  @ThreeUKSupport Morning Huwaei B535. Basically right now I'm using SMARTY and they do use CGNAT so I can't access my server remotely. I wanted to know whether Three use CGNAT. This is a question for your top level network/infrastructure team. Thank you

  @ThreeUKSupport NO!!! I have been shoved over to a pay as you go sim by the consumer team..which has no credit on it so I can’t phone out, been told by the Biz people I now need a sim that will take 2 days to come and I am £150 down from both accounts taking money. I’m furious

  @ThreeUKSupport A Huwaei B535 mobile broadband device. I think you'll need to specifically ask the networks team. Carrier grade network address translation is the full definition of the term. I know smarty use it and force it. Network providers tend to use it due to ipv4 addresses running out

  One day left of @ThreeUKSupport 5G broadband and lack of service for over 10 weeks now. Sky broadband comes tomorrow and Three are going to receive that box back in a million pieces. (Well definitely if I send with Hermes) @Ofcom avoid avoid avoid. #broadband
