    @ThreeUK disappointing service when it takes 4 days for missed call messages to arrive at phone. Call centre advice is to connect with 2G/3G only. Very poor service!

    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUKSupport CW9 6EZ. We already know that you have a problem with the mast. It's been in and off for weeks now, it's simply not good enough. Especially as we are tied into a two year contract for an intermittent service

    @ThreeUK I have been waiting for a replacement SIM card for 19 days you have sent 2 by Royal Mail after I had explained they are on strike I have been told a 3 rd some been sent by DPD but that was 5 days ago yep I’m not stupid it’s Xmas time but I would have been nice to ring my family

    @ThreeUK trying to call my mother in Oz who is in intensive care and cant get through because can’t remember my password. Reset p/w had to click on ridiculous images of sunflowers now locked out of account, no customer services people to answer the PHONE and CANNOT CALL HOSPITAL

    @ThreeUK Don’t choose ThreeUK. I’m currently with them and their support service ( Data Passport particularly ) is awful. They’ve robbed me blind without so much as a blush
