I called the number in the email and asked the advisor to cancel everything just to be sure. I keep getting calls from one of your call centres. When I answer nobody responds and then they hang up.

I gave them plenty of chances, I didn't want to move but they just didn't care about customer loyalty, always worth shopping around.

This has been happening a few months. Random 2 to 3 day periods. Also happens to my friend sitting next to me which suggests that it isn’t my phone.
