@threeuksupport Hi,just purchased a new iPad and set up the Three app but it initially said a temporary password would be sent via text (which can't be done on an iPad) and now I can't sign in as each time it's asking me for a password I don't have! Help! Many thanks in advance!

@ThreeUK when I enquired at your Westfield Stratford store why the 4G was so bad there I was told ‘it’s because there are so many users’ and to turn the 4G off and try 3G. I pointed out I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max and couldn’t do this. Any ideas 3?

@jonc1980 @ThreeUKSupport For some reason your postcode is coming back as no issues, same as the other guy I replied to but my area (G73) is reporting a faulty mast. Clearly it's causing an issue across a wider area than Three are reporting!

@ThreeUKSupport Hi. Yes I've done all that. I get full signal 3g so it's not a coverage issue. It's back now but it's getting a bit annoying. We've only been using three for a couple of weeks now and there have been quite a few outages. One lasted nearly 24 hours (29/30th Jan).
