    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUKSupport I've discovered a postcode that will allow me to buy one now anyway. No thanks to @ThreeUKSupport ! I'm going to congest & compromise the service for existing users on that frequency then youll have to develop & expand faster so its available to more people sooner! 📡📶📵👊
