@ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

@ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

@ThreeUKSupport Work postcode between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. 4G performance drops and I am forced to switch to 3G to get any data signal. This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isn’t my phone.

@ThreeUKSupport Only received one email. No payments have been taken out. I called the number in the email and asked the advisor to cancel everything just to be sure. I keep getting calls from one of your call centres. When I answer nobody responds and then they hang up.

@ThreeUKSupport thank you for actually sorting out the refund issue. I am still not happy with the way the customer service team handled this and I still empathise retraining is needed across the board. Also customer services need more power to help as to avoid similar issues.

@ThreeUKSupport My 4G service across London From HEATHROW to my home, including home, Clapham SW12 is dreadful. Speed test 0.5-1.5MB download if at all. I am now using 3G which is quicker!!! A new customer ex Vodafone is shocked how bad THREE is in London. It’s my friends too!

@ThreeUKSupport paid for 1gb on top of my unlimited plan last night to see if it fixed my 0. Speeds. It didn’t. Spoke to customer support team who said there has been an unreported issue on the mast since 21st jan? What’s the ETA on this? I need internet for work ASAP.
