    @threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

    @ThreeUK We got 2 SIM cards from you for our Ukraine guests. We managed to top-up one phone with a data pack but we can’t do this with the other one so we had to top up £10 and it didn’t last long. Can someone help please as we would like to put a data pack.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks for being absolutely zero help, @ThreeUK. For the record, I eventually managed to speak to someone via the "your handset has been damaged" option (4,3,5). Unimpressive.

    @ThreeUKSupport for the past 4 hours I have not been able to use mobile data or make or receive calls. I'm having to use my WiFi to tweet this. However even with WiFi calling on I can't make a single call even with 4g+ service. So I can't call 111 for my 2 year old and thats bull
