoid 3 save your life!
