    @ThreeUKSupport Work postcode between the hours of 2pm and 10pm. 4G performance drops and I am forced to switch to 3G to get any data signal. This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isn’t my phone.

    @ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUKSupport Only received one email. No payments have been taken out. I called the number in the email and asked the advisor to cancel everything just to be sure. I keep getting calls from one of your call centres. When I answer nobody responds and then they hang up.

    @ThreeUK how can I login my three account online when I cannot receive the code via SMS because you have cut off my roaming? This prevents me from managing my account, including the possibility to change/terminate my subscription.

    @ThreeUKSupport So tried that. Option doesn't work as I'm not a customer, option when you finally work out how to play the system to get to someone, they can't help. So how to I get you to stop call me multiple times a day!

    After PURE frustration with @ThreeUK …. My issue has been listened too, looked into and resolved. Shame it took 3 levels of CS but in the end KEYUR - Customer Relations Department got straight to the issue!! No contact these or contact those .. Saw the error … fixed the error

    @ThreeUKSupport No. We had never used them so they were forgotten. And I had no access to our joint email so couldn’t reset. But we had a 3 way phone call with Three where he gave authority for me to be the full account holder but you guys never fully did it. We’ve both asked to close account
