@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

@threeuk - after your web chat refused to cancel my account, I have submitted a cancellation form but received no confirmation. I also tried to cancel within My3 and was presented with a bill for £218 to leave. This is wrong. I am so glad to leave your company. Everyone should.

@ThreeUKSupport @Smialo_ 2/ if you don’t want to actually speak to your customers then at least make it possible to solve problems efficiently. And maybe use operators that speak clear English and show some interest in solving your problem.

@ThreeUKSupport @Smialo_ You’re customer support is abysmal. I’ve been trying to reset my My3 password, click the forgotten password button, it says we will email you a reset link. Result: No email. Ring 333 they can’t access my account without password, email proofs@3mail. No reply. Hopeless.
