    @ThreeUKSupport I now have over a year and a half left on my contract and a broken phone that I pay over £50 a month for and I had to pay the excess fee of £100, to basically swap a broken phone for another

    @ThreeUK once again, can’t call or text anybody, and my service has dropped in Leamington. Once again paid £47 for no service, and you still want a nearly £300 to exit my contract early (it finishes in January!)

    @ThreeUK im confused why me and my friend are both on three stood next to each other. Yet i have no mobile data or super slow speeds (can't even load whatsapp messages) restarting my phone solves no issues. My phone is also a better model than theirs of the same brand

    @ThreeUKSupport is there a problem calling landlines? Unable to call any landline but calling mobiles is fine? It's been like this since yesterday. It's also affecting the Smarty network.
